The game is boring as h***! I played the first two matches. They were both exactly the same on the same map. Already tired of the game and not sure whether or not I'll play it a third time. The combat is not satisfying- you're just firing all your bullets until it stops for a second and automatically reloads. There's no reason to take your finger off the trigger button. Meanwhile the NPC AI is saying "Summoning Raptors" over and over again. 4/10.

Will be playing on GamePass! Capcom is a winner. One of the highlights of the year for Xbox.

I gave it a 6. Game was a 10 for about 12 hours split over two days, then it crashed to a 6 when I was already burned out and everything started seeming super repetitive.

I for one am glad that music will be making a comeback in the sequel. Was NOT looking forward to playing through this game with sound effects only. Music makes a big difference!

@thefourfoldroot VRR does improve performance when it enables unlocked framerates. Some games that support this are Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves, God of War Ragnarok, and Spider-Man Miles Morales. You're right in thinking that VRR doesn't make a huge difference when framerate isn't unlocked, but unlocking framerate (usually going from 60 FPS to something like 70-90 FPS) is a big deal. Hopefully more and more games will be utilizing unlocked framerates in the future. If the trend of the recent past continues, it will probably be the new standard for major AAA games.

I won't be buying digital, but would consider it if there's a physical release.

I like playing my PSVR2, but can't see myself regularly dropping $40 on new games for it. Hopefully they'll keep bringing new PSVR2 games to PS Plus. Humanity has turned out to be one of my favorite games for the headset, and the fact that I didn't buy it makes it all the sweeter.

I would have bought this game on release physical, but will skip it if it's digital only. I sell my games after I finish them, which usually means I can get $30 back from a $60 game. Making it digital only basically makes this game $30 more expensive than everything else I play. No thanks!

My wife calls my PS5 a Sega Genesis. SMH

I don't really need this to be a 50 hour game. I wish it was shorter but more stuffed with excellent content. Still excited to play it, though!

Glad they got Barbie Fashion Designer in there as well as The Last of Us. These two games will go down in history as all time greats.

@FenIsMightier do you have a VRR display? If so, have you noticed a lot of frame rate issues? I can only speak from my personal experience. I can see the frame rate fluctuating when I look at it on my TV but it isn’t really noticeable as far as what I’m seeing when I play the game.

I'm 9 hours in on the PS5 version. Only major problem is the game doesn't work in HDR. As far as the framerate drops are concerned- they aren't a huge issue on a VRR display. Still not exactly what you want on day one, but not quite as bad as people are making it out to be.

It's gotta really eat into those sales when a game is released Day One on GamePass. I played Wo Long on GamePass, although I'm primarily a PS5 player. I have to imagine many other people are in similar boats.

I still believe that Bosch was supposed to be the main. That other character was too annoying to be first choice!

Great to see the first PSVR2 game coming to PS Plus! Honestly with how much the headset costs a bunch of "free" games would be really appreciated.

Another smart purchase by Sony as they attempt to stop GREEDY Xbox from buying up the world and creating a videogame monopoly. Xbox will stop at nothing until they are the only console maker in the world and PS/Nintendo go bankrupt. Hopefully Sony can keep doing what they can to create a fair and competitive video game market for everyone.

I finished the game and can't say that her voice performance stood out as being especially great. That said, I think what most people are complaining about probably came down to the director. If the director had told her to play up the sexuality of the character, she probably could have managed that. It was the director's job to tell her how to perform the lines.

I've put about 30 hours into the PS5 version of this game trying to love it but it's just not for me. The writing is great but the gameplay is ridiculous. Had to turn the difficulty up to the highest setting and I'm still waltzing through the game without ever dying. It feels like they didn't even try to balance the difficulty. I'm used to playing games on Normal and at least dying on occasion. It may have some of the best writing ever but Witcher 3 has below average gameplay in my opinion.

Looks like PSVR2 games are being overrated. I say this as a PSVR2 owner. Most of those PSVR2 9/10's would be 6's or 7/10's if they weren't VR compatible. That might even be a little generous... The only real PSVR2 9/10 would be Gran Turismo 7, in my opinion. I don't think a PSVR2 10/10 exists yet.

@get2sammyb wow! Bold choice to put RE4 Remake as the #1 best PSVR2 game when the VR mode hasn't even released yet! Maybe time to review the VR Mode?

He wasn't really that hard. The bosses certainly don't get easier as the game goes along. Unless you just want an easy first boss and then a huge difficulty spike by the third boss. That's what people will get after they nerf the intro.

I don't know but I know if it came out I would buy it at launch. That's true if it comes out tomorrow or three years from now. Would be nice to have quality/raytracing features at 60 FPS. 30 FPS already feels last gen.

@Max_the_German if you have a VRR display it's really not a problem that it's not locked at 60. Not sure if developers are using that as an excuse now, but in fairness, VRR is a thing that PS5 supports! I for one have it and love it.
