@Oram77 Blimey, selling over double the amount on PS5 in just under a year, than in over five years on Xbox, is quite striking - even taking Game Pass into account.

@PuppetMaster my uni has returned to assessing students with in-person, closed-book oral or written exams, since there's no other way we can confidently secure the assessment.

Other universities are still assessing by essay with the big risk of AI cheating, and they are doing their students a big disservice. Employers already tell us that they view degrees awarded from certain institutions with a lot of suspicion and make hiring decisions accordingly.

@PuppetMaster I'm a lecturer and it is profoundly depressing to see the next generation outsourcing their critical thinking to GenAI, despite the results it provides them for essays and the like being tediously written and full of garbage. Then they wonder why they flunk their in-person written and oral exams when the crutch is removed and they are forced to rely on their own knowledge and independent thought.

It's really sad to watch them smooth out their brains in real time.

The fact you have to pay to get access to two of the game's factions kills any goodwill I might have had towards this.

The dialogue is horrific. Not even funny-bad, just outright terrible.
