The Last of Us 2 Trailer Showcases Incredible Gameplay and Visuals

Only seen the first 40 seconds and already getting the feels.
Screw the leaks my preorder stands firm.

They did well with this trailer, it's gorgeous and it doesn't reveal anything from the leaks.

Naughty dog always delivers. Can’t wait! Although, I kind of wished that the release date would have been pushed up . June can’t arrive soon enough.

Holy hell, this looks incredible. I had chills.The Last of Us is my favorite game of all time, and it looks like Naughty Dog has another masterpiece in their hands.

I just hope there's no mandatory online ones blocking the Platinum. It took me years to finish the online 'Journey' trophies. Got the Platinum eventually, refused to give up on it.

That trailer was definitely aimed at the leaked footage. I had 2 major parts spoiled (which I won’t go into) so I watched all the leaked footage and thought it was all from the first half of the game. That trailer has solidified my view. Can’t wait day 1

I can’t believe some people saying they not playing this just because you play as a gay character which i think is very silly. the game looks absolutely amazing. I knew Naughty dog wouldn’t fail their fans they never do.

Based on your comments, my hope is that the realistic graphics depicting violence doesn't get so unconfortable to the point I need to take a break from the game every now and then.

Looks great. I like that it seems like they are going to delve into the deeper moral issues of revenge/killing. Always a brushed over plot point in the Uncharted series .
And it did make me laugh in Days Gone (and don't get me wrong I love the game, 10/10 for me) when Deacon grumbles about the marauders killing, as you sneak around the ambush camps brutally slaughtering every single one of them.

Jaw-dropping visuals. Brutal looking gameplay, yet again.

I think I need to drop everything else I'm playing at the moment and have a run through TLOU Remastered. Had it ages but haven't played it, because the story was so good I could remember everything from playing on PS3... but it's about time for a full refresh prior to the sequel, I think.

It looks really good, but judge gameplay as "incredible" based on one second long cuts (which in many cases might as well be cutscenes) seems a little exagerated in my opinion...

Naughty Dog in fine form with some amazing facial expressions.

This trailer pretty much doesn't show anything we didn't knew already. The trailer only confirms that there are scenes that takes between TLOU ending and present time TLOU. Would've loved the trailer more if they showed more gameplay.

Speaking of Days Gone, just finished a long passage of play involving Skizzo. It was a brilliant and thrilling section of the game. Days Gone is definitely worth playing, story really kicks in once you get to Lost Lake.

I'm stunned, if I didn't know any better I'd say that was a PS5 game.

I've had my Collector's Edition pre-order since September 2019. I have been playing video games for 35+ years and I have never been so excited for a game like this before.

I think they need to stop Talking about it at this point. Every time they tweet about it there’s always going to be someone who spoils the game or starts talking about the mess going on at ND studios. I think they’re only making it worse for themselves and just be silent until the game releases.

Looks amazing. It just shows how much more talented Naughty Dog is compared to the rest of the industry. PS5/XSX games wont look this good for 2 to 3 years.

Like others have pointed out no MP. I haven't seen most of the footage been keeping away from it, and will not go to TLOU videos or even look at comments on Playstation Videos don't want it spoiled. Anyone need help with trophies or achievements if I've got the game which is most likely on Playstation, I'll help you with them even if I already have them.

Ive had my pre-order in for quite a while. I never had any doubt about it. If anything now I want to upgrade to collectors edition. I don't know what the leaks are about and dont care. I don't care one employee could not get his bonus early.

@TrueAssassin86x good thinking, but the x reveals tomorrow are from 3rd parties, so presumably some will hit playstation too. Doubt Sony would want to upset them.

Microsoft are doing a first party showcase in July which is the one Sony would target if thats the approach they are going for

For those who didn't notice... At the end of the video on the official PlayStation YT channel, there is a message "CAPTURED FROM PS4 PRO".

Naughty dog have juiced every ounce of power from the ps4 here. If that footage was from a ps5 exclusive you Wouldn't be dissapointed.

Unfortunately it’s been spoiled for me.. but I still don’t understand the backlash. Naughty Dog hasn’t disappointed yet, and this trailer only got me hyped for it again. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one and everyone’s just overreacting. A 30 some hour game, they’re gonna have PLENTY of time across that run time to tell a comparing narrative with PLENTY of context. Cannot wait for launch day!
