Dipping between Jedi survivor and Destiny

I’ll be getting this at launch will probably punt for the deluxe edition as I’ve loved every Remedy game I’ve played. I buy 95% of my games digitally so this doesn’t bother me at all, can understand why people who buy and then sell games are upset. This could become the norm in the next few years as it’s the way the industry is swinging

@rusty82 I was never sensitive to inconsistent frame rates but as I’ve got older it’s really started to effect me to the point of making me feel sick. I wish I could go back to the days where it never bothered me 😔 I’ll try forcing the VRR on and turn some settings off

Waited a couple of weeks to start Jedi survivor so it could get some performance patches and it’s still really bad. How bad was it at launch? I’ll change a couple of settings today and try it again but the inconsistent frame rate is really ruining the experience and I might end up leaving it till it’s fixed

Finally will start Jedi survivor been waiting till I got back from holiday. Hopefully will run a lot smoother now with all the patches

Nice I loved the first game but wasn’t too keen on the 40fps mode as it’s hit and miss for me. It was great in ratchet and clank but I didn’t like it in horizon

@daveofduncan I’m talking about the release date. I remember seeing it at the showcase but Sony gave it no marketing whatsoever when it released apart from a blogpost it didn’t even feature on the store which is really bad for a first party game

Loved Concrete Genie and I bought it on release. Sony really sent it out to die with no marketing at all I think all they got was a small mention on the psblog. I was really looking forward to see what they were going to do next 😔

Burning shores for me but I’ve forgotten everything about forbidden west so I’ve got the feeling I should do a new game plus to remember all the mechanics

When is the review embargo up for this expansion?

I’ll probably get my Hardcore S+ playthrough on RE4 remake done today. Want to jump back into forbidden west to do a couple of side quests I didn’t finish to get back into the swing ready for next week

@Magnus_Selene I guess we’ll never know. It’s a shame to waste the time and talent, Sony have shut studios down for less

All my digital games disappeared off my vita. My son turned it on yesterday afternoon and it said there was no memory card installed so I removed it and reinserted it and nearly all my digital games had been deleted. Tried downloading some games via the store and my download list but not many were working. I’ve been on ps plus nearly since the start so trying to scroll through the download list is a real pain

I do want to play it but I had call of the mountain and lightfall already preordered. I’m bored with lightfall and it’s nearly impossible to play on my VR with my young kids insisting of sneaking into my play area so I might end up getting it soon

She seems about right to me. I’m 6’4” and my wife is 5’6” and Alloy is a similar height. Bit of a coincidence seeing as I’ve just met Alloy in the game for the first time just now

Definitely 2 as it’s one of my favourite games, a reworked 3 would be great by removing the co op and terrible story but keeping the location

I’m very close now to finishing my impossible play-through of Dead space. I’ve really enjoyed replaying this classic. I hope they remake part 2 as well as i think it’s as good if not better than the first

Near the end of dead space now will maybe take my time getting the platinum and not jump straight into new game plus or impossible mode just yet

Really enjoyed Deliver us the moon so looking forward to this but I think I’ll be too busy at launch to play as far too much coming out early next year

@InvaderJim I watched house of dragon in UHD HDR it was a separate download that came out the day after it aired. The problem is not all Sky Q boxes handle HDR so you’ve got to have a specific model to watch it

I’ll be watching it on sky, fingers crossed it’s in 4K HDR

Beautiful game, some parts were excellent but awful combat and boss fights drag it down to a 6 for me.

@NeonPizzas yeah moss 1&2 will have to be bought again. I didn’t buy book 2 so might get both again later this year. So much to play in 2023 that I’m prioritising certain games over others

Only 25 platinum trophies this year, I knew getting back into destiny 2 would slow my trophy hunting 🫣

@Cyrus29 are you playing on maximum security level? I really disliked the combat too and it honestly doesn’t get any better in that regards. The final boss battle is one of the worst for mechanics I’ve ever played. If they had made it a 3rd person survival shooter instead of a brawler I think I would have liked it more. It made me long for dead space even more but I’ve got the platinum and I doubt I’ll ever replay it

I think it’s time to finally play cyberpunk

I’ll set my alarm early and watch it the morning after so I can fast forward the fluff

I’m slowly playing Callisto protocol. It’s a solid 6/7 for me so far I’m really not impressed by the melee and dodging combat as it’s getting a bit repetitive now

Nothing today seeing as it’s my wedding anniversary but hopefully I’ll finish Ragnarok tomorrow night, I feel like I’m near the end
