Not at all surprised by the low score. Watching preview videos and Beta footage, the game looked awful

So pleased about this. This kind of success means the next part will be brought to next gen within 3.5 years. Genuinely fantastic game with an ending i was pleased with. I'm on my 2nd play through on hard mode

@kyleforrester87 similar thing happened at the end of the side quests at Sector 5. I suspect it was just bad writing

I saw these textures for the first time last night and they are poor. But y'know what? I really couldn't care less because the game is brilliant

So thought I'd give an opinion on this. Played FF7 for 5 hours yesterday with a fully charged DS4 that's roughly 4 years old. It still had 1 bar if battery left at time of shutting down. I genuinely think people are having different experiences with the battery life. I've never had an issue though as a prefer to play wired as most of my games are fighting which needs less input delay

A good and fair review. I'm 6 hours in and loving the hell out of it but I do recognise already that it's far from perfect. There's a lot of nostalgia hype of course but the key thing is the fight system so far is great I'm really enjoying each and every fight and if I do get the opportunity to do sum grinding. I absolutely will

A lot of people claim the "best" player in the world right now "Dizzy" also cheats but thats obviously PC format.
Me personally i just suck, i do lose a lot of gun battles but the game is brilliant i really love it ive forgotten about PubG now

@Turismo4GT I honestly don't think it's been that successful mate, so I would imagine there will be a story mode next year. When I played daily back in the day I always used to say they shouldn't bother with single player and just focus on multiplayer but I guess not everyone feels that way

really enjoying COD this year. 1st time ive bought it since Black Ops 1. this new Blackout mode is really fun

MHW was GOTY for me but Autumn 2019 is a long way off.

@Porco that's my point I was on the understanding that a human eye can only see 60fps but meh either way cool article I guess. But your right this tech will never see a living room due to 4k being pretty much a limit on your standard size TVs

Soma is a great game but still these two Niche categories are a let down for me

something that has always confused me. if 60fps is the magic number to hit for a lovely smooth experience in gaming, then why does it matter if its above this number?

some people just care about the product they have worked hard on for years and years and care enough to push that extra amount to hit dead lines. Certain You Tube stars proactively try and disregard this fact and say its slave labour practice. Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head
