Not being funny I haven’t watched a live broadcast of any show since I got Sky about 18 years ago. I much prefer to record then I can fast forward the adverts

@playstation1995 I wouldn’t say they’ve been the worst but there just hasn’t been enough of them this gen. I really enjoyed Returnal and rift apart but absolutely loved Astrobot.

Been watching it with my wife who’s not a gamer and doesn’t know the story and she’s really enjoying it. I’m enjoying it for what it is an adaption of a video game for people who don’t game

I’m waiting for reviews but I’m interested, looks like it could be fun

Let’s hope Rockstar are using it to its fullest to get 60fps for GTA

Just finished it tonight and got my platinum, wasn’t as good as it takes two but that final level was absolutely outstanding

Been playing a little bit at a time with my son when we get a chance, close to the end now hopefully will finish tonight. Really enjoyed my time with it

@carlos82 I always buy psn top up cards from shopto in the uk, there’s always a sale on at some point and can usually get a 18% discount. So it’s like buying it on sale at launch day

Playing through forspoken trying to clear every area on chapter 11 so getting close to the end I think

@rusty82 ended up starting forbidden west new game plus but think I’m going to knock it on the head and start forspoken next week

Possibly Horizon forbidden west or forspoken I haven’t decided whether I want to play something new in forspoken or replay forbidden west

I absolutely loved the first game so I’m really excited to play on the beach. Looks like I’m replaying the fist in May now to get myself back into his world

Seeing as I can’t start split fiction till next week I’ll be dipping my toes with Maneater which is a lot of fun

I’ve bought it but my son who’s played the previous titles with me is away the whole weekend so it will be next week before I get a chance to start

Finally got my Banishers ghosts of new Eden Platinum last weekend but it has completely burnt me out of playing narrative games. I’ve been dipping my feet back into Destiny 2 trials and competitive playlists and really enjoying just some pvp fun

I’ve earned about £40 worth of store credit and I’ve got enough for another tenner sitting in my account. Can’t really complain with getting something back for doing the things you would normally do anyway

I have a massive ps1-4 game collection so don’t have room for anymore physical games so half my ps4 library and 99% of my ps5 library are digital now. I usually play 3-4 games a month so it’s just not practical for me to buy physical anymore

@UltimateOtaku91 I know right! I can’t understand why people feel the need to comment on things that don’t interest them, just move onto the things that do. There seems to be a mentality that if you don’t like something you should make everyone know about it, just move on

@themightyant I loved it too, I just wanted a lovely chill game after my struggles with resistance. Loved the art style and climbing mechanics, beautiful game than I’m sure I’ll revisit in a few years time

Got my first 2 platinums of 2025 in resistance retribution and Jusant in the last few days so I think I’ll start Star Wars outlaws today

Playing more Indiana Jones on the Xbox today and will be playing it takes two on Sunday. Really tempted to treat myself to a game in the January sale but I’ve already got a huge backlog so probably won’t

Why can’t we live in a world where you watch a trailer for a new game and either think it looks good and I’ll keep an eye on it or I don’t like the look of it and just move on? Instead we have a world where if you don’t like the look of a game it’s now your mission to force your opinions on others.

@ChromaticDracula it’s in engine and shows a few seconds of gameplay at the end so worth a watch

@Titntin I hate the head bobbing while walking it doesn’t make me feel great, there should be a toggle to turn that off

My yearly replay of it takes two with my son then off to the Xbox to play a bit Indy

Got my platinum won’t be playing it again.

I couldn’t recommend it now but I think over the remainder of the PS5’s lifespan it will be worth it

Finished my Alan Wale 2 final draft playthrough and loved the extended ending. Also played all the night springs episodes so just the Lake house to go

Alan wake 2 the final chapter on my pro, it’s running smoothly so far

I bought a disc drive as soon as they announced the pro from Argos, they had loads in stock….day later all gone. Don’t know if I’ll end up using it, was going to give it to my wife to give me for Christmas

Alan wake 2 new game plus then the dlc will be the first game, been putting off playing since I learned about the pro

@KyushuTrail I’m sure there’s a skill to have after you block with the umbrella that does good damage after. It’s been a long time since I beat sekiro but I’m sure there’s some good videos on YouTube showing how to use it properly

@KyushuTrail I had a hard time with the last boss I ended up using the umbrella attachment to beat him

Finally got my immortals of Aveum platinum yesterday and really enjoyed my time with it. Think I’ll dust off my Xbox today and play the black ops 6 campaign on gamepass
