I play most of my games on Playstation because it's the console I like best. However, third party games are usually best on Xbox. It's funny they bring up 3D audio when Xbox supports Atmos while Playstation only supports 3D audio through headphones, not speakers. In the past it seemed like framerate was usually better on Xbox- happily it looks like Playstation is catching up on that front. Hopefully Playstation can do as promised and make the PS5 the best place for third party games, but they need improvement to get there!

The game is pretty good, but I have to say this is the only game I've played for PSVR2 that made me motion sick. I've played about ten games if you count demos. It doesn't feel like the game was designed for VR. You're having to move around very quickly and sometimes when you get jumped on by an enemy the enemy kind of clips through you and doesn't look so good. Not terrible, but Gran Turismo 7 is the killer app for the system. I finished this one in pancake when it originally came out but I don't think I'll finish it again in VR. 6/10 in VR and 8/10 in pancake.

I played the Sky Aurora concert and it was a beautiful experience! Definitely of the most unique and artistic gaming moments of the year. Bravo to Aurora and the developers!

@get2sammyb Apex Legends isn't available in 120 FPS. It's 60 FPS max. Better check your research!

I hope Abby kills Ellie at the beginning and you spend the rest of the game playing as Abby!

I played the demo and the game is straight up janky garbage with some of the most annoying dialogue imaginable. Anybody giving this game a good review is either paid off or has bad taste.

Whatever remaining hype I had for the game is gone after playing the demo. Cringey dialogue, finicky lock-on, and boring enemies. I was actually surprised how bad the demo was. I don't know why they thought this would persuade people to buy the game. They would have been better off skipping the demo and going straight to release.

@BoldAndBrash yeah unfortunately they would never make a game like this today- not in a million years. It's all Fortnite and Roblox now.

@thefourfoldroot actually it often does. Some games like Miles Morales, God of War Ragnarok, and others offer unlocked framerates. Without VRR the performance mode is usually locked at 60 FPS. With VRR performance mode instead runs about 70-90 FPS.

So if you have it on PSVR 1, will you be able to play it on PSVR 2 without buying again?

God of War Ragnarok is a great game, maybe even a 10/10 game. But it isn't innovative- it's a super polished version of the average video game experience. Elden Ring isn't close to average in any way- it's innovative, epic, and uniquely flavored in terms of art and story. I love Ragnarok, but Elden Ring deserves the Game of the Year award.

I wouldn't play this game if it was free. If you wanted me to finish it, I would charge $10 an hour.

Might not be good for the average player, but this will be great for Gungrave superfans!

I give it a big 8! Great presentation but the game is so easy that there's very little tension or excitement for me. Plus it seems like there's about 5 minutes of talking for every five minutes of action. All that put together makes it feel more like watching an interactive movie than playing a super engaging game. Not even close to my game of the year- Elden Ring!

Yassss queen! Hope these options will be the new normal for AAA games in the future. I'll be playing in Favour Quality + HFR + VRR= 40 FPS Unlocked. Sweet!

Good game and I give it an 8 but personally I liked the first game better. The story and tone were more believable in the first one. Kind of funny that Amicia is a killing machine now! Framerate is fine at 40 FPS.

Can't wait to see Timothee Charlamet portray P in the DLC. He's a fantastic actor and will bring a ton of charisma and star power to the role!
