GTA 6 PS5 Pre-Orders Come with a Bonus, But You Must Be Very Careful 1

GTA 6 pre-orders are beginning to go live around the globe, and you can find out more information in our guide.

All PS Store purchases prior to the game’s release on 19th November will come with the following pre-order bonuses: the Vintage Vice City cosmetics pack and a one month subscription to GTA+.

The GTA+ subscription will grant you a variety of benefits within GTA Online, and will be emailed directly to you upon placing your pre-order. You won’t be able to sell or transfer this code, and you’ll only be able to redeem it on the account used to pre-order the game.

However, you’ll have until 31st March, 2027 to redeem it, so you can use it whenever you want.

There is a catch, though: GTA+ will auto-renew once activated, so be very careful when you redeem your code.

GTA+ ordinarily costs $7.99/£6.99/€7.99 per month, and you will be automatically charged if you forget to cancel your subscription after your free month expires.

To cancel your membership, navigate to the PS Store on your console select ‘...’ > ‘Subscriptions’. You’ll see GTA+ listed among your active subscriptions. Be sure to cancel it before your free month expires to avoid any further unexpected payments.

GTA+ comes with a variety of GTA Online benefits, like free cars and clothing, as well as gameplay advantages. You’ll also get access to a catalogue of free Rockstar games, like Bully and Red Dead Redemption.

So this is a nice perk, but the cynic in me can’t help but wonder whether Rockstar is hoping fans redeem it and then forget to cancel. Don’t be that person!
