I get what I get and judge it after it is announced whether it's good or not. I don't demand any particular game from this service because if I wanted to play a certain game enough to ask for it through PS Plus, I would simply buy it.

Of course i'am, Iove this game. My favorite game of 2021 so yeah.

Reviewers should go back and update their review and re-submit it to metacritic if they can. Regardless, I think this is going have consequences on the future sells of the game past the first month sells.

This definitely isn't a good look. The negative effects of mtx and always online showed itself at the same time in one day of this game and could over shadow a great sim driving game(gameplay). If this were other companies, they might get away with it. We let some companies do this while calling out others. Sony is definitely held to a higher standard for sure. But ive said it time and time again, PlayStation has become trashier with their practices and more antagonistic toward their own fanbase ever since Jim and Hermen took over. I also said that this game would get it's sells over time because most people just want to play it on PS5 but this could have huge ramifications on future sells of the game. What a complete screw up by PD and Sony.

The Jim and Hermen effect. PlayStation has become noticeably crappy/scummier under Jim Ryan and Hermen Hulst. Yes im relating this to them because It's an overarching theme.

I wanted to cry seeing this. This announcement by itself made this State of Play worth while. This was my favorite game last year. I couldn't even bring myself to delete it off my PS5 lol. It's been locked to my home screen every since that firmware beta started. Maybe I instinctively know lol. Housemarque are the heroes of this timeline.

@GalacticBreakdown Yep, people forget it was the PS4 version on PS Now. The PS5 version is easily a better experience.

This is actually a great month. Giving people access to Ghost's multiplayer is a good move and its still active, this will only boost it further. The PS5 version of Ghostrunner is a good move as well. Sonic Team racing was ok from what I played, it aint Mario kart though lol. Have no experience with Ark tho and im not really interested.

Bought the PS5 version physical myself. In terms sales, this will probably open lower world wide than the first game due to the PS5 shortage and earlier timeline. Most likely won't beat Zero Dawn's first year sales neither. Like Miles Morales though, it will be PS5 dependent in terms sales. Meaning the sales will depend on PS5 stock. The consumer has basically told Sony they should drop PS4 support when it comes to AAA 1st party games if they've had projects they're just beginning. That 120 million PS4s doesn't mean much here anything anymore.

Definitely picking up now but will play it after Horizon Forbidden West. I like what im hearing about the DualSense implementations(CyberPunk 2077).

Well the point for me was to not have to download it at all other than for updates. So i'll suck up and drop money for the PS5 physical outright.

That's one boss level steelbook. I dunno if im going to buy the game yet but i'll at least try to get my hands on the steelbook for the right price if I don't buy the game(even though I don't usually collect steelbooks without the game)

This is such a trashy move but such a Jim Ryan move at the same time. I'm not excited about this. This doesn't benefit Playstation fans i duuno care what PR trash he's spouting. This is just them bringing in extra cash. Paid too much for this. This isn't "organic growth" neither. "Bungie will remain independent", Phil owns Jim at this point.

Ubisoft is one desperate company, the more desperate they get on live service, the further I stay away from the games they make. This company's games don't have any inspiration behind them anymore and haven't for some time now.

Although true but like the Bethesda deal, this changes nothing for me as I don't buy Activision games like COD. So I don't all of a sudden want to buy an Xbox or join PC because of this move by Microsoft. I definitely don't do any streaming neither. Again, this hurts Sony even more than the Bethesda deal.

Yeah, ivs seen this multiple times personally(on PS4 and PS5), i'm not putting any eggs into this basket.

Any game dev bragging about such thing is automatically red flagged by me and will undergo rigorous examination upon release through research on the internet.

Every character looks sick/cool in this game. I'm definitely going to playing this and KOFXV all weekend lol.

It looks good but this game is going to have the Miles Morales effect where past the initial sales of the first weeks, the PS5 version will drive sales. The PS4 version is going to be a lot less desirable like Miles and people are just going to wait til they get their hands on a PS5 to play it.

Messed around with the demo for about 6 hours so far. It is indeed incredible/impressive stuff. Bravo to all who were involved in creating this. It’s not often gamers….well console gamers get access to this type of thing so thanks for that.😊 Unreal Engine 5 is amazing and I look forward to seeing what game devs are able to achieve with it.

If this is suppose to be a "competitor" it is poorly conceived as Gamepass offers all 1st party games day one and they(MS) offer some 3rd party games day one. I really hope Jim and Hermen didn't sit up in a room and discuss among themselves that this is the thing they need to do to counter Gamepass.

DualSense, Tempest 3D Audio, and the PS5's SSD. Mark Cerny and his team did an outstanding job in making a console that creates new experiences.

Im not liking the Hazard Zone requirments as I don't have any interest right now in that mode lol. CQC Specialist and Deadshot trophies sounds like something made/could be done in Portal.
