They should have hired somebody like bluepoint games to do the remasters. They could have done the uncharted treatment with them. They would have sold double the amount if the games had been well remastered from the start
Well obviously it will otherwise what's the point buying it. But still don't see why people need a pro and pay all that money just to play an old PS4 game with slightly improved graphics from the base 5
What a joke. The PS4 version still looks perfectly fine and runs just fine with no issues. More importantly you can pick that version up for like a tenner maybe even less on eBay. You would have to be crazy to pay that price. Even if you have never played it I still wouldn't spend that much. This will come down in price pretty quickly once they see no demand to pay 60pound
Its actually a very good game even if it didnt live up to all the hype and lets be honest it never was going to. Sure there is no excuse for how buggy it was on launch but the story, characters and music were all top notch. And CD will eventually fix all the bugs you are missing out on a good game if you listen to all the constant trashing it gets online
I hope they do something new after the hate they got for the last of us 2 I think it's a good idea they don't do another sequel for that game anytime soon
Would be weird having an uncharted game without ND being the studio working on it. But I'm definitely down for some more uncharted games, one with Sam and sully would be my dream uncharted game. Even a younger sully could be pretty cool we see him in uncharted 3 during the cutscenes when Nathan was younger more stuff before that would be interesting. You could even do a younger Nathan but that's what the uncharted film is already doing
The games should be as long as they need to be to keep a consistent quality. I hate when games are dragged out and filled with boring missions just to make them long so that can be a selling point
People are allowed to dislike the game personally I don't like the story it's nowhere near as good and certain characters aren't treated that well. Plus some character decisions just don't make sense but I don't wanna spoil anything. The people giving zero though that's stupid the graphics and gameplay are all good just let down by a poor story and a horrible charcter in abby who ND force us to play for parts
Brilliant game with one of the best single player stories ever in my opinion. Gameplay might not be the greatest but that's not why you play it you play it for the story
I hate this anytime a game has an update it always tells me I don't have the space when I do so I spend most my time having to constantly delete and move games
I enjoyed the game the open world might be dead but the story was great and the main characters were likeable so will probably get it on ps4 plus I never played the dlc so this gives me the chance now
To be honest this is a waste of time just accept defeat and make sure you don't mess up the next game you make. Not enough interest in anthem anymore to warrant all this work
I have read the leaks and the story is awful what an insult to fans of the first. I can't believe they actually thought people would enjoy this story they could have done a million different things all of which would have been better
It annoys me when I think of how much potential this game had. We could have had tank only battles and a battle of Britain plane mode where one team is German bombers targeting RAF bases and the other team is in spitfires defending. They have no content for the Eastern front which is ridiculous. A ww2 game without any Russian content is not a proper ww2 game how can you ignore the Eastern front it's crazy so many crucial battles like stalingrad ignored. No normandy or Berlin towards the end of the war dice really messed up this could have provided an amazing ww2 experience like bf1 did for ww1
They should just release it the game is basically done and would still make a fortune in may as people want games atm to keep them entertained through the lockdown. Plus you can still get physical even with shops closed just pre order on amazon. I understand ND and Sony want to make the most money they can but fans have been waiting for years and who knows when sony will feel it's the right time to release it. Could be another month or 3 months or longer which is frustrating
Shame was looking forward for it and will still play it but was hoping would be as good as resident evil 2 last year. Sounds like they rushed it out quickly just for a quick profit after the success of the previous remake. A 6hour campaign with no second playthrough like last year is not worth full price at launch
Currently playing death stranding for the first time only a few hours in so far but I'm loving it. I've always been someone who loves cutscenes in games so death stranding is totally my kind of game
@DonJorginho I agree plus once the game is out they are probably given very long holidays to reward them for the hardwork they put in. None of them are being forced they could leave if they weren't happy with the work conditions. But for most they probably want to crunch in the buildup as why would they want to see a game they have worked on for years fail
The last of us 2 hopefully won't be delayed because I doubt they have much work left to do on the game. It was originally meant to come out in February so they have to be close to done now the one more likely to be delayed is ghost of tsushima
@nookie_egg I enjoyed lost legacy but its easily the weakest uncharted game in the Series. Its not even a proper full length uncharted game since its only like 7 hours where as the other uncharted games
are usually like 10-12hours in length. I also am not that fussed on nadine ND did make her more likeable than in 4 but she still doesn't really interest me that much. Chloe is fine I like her but would have been so much better if it was her and sam to begin with and maybe throw in sully in as well then. I don't think 4 was rushed I feel they concluded the story and Nathan's story pretty well and I had no issues with how it ended. That final fight against rafe was awesome as well in the ship. I also didn't care that supernatural elements weren't part of the 4th game they had already done that multiple times was time to mix things up and do something else. And as I said originally I loved the story for uncharted 4 it was great and always pulls me in everytime I play it. But fair enough we all have different opinions when it comes to the games and which ones we like. I would personally rank uncharted 4 as the best followed by 2,3, 1 and lost legacy but I love them all and there isn't much between them
I wish they would start announcing the games coming at launch I'm not paying a fortune unless I know it has some great games coming within the first few months
@Matroska well personally it's my favourite uncharted game I love the story sam is a great character and instantly became one of my favourite uncharted characters after playing the game. The graphics are incredible it has some great action sequence and enjoyable puzzles and it concluded Nathan's story really well. Rafe was also a great villain and I enjoyed the bits you mentioned. Being at Nathan's house was fun to see how different his life was to previous uncharted games and also reminded us also of some of his past adventures which was cool. All the orphanage stuff was good OK it might have just been mostly walking in those missions but finding out more about Nathan's childhood was interesting in the cutscenes. So yeah I had no issue with some of the slower paced missions which you mentioned because story wise they were all important and that's why I play the uncharted games for the amazing stories that ND give us in them. I have replayed it multiple times and although the pacing can be slow for periods still a great game that I enjoy replaying
@Jaz007 nonsense it's nowhere near being the worst it's easily better than the first and third. I would rank it at the same level as uncharted 2 and if you want to include lost legacy 4 is also better than that
I really hope it isn't uncharted 4 it's a brilliant game but I've already played it like 3 times and got the platinum for it. Would prefer something else but for anyone who hasn't played it they are in for a treat. I'm not really interested in racing games so will be a bad month for me if that also comes
