Re: The End of an Era: Sony Spins Off Iconic Television Business

EYEBALL

I have a bought plenty of their panels over the years even back when CRTs was thing because usually they are or was the premium, flagship type of TVs that got/get the extra amount of time put into them for better colour accuracy and what not but recently, about a decade ago, I stopped buying them because I just didn't see the point anymore due to the fact that other competing companies starting doing them similar for less.

If they start getting cheaper with the same amount of quality I may start buying their panels again but who knows. It's the same with their Xperia line but that's because it's just a phone at the end of day.

I still enjoy buying their audio products though which I bought a MHC-V73D recently but let's see how that goes also.

Re: PS6 Could Be Delayed Due to RAM Price Chaos

I think we all don't need another one anytime soon to be fair, what is there to want in a new gaming era except from a new storyline and gameplay. Reflections, global illumination, darker shadows, 8k, 165Hz? definitely not.

The PS5 is still good enough

When i see stuff like this it's not worth the price they ask for the product but to them it is so they can get lost ๐Ÿคฃ

I can imagine when they're fully locked in with all of these Ai tools that make a game without human input the greedy pigs will price their products even higher and years later they will price games that "are made by passionate developers with an artistic implementation" even higher.

100 for Ai games 150 for human developed games.

Re: Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection Underfire for 'Atrocious' Input Lag on PS5

@Andee Well If the game is being emulated and put into a packaged container than yes because emulation as you may know is never accurate.

The game/software emulation has to be locked into the clock's timings with specific profiles and modifications to get the best use out of it but with this game being tailored to a singular specification (the ps5) it could get fixed in no time.

Not everyone has an up-to-date TV with good response times though especially when a TV is just pal, 50hz only for example but many people out there don't have a clue when it comes to things like that so they just assume it runs like dung.

Re: Call of Duty's Future Under Xbox Leaves Former Director 'Immensely Worried'

They really need to go back to the dark, gritty, violent type of games instead of the nerf gun arena gameplay they push out now for kids and micro-transactions that has silly rap music thrown in for marketing.

It might as well be called....'call of nerf gun arena' ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Edit: with these online safety acts in full force they may have to now because it's going to be hard for them to pray on the young-uns hard earned pocket money via MTXs and season passes.

I don't blame him especially after twenty years, the scene and the working environment usually changes drastically when restructuring happens and the mental workflow takes awhile to get into motion but sometimes it can be for the worse especially when you get new colleagues/teams that don't think like the original team.

It's even worse when there is a new upper echelon but hopefully they have some brand new ideas instead of the usual rinse and repeat garbage formula they have being doing over the years.
