Gods and Monsters was a great name. I wish they could have come up with a better alternative though. Immortals Fenyx Rising is wretched. I guess it will go along better with the microtransactions Ubisoft is sure to put in there.

I find Tom Holland really annoying for some reason.

So awesome that they are making a good looking sequel to a remake of decade old games. Hope Spyro gets a new one too.

I've never played any of the Frogwares games. I picked up Devil's Daughter for $5 on a recent sale, even though it seems like people dislike it. Hopefully I'll get some fun out of it.

I don't feel that I misunderstand them. GaaS are overpriced and predatory. Now they are launching completely and utterly broken like Fallout 76, and they expect you to pay for $20 skins and pay to win items to support fixing their pre-alpha game. Get out of here.

Hmm. I want to try Sexy Brutale but not spend much on it. Would make a nice Plus game for me.

Definitely some great games this gen. God of War really stood out for me. I love that it was a continuation instead of a reboot, but also a very fresh game in the series.The mythology being simply separated by geography really worked for me. I hope they continue in Norse mythology for now(expected with the secret ending), but hopefully they will make it to Egyptian or Mayan eventually.

I use this, but it definitely needs an overhaul. Limit of 100 games. You can't drag items around and order them how you want. When you purchase something off of it it does not automatically disappear from the wish list.

I like that mug. Shirts have nice designs but are too loud for me. I only have a few gaming shirts that are subtle, and most people would have no idea they had anything to do with games.

Guess it depends on your perspective. I'm pretty jaded with AAA games at the moment. I think this looks colorful and creative.

When I first bought my PS4 it was mostly physical, but I shifted to entirely digital. I also don't buy as many games as I used to, and a majority of them I wait until they are cheap. Makes me care less about a physical disc.

How far we've come from $2.00 horse armor in Oblivion.

Surprised by people claiming 3-4 hours of battery life. Not sure exactly how long I get with my original controllers, but I know it's more than 4 hours. Has to be something wrong there.
Anyways, more battery life can only be good. I'm expecting the DualSense to run more along the price of a Switch pro controller.

I give EA so little money as it is. Big nope from me.

If Cyberpunk runs likes garbage on the base PS4 it may force my hand. Otherwise probably next year sometime.

Just finished watching the Xbox event. Wow,incredibly disappointing. If Obsidian is trying to make an Elder Scrolls like game with Avowed, that would be the game that interested me most. But they showed almost nothing, so I'm just hoping.

Honestly, I wonder if I will be waiting on next gen. I haven't seen much that makes me want to run out and buy a new console.

I always loved the idea of the Stalker games, but I could never get into them after multiple attempts. Enjoy the Metro games though, I think there is some lineage there.

Well thankfully Martin is only collaborating otherwise it may never come out. The Winds of Winter has been almost done for years, and his last Ice and Fire book was published in 2011. I gave up caring.

My takeaway from Ubi forward is $20 for complete editions of AC: Valhalla and Far Cry 6 and that's it. I'm not sure if it's my disillusionment with Ubisoft or AAA games in general. Mostly I was just bored.

This pairs well with my dark heart.

Knowing that microtransactions are going nowhere and getting more aggressive all the time, I'm not sure I can agree with him.

Loved Until Dawn, but never tried Man of Medan based on the lukewarm reception. Hope they improve with this one.

I love Rogue Legacy. I just finished it again after the sequel announcement. I guess I should try Salt and Sanctuary.

Interesting. Sometimes AAA tent pole games can really disinterest me. For me indies are great at filling in the gaps, and their quality has really improved over the years. I have to say I really bounced off of Overcooked for whatever reason though.

It really depends. Sometimes the game is so good I never want to say goodbye. But those are few and far between titles for me these days. I think the 10-20 hour mark is a good rule of thumb. But then there are shorter titles like Inside and Limbo. Heck, I don't know.

I've still never played The Order 1886 and had forgotten about it, assuming I would have played it on PSPlus by now.

As far as the acquisition by Facebook...I guess if they felt that was the right thing for their company. But anything related to Facebook is just kind of whatever to me. It's difficult to imagine them being a major player in the gaming industry.

Deathloop, Resident Evil Village, and Returnal piqued my interest the most. Demon Souls is tricky for me. I want to love souls games, but I've yet to find my groove with the genre. Either way it seems a super smart remake.

Maybe, but Tornquist hasn't impressed me since much since his first game The Longest Journey.

I was not excited during the presentation. A lot of confirmed rumors and sequels that I think most people were already expecting. I want to see more Deathloop as I love Arkane, and I thought Returnal was surprisingly interesting looking. So glad Housemarque shelved that battle royale. Maybe my excitement will build as they reveal more, but not hugely feeling next gen right now.

Devil's Daughter is only a fiver on the Playstation store. Worth it at that price?

You may be right, but I'm not sure why they would be more hands off with Id. Basically I'm just hoping for Starfield and ES6 without egregious microtransactions. Or I'm out.
