Actually this is something that I was expecting, but hoped that would be different.. But ya, I already have it for ps4 but haven't started yet.. And I think I will go for the platinum with the ps4 and won't even bother to play the game on the ps5, when i get my hands on one..

@get2sammyb it's actualy worse then you think. My account has allways been portuguese. And at the moment i live in France.
When i logged in, the site understood that the account was pt and redirected to the pt store.
Now it does the opposite.
I try to enter the pt site, but even logged in, it redirects me to the fr one.
I really do not understand how Sony lets something like this happen..

@710King such a small price? I don't doubt that you work hard, but at the same time I must say you are one of the Lucky ones. Not many people can afford to live like that. Good for you m8.

@710King it hurts every industry. But it's a right and it should never end. Would you live only in brand new houses ? Or only buy brand New cars ?
And if a game is really that good, you won't find that many copies on sale.

This New pricing for me it's absurd. I won't buy games at this price and yes, second hand markets will be the answer..

Well, I baught vampyr not long ago on some sales. The game is not bad.
Not a really bad month, but still.. They could do much better..
And the ms game pass just seems better and better..

Personaly i won't pay that kind of money. I'll buy in second hand or promotions.. If people buy them, then they can't complain and the prices won't change. On the other hand, if everyone does the same as me, the industry will have to rethink the prices..

@ShogunRok is there any information if cyberpunk is getting a free update to the new generation consoles?
I think this is a big issue, because it will certainly affect the first sales (or at least, I think. It will affect mine for sure..)

Delaying? for how long?
The answer for me is very simple. It shouldn't be delayed because "world live events" as we are use to, won't be happening anytime soon. And the economic crisis has arrived and will get way worst before it will get better, and no body knows how long it will last. So delaying will be actually worse for Sony.

I played this game a lot. Actually I played the first one a lot too.

I was a huge fan of this game. So when I bought the 2nd one, i bought the special edition (season pass included). Not cheap.

Guess what, the "expansion" was not included. We had to pay more 40€ for it.
Actually, nothing is included in the season pass apart from some visual trickets and very very small special missions..

After all the bugs, all the talks in the forums about problems with textures in consoles, the early access only to pc players, the raids being delayed etc, etc, the expansion was the last drop.
Uninstalled it and never looked back.

That taught me to never ever buy a special edition again..

Before anything else, there's this bug that really really annoyed me: the difference in highs that would make impossible to hit or get hit..
Anyway, since I can only choose one, I would go to New game+.
I've platinum the game and I still have it installed because I'm waiting for more content.. doesn't happen often.. The combat can be so addictive.. damn.
But a horde mode, new gear and a utlra realistic difficulty would be great. Like lethal but more hardcore. But with a few less enemies in some areas, other wise i think it would be really to hard to be fun.

This inconsistency in points given kills me: Death Stranding is a 10.
This one, one of the best open worlds in ps4 ever, it's a 9..
(yes, that 10 in 10 of death stranding will never be forgotten. Muahaha. jk)
Ok, to be fair, since the moment i saw the first trailer i knew i needed this game. I was hopping that Nioh was it, a really good samurai game (it's not bad but..), but the monsters and stuff was not what i wanted. Tomorrow I'll finally get it.
Nice review, btw. I understand what some people say about the comparisons you made, but for me it's quite helpful since i can make a direct comparison with what I experienced in the other games. Good work

we already know that every game that comes out for X-box and the next gen console, will be free upgraded to the next gen console if bought for the "old" one.
For PlayStation, some games will, others won't. Will this be an example of one that won't be free upgraded?
Because, if that's the case, I can be wrong, but sales won't be that good for playstation (in the beginning, at least)

Just my opinion: I recently bought the game on a sale. It's, at minimum, a 7. Yes, for you 6 is not bad, ok, I get it.
The combat comparison with assassin's creed is something that I don't understand. In terms of combat mechanics is much closer to Bloodborne than anything else (but waaaaay more forgiving). Not as good, but not as bad as stated..
Yes, it's not a AAA game, but it's better written than many..
So for me it's a 7 or a 7.5.

For me doesn't make any sense to release the 2nd one before the first. But anyway, the first one was, by far, the best mafia game I ever played. And although I finished the game at the time, that's the one I am really interested in.

Yes, I can already see this. But necessary.. But many online games are having problems. Right now grand turismo sport is down.. This is not acceptable..

If this is true, for me it would be a great month, since I almost bought both of them on the last couple of months.

I really think that the launch date of the PS5 will be postponed.
The coronaVirus is still, and will for a while, affect every county in the world, if not even more time if the virus doesn't mutate again. So even if it's cool to get the info, I know it will be a long time until I get my hands in one.

This is a ripoff. People with the season pass have also to pay for this. And the season pass, in terms of content, was really bad.. For me this is the end of this game...

@3MonthBeef i really don't get your comment. But anyway, Is it that normal to go from 60 euros to 8 in one year ? I don't think so..
Also, I played a lot the first division, so it's normal to want to play the second game, with New content. And the game got out full of bugs. It was really bad.
But at this prince, go for it.

It's not a bad game. The pve it's even better than the first. But the pvp is a lot worse.
But It gets me a litle angry that I paid 80 or 90 euros for this game just a year ago.. And the year 1 pass it's just early access (1 week) to new content and a couple of really small exclusive missions..
This game has so much potential but..
The number of People playing it has been droping, so the promotion makes sense, in order to atract more people..
For this price, buy it.

like @OmegaStriver said, why wasn't this done earlier? Why haven't they done this like, for the next 10 ps (ps6, ps7, etc)? What if somebody would do that before them? Would they have to pay them to use the "ps5"?

