It looks like Street Fighter 6 is coming to Monster Hunter Wilds in the near future.
Based on a teasing social media post, which shows a palico's paw icon in Street Fighter 6's spraypainted style, some kind of collaboration is in the works.
Obviously, both games are from Capcom, and the company has always liked to cross its properties over with one another. Monster Hunter World, for example, was absolutely stuffed with nods to other Capcom titles, via content that was added through updates and DLC.

It's difficult to say what this collaboration will consist of, but without wanting to burst your bubble, we're guessing it's nothing major. Paid cosmetics for your palico, perhaps? Or maybe some kind of limited time event quest with unique rewards? Again, we wouldn't get too excited.
This crossover will be part of Wilds' next update, which has long been promised for the end of May. The patch will also include "additional features", but we don't have any concrete details to go on just yet.

Please have the Hunters be able to perform various Street Fighter moves
I'd imagine it's as much for the impending new season of SF6 than anything.
Yeah... my patience with capcom is running out. I want to see the technical issues resolved, not effin collaborations.
Ack. I was hoping the crossover would be anything but SF. I like SF (especially 6), I was just hoping they'd try branching out more.
How about adding some more monsters to hunt instead of more cosmetics. Really enjoyed what I've played of the game but I've never bounced off a monster hunter as bad as this one, need some substantial update to make me want to play again. Hoping there's some big expansion in the works as well.
Going by past collab events in the series we will most likely get some themed armour to unlock and a quest themed around the game in some way.
@Nem Tech issues won't get resolved because they can't be resolved. If you want to play the game at its best either wait for a PS6 or buy a PS5 Pro.
I'm hoping it's an event quest and not a paid dlc pack.
Atp a limited event quest with unique rewards is something exciting for me like the scarf thats coming tomorrow. There is a really amazing game in here but the slow drip feed has been kinda painful. I'm curious if this is how World and Rise felt at launch cause I played both well after all the TUs have been out
Give me a juri costume for my hunter and im good
@DennisReynolds ps5 pro doesn't fix the game and yes, they can be solved by actually working on optimising the game. The game looks ugly and it's not the fault of the hardware as there are better looking and performing games on the system.
My statement stands. No optimisation, no more buy.
@Nem The Pro fixes the issues. The image quality is pretty good with none of the blur and it holds 60fps nearly all the time.
The RE Engine isn't built for big open games that's why it looks and performs the way it does on base consoles. Optimisation is not magic and can't solve everything.
@DennisReynolds The problem is not the resolution. It's the low res textures.
It's nice that it holds 60fps, but that could be achieved on base ps5 with some optimisation.
Yes, the RE engine is crap, which is why they need to work on it. There is no excuse to release the game in such a bad state and I am not gonna buy another system to make up for their incompetence when it hardly does anything to improve the situation.
Should have been Dragons Dogma.
