This is a disgrace and if developers are focusing on 4k ultra detail over 60fps I wont be investing in a PS5 for quite some time.

Real gamers have made this perfectly clear over the past several years FPS>Graphics.
I refuse to believe that the hardware of both next gen consoles especially the X is enough to provide high quality graphics with locked 60fps. This reeks of laziness from the developers and the greed of wanting to release these game on current gen systems.

no matter how good this looks I think ill leave this for the PS5. Really enjoyed Sekiro and im sure this will be better

@ShogunRok I purchased a cheap copy of Res Evil 7 the other day and my god those initial load times before you can start to actually play in game are horrendous.
From booting up the console all the way to actually being able to have gameplay is roughly 7 minutes I think. Cant wait for next gen.

Fallout 4 came out nearly 5 years ago. Crazy to think their next big game isn't anywhere near finished yet. Too busy focusing on trash like Fallout 76. The next Elder Scrolls is a receipe to print money.

I think people are forgetting that it's not graphics that are gonna get a major overhaul next gen. It's performance, resolution, lighting, load speeds, environment. Textures are not going to see a massive bump until much later in the lifecycle

If Demon Souls is a release title then im all in for a PS5 pre order. If not then I'll be more than happy to wait for the 2nd or 3rd wave of units.

When I see things like this it makes me frustrated that PlayStation are potentially wasting development resources & money on features that 80-90% of gamers will not use.

They haven't even posted a PS Plus reveal/ available now video. PlayStation at the moment are a PR nightmare

Seriously though the game looks and will play brilliant. But that was never going to be the issue either

Just over six months till mid November when the current gen consoles were released. I would say six months is perfect timing to do a full reveal with the box hardware, the price, showcasing a few games and hopefully an exclusive or two.
If they go past May without doing a full reveal though that's a wee bit silly in my opinion especially when to Mums & Dads, Gamer Pass is the obvious choice for their wallets right now when buying for their kids (a substantial piece of the market).

started to really notice it withion the games 1st three hours or so but I never let it ruin the experience for me, I expect nothing less from SquareEnix, Kingdom Hearts 3 was another with silly Anime style voice grunts

Great gameplay with great acting. It'll be well worth the £45 I'm paying for it. I just don't like what I've sadly read with regards to the dramatic turn of events during the game, theres no doubt in my mind that not many people will like it. Its got nothing to do with Ellie being gay, we knew she was gay from the 1st DLC. I would be happy as Larry if we was playing as Ellie for the whole game because she is a badass, my favourite female protagonist of all time, so much so I was going to name my daughter after her. The game is going to easily sell at least 4 million copies.

Two games of the same niche genre as well as available on PS NOW - terrible month. PlayStation have not even revealed the line up on You Tube yet knowing how much they will get roasted for it

@BradT mate I've sadly seen the spoilers now and I'm very very sad at the way the story is going. It's very poor indeed and I don't agree with how it's been written. Talk about killing a franchise. I want to give the benefit of the doubt though we may end up thinking it's fantastic anyway and wanting for more after the game finiahes, who knows but I'm not hopeful

@OmegaStriver great point there normally game leaks happen a week or two before release not two damn months. I was casually browsing unrelated Twitter articles before and boom plot reveals all over the place. Be careful

@Constable_What no multiplayer sadly buddy, it was confirmed a while back but they may bring stand alone multiplayer at sum point. I really enjoyed the multiplayer as well. Had to play through it for the Plat trophy. I'm still sure the game is going to be fantastic visually and from a gameplay point of view. I find it amusing now that Sony/NG delayed the game because physical copies wouldn't have been available and they may have lost sales. Well now that this leak has happened they will be losing even more sales I would imagine

@Constable_What it is what it is buddy. Horrible story direction and yes I'm aware of what your on about. I'll probably still buy for the gameplay but it's going to be wierd at the point your on about. Troy Baker was spot on when he said open mind. I get ND is going for shock factor but what they have done appears ridiculous

@Constable_What knew I couldn't avoid them. I've seen idiots listing stuff in random comments around the net. My god you was right. Awful writing truly awful direction this game has taken. Really tempted to cancel my pre order now knowing what I know, I hate the sound of these plot points so much

May is such a weak month for new releases I was really looking forward to at least one of the two "leaked" games. I dont normally do this but I would advise people to go on social media and express your disappointment with PlayStation on this one via their official Twitter account. If the big wigs think these two games are acceptable they can think again

@RatmCky playing UC4 last night I couldn't tell a difference either but then again liem you my TV is on the mid to low range of the budget scale. I'm sure the high end TV's its far more noticeable

Nothing like Animal Crossing but if you like Stardew Valley this is a no brainer surely, im sure it will sell like hot cakes to that crowd

@Leon_93 Lore wise not the best in the series but its still a great game in its own right. A hell of lot of content at that price too and its 60fps which DS3/Bloodborne/Sekiro aren't

@Constable_What cheers buddy. Can confirm was a huge Star Wars fan until I saw Last Jedi, so much so I havent even bothered to watch Rise. You have just made me upset haha. I've still got my pre order and it sounds like I'm going to be pretty annoyed what they do with these characters but still if the game play is as good as it seems from the trailers I won't be too bitterly disappointed. Unlike Last Jedi where I was 1st out the cinema door in frustration

I dare not look at the leaks but I have seen peoples reactions to them. What I don't get is that there are a lot of immature people out there saying ND are trying to push an agenda and unhappy with the story elements....
I mean where the trailers not clear enough on where the story was going along with including the cult group in several of the trailers. I just don't understand why people are so annoyed hence why im finding it so difficult not to look at these spoilers.
Guess what guys its the apocalypse do you really not think that cults would be generated in the South States of America of all places 20 plus years after an outbreak.
Personally I cannot wait for this game. The acting, the gameplay, the visuals is all going to be 2nd to none and if the story has a few blips along the way, guess what I wont care, do you think I enjoyed walking around for several hours in FF7 Remake? No I didn't but the game despite those flaws was still brilliant.
Sorry for the rant hope what I've typed correctly put my point across
