@Northern_munkey Some advice make sure to do the castles as they give you a ton of upgrade points. If you just rely on leveling up to get the points it will make progress very slow.

One of the best games of 2025 and it easily made my top 3. Can't wait to get stuck in with the new content.

@sanderson72 Why would you play on a PS4 Pro when the PS5 you own will play those games better and with a much faster SSD?

@Oram77 Who is still supporting last gen though? All new Sony, MS Studios, Bethesda, Capcom, Konami, Square Enix, Ubi and such games are not on last gen. Look at last year E33, Kingdom Come 2, Ghost of Yotei, AC Shadows, Death Stranding 2, MH Wilds, Arc Raiders, The Outer Worlds 2, Silent Hill F, MGSD, Stalker 2, Battlefield 6, Doom The Dark Ages and many more all current gen only. Even Dying Light The Beast that is promised for last gen has still yet to actually put out those versions with them being MIA.

@Oram77 I mean for the most part we have left last gen behind and have done for 2 or 3 years now. CoD, sports games, smaller scale indies and the odd game here and there are pretty much it. Vast majority and nearly all AAA games have dropped last gen support. Both Sony and MS also dropped last gen years ago as well.

A CV remake is much needed as that game is a vital piece of the RE story and has aged really badly.

But what about AC Unity? Seriously Ubi?

@OldGamer999 RE on the Pro has been a massive success so far so i have high hopes.

@Porco 10% of total sales from a niche $700 console is pretty damn good. Don't think Sony expected unrealistic numbers from it.

She looks fantastic as Lara and she's clearly been putting in the work to look the part. Nice to finally see the OG look as well in live action.

@Exerion76 I guess Avengers Infinity War isn't a sequel then as its not called Avengers 3.

God Of War 2018 is a sequel and both games explicitly reference the Greek games. In fact without the Greek games Kratos arc wouldn't work.

@GamingGod Its going to be heavily CPU bound. Changing the res won't do anything.

@Exerion76 Reboot? The Norse games are sequels not reboots. Also Greek Kratos would never work outside of the games without changing him massively.

@nessisonett Well Kratos isn't black even before the ash was applied to his skin. Its also most likely easier applying the white make up to a white actor as well without it looking odd.

Not who i expected but i'm happy with his casting.

@RoomWithaMoose R* have never released a brand new game at 60fps on console and giving how CPU heavy GTA VI will be i will be shocked if they can even get a locked 30fps. 60fps is not happening, R* have never targeted performance why would that change now?

@Porco According to sales data and Sony the Pro has done pretty well.

Very excited for it but we must remember its up to devs to update existing titles so don't go expecting a magic fix for games with PSSR issues once it drops as the devs will have to do that themselves.

But don't worry Roblox ain't going no where because money will always come first.

@Northern_munkey Stella Montis might be my favourite map, it looks stunning and is so well design. Despite its rep i haven't had much pvp in it, in fact my last match had me and this random team up to hold off until we could escape, was expecting a backstab but he stayed friendly.

In Remedy i trust.

Got it on sale and been really enjoying it even as a solo player. Super tense not knowing if the other players will stab you in the back or leave you be.

Not shocking its a fantastic game and other then The Crew Motorspot there isn't much like it on PS5.

I'm sure the 3 people still playing it will be upset.

Too bad like all QD games its pretty bad and shallow as a puddle.

@SMJ No i'm saying PS5's first experience with the game will be better then Xbox/PC players first experience. It would be like if Spidey 2 hit Xbox they would be getting a better first experience because all the improvements and added content is there from the start.

@ATaco and Stellar Blade is a legit great game and It doesn't rely on sex appeal alone.

I ended up biting and buying the Deluxe version as it was on sale over the Xmas period. Pretty happy its very solo friendly and the playerbase for the most part are pretty chill.

@SMJ and? How many games see a big drop in price in only a year? Isn't Spider-Man 2, GT7 and still full price?

@SMJ Not really. The best version of these exclusives or timed exclusives from Xbox are the ones that hit PS5 a year after release. Hellblade launched on PS5 with 60fps straight out of the gate, Stalker 2 was mostly fixed and had more way content when it hit PS5, a lot of Flight Sims issues were fixed by the time it hit PS5. PS5 players are basically geting a better deal by having to wait.

So basically Xbox players are just beta test players at this point.

@MrStark No i'm not saying he's on Nolan's level i'm saying they are two directors where people will watch their films on their names alone. What they're making and whose starring in them doesn't matter people will turn up because its a new Nolan film or new James Cameron film. Very few directors have that type of pull. Its why both directors can make whatever they desire at any cost because audiences will turn up no matter. Cameron has said he plans on doing a film dealing with the aftermath of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and wants to focus on the people who survived the initial bombing, pretty dark and harrowing stuff yet it will no doubt make a ton of money.
