Battlefield 2042 Trophies Will Turn You into a Future Soldier

Hot on the heels of Call of Duty: Vanguard revealing its Trophy list, Battlefield 2042 has done the very same thing. The list is focused entirely on multiplayer since EA DICE hasn't included a single player campaign this time, meaning you'll need an online connection to start earning them. Basic gongs include reaching level milestones like 15 and 25, while accumulative Trophies such as winning 42 rounds across all game modes will be worked towards through general play.

Hazard Zone receives some dedicated Trophies, such as the requirement to extract without anyone in your squad dying and leaving the field of play with 50 Data Drives. Interestingly, there aren't any trinkets dedicated to the new Portal mode, which allows players to modify the game using assets and custom modes from previous Battlefield titles. We suppose you could still earn the miscellaneous Trophies here, though, such as earning a quad kill while defending an objective and performing a roadkill with a helicopter or jet.

The Trophy list is rounded out with credentials for travelling 15 kilometers using ground vehicles, reviving 100 teammates, and using the grappling hook, ballistic shield, sentry gun, and loadout crates. There's also a gong with the description: "Outstanding performance achieved". Maybe you've just got to top the leaderboard in a single match to unlock it? Who knows with that one.
