@GeeEssEff It is pretty scary and jumpy at times but the majority of the scares are more being tense and being underpowered then sheer horror plus Leon's sections provides release where the game becomes pure action.

@MFTWrecks The game just a few days ago had less then 300 players on Steam. That's dreadful numbers and flop numbers. End of the day you're not going to waste more money on a game that's currently losing you money just in the off chance in 3 years its the new Fortnite. Finally people are sick and tired of live services and those who do love them are quite content sticking with the ones they always play.

I think at the very least the Pro will brute force its way through any issues especially if PSSR 2.0 is used. My main concern is how downgraded will the visuals be? Really hope its not another Black Myth level downgrade.

Worth noting though they're using their own engine so it might be fine maybe great on console.

@Yor-sama They are literally highlighting the visuals at their "worst" just so they can show you the difference RT makes. They're a tech channel its kinda the point of the job.

Funny thing is all the people crying here over the video clearly haven't watched the video as they highly praise the release for all platforms including Switch 2.

Reading the comments here really shows how little the average gamer knows about the tech side of gaming.

@Yor-sama I've seen the video they have the evidence there. Did you look at Grace at that exact same setting and exact same condition as DF? No? Then why do you think you can call them hacks?

@sea_change The PS5 and Series X versions are exactly the same. That same pic could be reproduced on the SX as well

@nessisonett DF are fully independent now. Also those cherry picked images are to show the two extremes. DF actually highly praise base consoles including Switch 2 and SS. Even Alex the PC fanboy is impressed om how its turned out for every console.

@CrispyMango92 Requiem uses PSSR2 as i suspect a deal with Sony to show it off.

Its a game changer on Requiem. RT, 60fps and 4K like image is massive and a big improvement over base PS5.

Can't wait to see how it improves games like Avatar, SW Outlaws and such.

@OldGamer999 PSSR 2.0 isn't going to help the most CPU bound game out there. Might help it achieve 40fps at most i bet.

Haven't played much as its been a busy day but from what i've played its been great and visually on Pro its unmatched.

Requiem looks incredible on the Pro. Straight up one of the best looking games in console.

SkillUp and The Sphere Hunter have giving it very strong reviews. Giving SkillUp was down on Village its good seeing him give Requiem a "Strongly Recommend" review.

@REALAIS I'm saying people are coping if they think GTA VI will run at 60fps on Pro. In fact knowing R* they might decide to be light on Pro features and instead aim for higher res and not much else outside of maybe increased draw distance and better shadows.

Seen some lukewarm reviews pop up from my regulars on YT. Seems to be a great entry but not quite the series high we hoped and expected.

@rjejr I don't think the point of Baldur was to be a physical threat to Kratos.

@Oram77 Sure in boss fights but character and writing wise the Norse lot are better. Poseidon and Hades literally have no character and only appear to get killed. The Norse games actually give the villains depth.

@GamingGod You are reading too much into it because 2.0 won't get 60fps from GTA VI.

Can't wait and i hope games with issues see a 2.0 patch.

@rjejr Baldur was a great villain and had a ton of depth in my opinion. In fact Baldur, Thor and Odin far eclipse the Greek era villains.

Such a stacked cast. He's a great choice.

@dodgykebaab The Switch 2 won't play everything but it can play enough. RE Requiem is launching day 1 for instance on it and by all accounts its a good port.

Just PR fluff. Parent MS has made it clear they fully support going 3rd party.

@RoomWithaMoose Not if requires MS to keep it running online. I also have strong doubts it will be what people think it will be.

@awp69 MS are a 3rd party publisher so anything they do gaming wise is relevant to PS. Plus it get clicks.

The fact people want to waste money on the PCXbox is hilarious when it will be discontinued and have support dropped within 5 years. Like or hate Phil but he actually wanted Xbox the console to remain and well he's now "resigned" and replaced with a person who background is AI and has zero experience in gaming.

@Judal27 Granted i'm playing on a PS5 Pro but Nioh 3 has been near flawless for me on it, only times it might drop for me is when its a big boss with loads of things going on in the arena and i have two other players with me.

@RoomWithaMoose Obviously the best Godzilla stuff is less about him and more about the characters and subtext but generally people love Godzilla because people love watching monsters destroy things and fight each other and well Godzilla is the King of Monsters. It goes back to the childhood joy and urge to smash toys together. Its just fun seeing big monster fight other big monster while wrecking a city in the process.
