@somnambulance theyve said there wont be a demo but I know what you mean , I feel its going to be great , i mean the footage shown is not running on a super computer , the specs are quite low for pc , Sony shown interest in an exclusive deal so they must have liked what they saw, saying that they put millions into concord 😂

@Vaako007 if only ps controllers weren't compatible with a pc , that would stop confusion and where it says footage captured from pc....its so confusing

@Fiendish-Beaver this doesnt make any sense, theyre delaying showing console footage until its fully optimised,(surely thats the same thing) , so people can see the product as intended, but people are angry that they are not showing an incomplete game, bit weird.

@Oram77 why ? Because I dont care , I dont do fake outrage about video games , why should I care that bob in texas plays crimson desert at 20fps on his ps5 , not arsed 😁

@Fiendish-Beaver so what if the game is not a locked at 60fps in certain areas and it drops to 40 or less , the devs have said they can fix it but it will take a couple of weeks , would they release the footage to show the game not running at its best and it will get slaughtered on social media , once the damage is done its done.

@StylesT I doubt theyll want to damage their reputation with a game that runs at 15fps , they stated from the very beginning that console footage will be released before the game is released and when the final build is complete, a couple of weeks ago they was still working on the slider to alter particle effects on console.

Im sure the embargo for previews lifts today for console , they have stated numerous times why they are not releasing console footage ,and if youre not following the game to know, why do you care, ive got a pro so I dont really care how it runs on the ps5.

@Kidfunkadelic83 there is yes , however it isnt constant , certain actions you make at certain points trigger the stalking, and it can last a while

@Shinnok789 the reason they gave for the lack of console footage was they dont want to release any until theyre happy with the full optimisation , they haven't shown any footage of the minimum specs pc either, which is what the majority of people own, I have every faith its gonna be great , poo to the naysayers 😂

@themaladroit depends whether Sony has took any interest in development , they was clearly impressed by what they saw,otherwise they wouldnt have offered an exclusive deal

@RoomWithaMoose its a newer version of the same engine,there's an embargo on console details , a lot of streamers have played it , should know more within the next few days,the fact the game has been in the optimisation phase for a few weeks bodes well.

I enjoyed my time with it , its not as bad as everyone makes out , the first 20 hrs are great , then you realise its very shallow , there's a few broken quests , hopefully thats been fixed , if they priced it at 39.99 I could see it doing well, its like elite and no mans sky but without the depth and better quests.

@Locksley yeah i had to buy it digitally everywhere sold out , I wasn't very happy about that as I own every other physically , ill pick up a physical version in a couple of years cheap, to add to the collection

After an existential crisis about not paying 60 quid for an 8hr game , I succumbed to the hype and bought resi requiem, what an absolutely stunning piece of software , playing on the pro and its probably one of the best looking games I've ever played ,the lighting is superb and its actually true black when you kill the lights , its actually quite scary for a change , great game well done capcom, id love a vr version

I folded and bought it today , its really rather excellent, I didn't believe the hype but it looks stunning on the pro.

The comparison shown here looks nothing like the image DF shown , in the video at 16.42 they look similar but the pro has better lighting

I don't understand if Sony owns the ip whats say did fromsoft have , unless they was being arseholes and refusing to hand over assets, they allowed demon souls but blocked bloodborne , doesnt make sense

Kratos looks fine, atreus looks like a toddler, and his hair needs work, game atreus had a haircut with what looked like a blunt knife , this little dude looks like hes just stepped out of a salon.

I wonder if crimson desert will include this , id say definitely gta6, that 60fps doesnt seem as hard to believe now

@LiamCroft there's a new beta out for ps , im now wondering if I should download it to see if it includes it, no mention of pssr in the notes though, but im thinking they wouldnt because it hadn't been announced.

@Atreus97 apparently pssr 2.0 is far far superior, it'll be down to the developer how its implemented , my guess is that rockstar will be using it

Just watched the video and as a graphics whore , I've kind of gone from, no way am I paying £60 for an 8hr game, to but it looks so pretty , im going to seriously reconsider my opinion 😂

@dark_knightmare2 do you not feel its a bit odd though, i mean state of play was only recently , why not release the news then, its not like they shown any gameplay or anything , or they couldve waited until the next state of play , and actually shown something more than a release date.

@OldGamer999 Aliens or the singularity id be happy with either of those things, however as something more tangible , id say..crimson desert to be as great as it looks and gta6 not being delayed, ill settle for that 😁

@MrPeanutbutterz that would depend on the game , there are quite a few games on the pro that offer quality mode and 60fps , where as the standard ps5 offers quality stuck at 30 , its even better with vrr , i mean you can play resi requiem on the pro at 120fps if you wish, id say thats a pretty big boost

@Fiendish-Beaver depends on the game and how its implemented in the graphic menu, sometimes you can turn it off , sometimes its placed in individual graphic settings ie quality, balanced etc.

@MFTWrecks apparently the standard ps5 is extremely well done as well , its just the pro is the better version , i agree though , maybe the game should be reviewed on the ps5,with a little mini pro review underneath focusing on the differences.

I'll pick it up when it reduces in price ,gone are the days where I pay £60 for a 7 to 8hr game

@Yor-sama I remember when game pass was first announced myself and many others, said it was a bad idea in the long run, 'but its consumer friendly' they said,seems we where right , how much is game pass ultimate now about 30 quid ?

@Krlozgod yes but are you going to buy a switch 2 just to play those games on a handheld if you own a ps5 and a big tv , why not just buy a ps portal,theyre like half the price.
