I'm surprised some aren't nusiancce journalists but either way, it's very obsessive behaviour and I can imagine GTA is the only game some of these fans play so it's like crack to them and they need their fix.
@JalapenoSpiceLife Yeah man, that's about the same time for me but mine is on its way out I think because I've abused it rotten by putting it on the back of a trailor that gets attached to a bike in the summer with the lads ๐๐
I have a bought plenty of their panels over the years even back when CRTs was thing because usually they are or was the premium, flagship type of TVs that got/get the extra amount of time put into them for better colour accuracy and what not but recently, about a decade ago, I stopped buying them because I just didn't see the point anymore due to the fact that other competing companies starting doing them similar for less.
If they start getting cheaper with the same amount of quality I may start buying their panels again but who knows. It's the same with their Xperia line but that's because it's just a phone at the end of day.
I still enjoy buying their audio products though which I bought a MHC-V73D recently but let's see how that goes also.
I think we all don't need another one anytime soon to be fair, what is there to want in a new gaming era except from a new storyline and gameplay. Reflections, global illumination, darker shadows, 8k, 165Hz? definitely not.
Jeez, within reason, a video to be plugged into a server or a desktop via a USB stick which than gets streamed/broadcasted remotely or locally through social media websites for free can cost 1 million beans.
If I was a dev I wouldn't dare and he can get lost ๐
Deffintley not, I wouldn't whilst consuming a high amount of alcohol but on that note I did when call of duty world war 2 was a thing. I regretted it the next morning but I came to appreciate it for what it was in the end which probably due to the theme/setting ๐๐
When i see stuff like this it's not worth the price they ask for the product but to them it is so they can get lost ๐คฃ
I can imagine when they're fully locked in with all of these Ai tools that make a game without human input the greedy pigs will price their products even higher and years later they will price games that "are made by passionate developers with an artistic implementation" even higher.
@MrPeanutbutterz Pal was just an example without going in-depth because the post was already long as it is, you get the drill but I've edited for you so it doesn't grind your gears.
@Andee Well If the game is being emulated and put into a packaged container than yes because emulation as you may know is never accurate.
The game/software emulation has to be locked into the clock's timings with specific profiles and modifications to get the best use out of it but with this game being tailored to a singular specification (the ps5) it could get fixed in no time.
Not everyone has an up-to-date TV with good response times though especially when a TV is just pal, 50hz only for example but many people out there don't have a clue when it comes to things like that so they just assume it runs like dung.
I can imagine the speed & frequency for these tickets to be sold out is very slow which leads this event to be not worthy.
We are all nerds/geeks at heart no matter the hobby but the majority of gamers out there aren't that nerdy for something like this id assume which leads to a slow sale ticket rate also.
They really need to go back to the dark, gritty, violent type of games instead of the nerf gun arena gameplay they push out now for kids and micro-transactions that has silly rap music thrown in for marketing.
It might as well be called....'call of nerf gun arena' ๐
Edit: with these online safety acts in full force they may have to now because it's going to be hard for them to pray on the young-uns hard earned pocket money via MTXs and season passes.
I always thought keeping the name 'row' and replacing the word saint whilst having a different gang themed game tied too it every so often would have been a good idea but they never did it especially after two.
I don't blame him especially after twenty years, the scene and the working environment usually changes drastically when restructuring happens and the mental workflow takes awhile to get into motion but sometimes it can be for the worse especially when you get new colleagues/teams that don't think like the original team.
It's even worse when there is a new upper echelon but hopefully they have some brand new ideas instead of the usual rinse and repeat garbage formula they have being doing over the years.

Not really, to be honest
I'm not sure
An optional portable form factor
So relating to the poll, this generation has gone way too fast for me but a handheld would do nicely in the man cave.
