Brilliant game I've nearly finished it but got sidetracked by dragon quest 7 ive been trying to get every vocation for every character, although I feel 1st chapter is the better game.

The guy at times talks a lot of twaddle, but he made some of the greatest games of all time so ill give him a break , in his eyes kratos belongs to him , he didn't like the direction Sony was taking him so he left , there are many gamers that hate the new kratos , so its no suprise to me that the creator, also feels the same way.

Should have gave the licence to neca instead, mcfarlanes facial sculpts are either really bad or average at best, the mcfarlane of the early 2000s is long gone

@Lorcansface no its a native ps5 version , it should be on the store , just delete the ps4 version ,you dont need it

@Number09 yes it does , doesnt say royal edition on ps5 but all the dlc is included

I just put it on for 5 min , massive difference to fidelity and fps , those blurry graphics have finally gone

I gave it an 8 would've given it a 10 if they announced the kcd upgrade, it was good though

So they got AC, skyrim, witcher, kcd,zelda, put it in a big bag and out popped this game , as its a custom engine with some special magic that reduces massively pop in, I have every faith in this game.

I gave it an 8 , the reason , it shows its age at times , I kind of hate there's hardly any reaction from main characters and npcs at times , when ever something meaningful happens, they forget about it a minute later.

@SlyASpiE playstation access i think their footage of rob playing it is ps , but it looks amazing , it seems you can literally do everything , just hope its not a jack of all trades master of none game.

@SlyASpiE the footage of crimson desert on a state of play was the ps5 version , one of the guys from pearl abyss stated this in a recent interview.

Ps5 version of kcd to coincide with the gamepass release, starfield, Wolverine and doubtful but hopeful gta6 😂

Had no interest in this , but after playing the demo my interest has grown , really liked the gameplay and its not another stupid soulslike, hallelujah.

I'll look forward to you not reviewing it like tainted grail 😉

Good news everyone 😁 big event for myself as an older gamer, by the time gta7 comes out I'll probably be riddled with arthritis 😂

@Scottyy isn't pssr 2 supposed to be released soon , i heard rumours it was impressive and a big step up , its apparently how gta6 will be 60fps on the pro , or so I heard

@ShogunRok it all seems very ambitious with every single feature known to man,fishing, town building , own house,crafting,mech riding, animal riding, flying dragons across the map, sounds mental and my dream game , let's hope they can hit the landing.

Surely this must spur the devs on ,to make the best product they possible can,and polish it to within an inch of its life.....surely.

@captainsandman some people believe that although kcd2 is superb., it was actually the dumbed down version of kcd, with regards to story, sidequests and combat , the ps4 version of kcd is a bit of a mess, this upgrade is well needed, and may actually make it the better game on consoles.

Looking at some of the videos and the amount of things going on amount of enemies, particle effects galore , if not optimised properly, its going to be a slideshow on standard consoles, god knows what it'll look like on series s

@ShogunRok any mini games ? And does a change of armour, costume and weapon change your characters appearance , also are the side quests just the usually get egg take it chef variety, or is there more depth.

Stupid idea ,if they want to use this tech , use it for the touch pad , turn it into a little screen , you could have a keyboard appear , maybe a little pen concealed in the controller , or turn the screen into short gaming related videos or images , you could customise the colour , its a better idea than this stupid crap

@JB_Whiting I found it a slog on ps4, some people say its the better game , but thats on pc, its rough on ps4 , a ps5 update is very much appreciated, warhorse was asked years ago about a ps5 update , they flatout said no , glad to see theyve changed their minds.

@Balaam_ it'll be the hardest thing to get right, youll need some top notch writers on board , i hope they asked for feedback from Richard ayoade, would be great if they could get some great British talent involved , matt berry , bob mortimer and Paul Whitehouse would be fantastic

It looks great , but whos writing it is the question I want to know , fable is very British, the humour, the way people talk , it oozes britshness, if thats not there , then its not fable.

Nothing seemed to work , there was 3 other characters running about that didn't seem to be doing anything , there was buttons to press that i couldn't get to work , its a shame because I was enjoying it

You've missed a few confirmed games there , about 10 or 12 i think

@OldGamer999 im sure theyll be fine, xbox had to do this it didn't have a choice but to make its games multiplatform, even smaller studios are cancelling there xbox projects and going with just ps5 and pc, they just cant afford to make the game for a relatively dead format

@TDHorizon just watched it , she's still there, but thankfully like you said you can make your own character , game looks great

@DrVenture69 yeah it looks and plays well for me to i really don't know what some others are on about, probably best to try the demo with the latest patch

@arsmolinarc you can try it, you dont have to give them any form of payment details , its occurred because people are buying unneeded crap, also its all well and good saying they will refunded but what if they had direct debits coming out today, they should be compensated with some free unneeded crap.

I tried the game , looks great and all was going well until the boss fight , I didn't have a clue what was going on , I just deleted it.

Are they still using the same graphics engine ?

@Dogbreath cant really judge other peoples experiences only my own , if you change various graphical settings you can get it to run at 60fps on the pro with a VRR display , I cant say what it runs like on the standard ps5 without VRR , I did have some screen tearing and graphical anomalies at launch but it is much improved since the latest patch and the new dlc looks superb , always makes me chuckle, when people complain about some pop in textures, or off lip syncing in games and then praise games like vampire saviours.

@Panic_Attache have you tried changing the graphic settings , lowered the resolution , vegetation etc , also do you have a VRR enabled display, as I have not experienced any of the issues you mentioned since the latest patch

@Titntin marvelous news, I really don't think it gets the attention it deserves , the introduction of Arthur with the music, and the chanting is superb

@Xodan much better state, with some great graphical options you only usually find, in pc games

@AhmadSumadi yeah the 3rd person is dire, and apparently was just slapped on late in game because of fan feedback , it needs work
