If I was producing any shooter and I wanted to attract players, I would ensure there were a platinum trophy in my game that took maybe 10 hours to get and relied on mainly trying out all the mechanics, characters, weapons, perks to some extent. Basically give you the platinum for experiencing the game. I figure that would attract players and make the game more fun. What do I know?

Honestly, why not all 3? BioShock in the Arctic, Borderlands 4, and Civ 7. They're all in development, right? It's been a while for all those franchises.

It's probably good that we get a Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft showcase- and then just a showcase for newrly everything else in one show. Aside from PC gamer show/devolver

My #1 most wanted game since I discovered I could buy PS2 games on PS4 has been SSX Tricky, one of the most amazing games made. I would cry if they add it with trophy support- it is an all time classic ❣️

The end of chapter songs they made in collaboration with artists are spectacular. Follow You Into the Dark is haunting. No One Left to Love is one of the most amazing songs I've ever heard. The vocals are just next level, and she is so passionate. Definitely gonna check out the rest of the soundtrack now, but look into the chapter songs if you haven't

The best game ever made on multiple levels. The PS5 version is amazing, too. No Return is a seriously underrated mode right now. It is incredibly fun, challenging, and addicting. The human AI is the closest I've ever come to playing versus real players on Grounded. I've played hundreds of hours of this game across both generations and and I still see new animations every time I play. I cannot recommend this game enough, I've played THOUSANDS of game and I swear this is the best!

I really thought it was a legal problem they were trying to avoid with online play, but now I'm really not sure what they're thinking...

@get2sammyb and there's a rumored remake of Zero Dawn, a multiplayer game, a sequel to forbidden West, and the TV show. If there's a full on LEGO game as well then we're definitely looking at a milking situation. OH!

I know this is an underrated game generally speaking, but it is becoming overrated the more it grows this reputation as a "gem". I like this game, but it is not all that.

My God. I don't want to be that guy, but are we looking at the moment we can say the console wars truly ended? These closures are happening at the same time Xbox is bragging they are selling more units on PS5 as a publisher than Sony this month. Seems like their strategy is shifting faster than their messaging can keep up.

I think he's right when it comes to EAFC's development. I could totally see AI being helpful in translating recordings of players into animations for their in-game characters, even from just a match broadcast. And honestly I would prefer an AI broadcaster at this point than the broadcast they have now, I can barely stand either of the duos and their lines get very repetitive very quickly... it's pretty un-immersive. Each FIFA game has been a step forward, despite what you may have heard from losers addicted to Ultimate Team- especially EAFC 24. I welcome AI in this game's development for sure

I'm interested in this and I signed up, but I don't know which games are "supported". Like it would be kinda interesting if they solicited me to play certain games so they could get gameplay clips and then maybe reward me with PlayStation points or something, anything

You also could mention they've got to deliver two Alan Wake expansions, which the first was slotted for early this year... I hope I don't regret buying the 'season pass' a few days ago on sale. Alan Wake 2 is a masterpiece!

The PS5 as a platform is what makes it a powerhouse and the best generation yet. There are more good games to play on it than any other console in history, and it's an endless amount of quality & fun. I want good first party games, but I do not mind that they're coming slowly. I haven't even had time to get to Final Fantasy Rebirth, 16, Stellar Blade, & Rise of the Ronin, which I've heard amazing things about. Even the PlayStation Plus offerings have been great the past few months and I haven't had time for those either.

I'm feeling like I put extra points into Luck right now because I decided to pull the trigger and pick it up for $5 + $12 dlc. This decision is a pretty S.P.E.C.I.A.L. way to mess with your consumers though haha . Sony should fix this

I feel like I can see better shadows, like the orange awning on the left. Better fog down the street to the right. Better textures of the overgrowth above the poweline across the street to the left. All this on my phone, so I bet I'll notice it more on my 4K TV

@LifeGirl I lived that normal. It does not ever need to return to that, and I would pay money rather than watch 5 minutes of ads for a 50 minute episode. However, I was already paying for no ads because prime video was ad-free. Now I need to pay more, and that's annoying. Did Amazon really need to eek out that little bit of money? Guess so... Sucks.

Three Dog is really a great character in Fallout 3. I think he's got the best radio station in the series and Dellins voiced him very well. Some parts of Fallout 3 are a little campy but Three Dog is legit

They could stop releasing games starting today and running for 5 entire years and I would still have a backlog.

They really dropped the ball with the timing on the PS5 version of Fallout 4. They could've been getting money from a $30 PS5 ultimate edition bundle. They're gonna miss a couple weeks of interest

@breakneck I routinely see people comment that they won't buy a game because the trophy list is terrible or doesn't have a platinum. I'd bet at least a fraction of those commentors did plan to buy it and then do skip the purchase...

The first one is one of my favorite games of all time. There's a reason it won PC game of the year, it's superb. The second game was an upgrade in every aspect but gameplay. I found it lame. If they can go back to the first game's formula and add some spice it will be VERY welcome!

Based take. The thing is your teammates can be absolutely detrimental to you winning a match in a shooter, MOBA, etc, but you ought to stop complaining about it anyway. You cannot change it, so you should focus on what you can control- your own performance and consistency.

Let's stop feeling bad about ourselves and looking at the past with enough nostalgia to turn trash into treasure. Gaming is better now than ever before. The quality of games is better, the amount of experiences available are more, the volume of great titles is high.
About Sony showcases I can feel the fatigue... I used to really look forward to E3 because I knew what I was getting. Some years were better than others, sure, but during that week I knew there would be a lot of marketing and hype to get me excited. Now I've forgotten about Sony showcases. They have been so few and far between, and the last one was such a disappointment. Now that I can't even look forward to Factions I'm not sure what the point is... :/