The Article is not very clear.

Everytime a fps comes to ps4, I allways remember how hard is to play against people that use mouse+keyboard.
At some point, in pvp, I'll find people playing not with a controller, and it sucks..
There should be a way to detect if people are using a mouse (although I don't see how).

Although a mouse would be nice to play them, really nice games. From me, nothing to complain about..

Kinda reminds me of subnautica.. I really liked the game but I never finished it.. This, somehow, seems more interesting.

This game is so much better that what I expected. It brings nothing really new but at the same time, it has a good story (really liked the characters) with some cool features in a beautiful open world. Not the best ai for humans, but for a guy that never liked zombies (yap, never liked resident evil), I really like the ones in this game.

Well, waiting to see what's the other game.. If this is true, I'm not really interested in this one. I think it's a funny game, but not the kind I'm going to download unless I have my nephews with me..
The time for Crash Bandicoot is gone for me. (although I love the character and have good memories of it on ps1)

What I get from this review is that this game is really good but it seems that the loading times is a liiiiitle bit too long..

@Th3solution A very valid point. You're probably right, since the same happened before: not all ps1 games were playable on the other older consoles. Even the psone slim wasn't compatible with all playstation 1 games..

By this I mean that, and this is my interpretation, that the author was trying to say was "for now, we only now that is ps4 compatible, but with don't now if more will be added". But I agree that it should be rewritten since is opened to more than one interpretation and since we're talking about news, and not poetry.

I'm sorry, but I read it once and I undestood what it said. But by the title, before reading it, I thought the autor was stating that ps4 was not compatible. But then I read the article and understood what he was trying to say. Does this makes me better than you? No.
I was just trying to show you why I understood it.

This is mathematical logic, mathematically everything is correct.

As I said before, in terms of logic, this article is 100% correct. But if it makes so many people think another thing, it should be rewritten.

I bet you'll still won't agree with what I'm saying, but check logic operations with the "and" "or" and "not". It's used in develloping:

"A wife asks her husband, a programmer, “Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get 6?”

My interpretation: When sony talked directly about this, it only refered the ps4 compatibility, so extending compatibility to other consoles was never referred.

But if an article is making so many people think one thing, than it should be reviewed.

For me it's really important the ps4 compatibility. The rest, meh. I still have my ps3..The ps2 and one are gone now, and I if I would play some really old games that I love, the memories would be ruined.

Many games come out not running very well on consoles, and most of the time things can be resolved with an ssd. The Division 2, Kingdom Come are just two examples..
The next gen will have ssd, so, one more reason to wait..
I'm just speculating about the ssd and cyberpunk, btw.

As the Playstation 4 cycle ends, this is just Sony trying to make sure that people won't hold up until ps5 comes and just buy this games, and possible remakes, only after getting the new console.
it's a matter of money and they're trying to squeeze what they can from the ps4, which is understandable.. Because, although I will eventually buy more games for ps4, I hope I can restraint myself from buying most of new games, and be able to wait until I get them for the ps5, even if it has retrocompatibility.

@KleebanKliban @SirRealDeal The Vr in GT sport was, for me, the biggest flop. The teased the possibility of playing against other player in VR, but never made that promise. Still, for me, the biggest disapointment with GT sport. (and the penalty system, that is one of the worst I've ever seen).

I bought the gta5 for ps3 and when it came out to ps4, the graphics were so much better, but I never bought it again.
So, if there's a chance for cyberpunk to come to ps5, I NEED TO KNOW THAT RIGHT NOW. lol.
On the other hand, a patch would be, just, amazing.

I didn't want to invest more money in my ps, since the ps5 is on it's way, but.. Also, it would be nice to know if this is compatible with the new ps5 controllers or if they are already coming with feature build in, before buying the back buttons.

Try disabling the pop up blockers and refresh the page OR just refresh the page.
And wait until everything is properly loaded. Then try to redeem the codes.
The simple reload worked for me..
And I copied the code, didn't tried to redeem them directly.

@ShogunRok that doesn't make much sense, isn't it suppose to be connect to you account? I changed my ps for a pro on january, but it's the id of the account that counts, no?

I have 436 hours of play, 389 locally and 47 online, but just after that it says I played 69 days.
Also, I have 229 hours in assassins odysey and 264 hours in The Division 2. Those 2 games alone, pass the total of hours I theoretically played..

When I see a playstation original game box with a "new game", it still makes me feel like almost 20 years ago: "New GAME. MUAHAHAHA".
And loved the gta POV. oh, the memories...

Yes, I agree with you. But it will happen. And I agree that there are many games that do a really good job when you're playing with a controller. But that goes off the window as soon as you play them online and find someone playing with a mouse and keyboard..

@DonJorginho I didn't 'wrote off' the game. It will probably be a good game (and I really hope that). Both on consoles and pc. But it won't be as good as in one platform as the other.
I just explained why I thought it wouldn't have the same success.
But, you think that a guy playing with a controller will have the same experience as a guy with a mouse/keyboard?
So how does that so many games have different scores for pc and consoles? I'll answer that: different experiences or different gameplay experience.
Kingdom come deliverance way of combat is praised by pc players, and exactly the opposite happens by console players.. this is just an example.
But ok, it is your oppinion and is a valid one.
