If ms really wants no competition they should have bought sony, not like they can't afford to

i get that this will look a lot better, but honestly this is the third time they have released this game - why not spend the time they used on this developing something new

hard to go wrong with robot dinosaurs really - taps right into childhood nostalgia - had toy robot dinosaurs when i was young..............i wonder what ever happened to them they were cool

graphics seem a bit.....lacking - has a look of a ps3 game to be honest

@Integrity not at all convinced it would have the same emotional impact twice, thats why despite it being possibly my favourite game ever i never replayed it and why i've avoided tlou2

@playstation1995 well is kena is anything to go by they would be a welcome addition

so if i want this expansion i have to buy a whole new version of the game? i'll happily play the ps4 version i just want the new content

as for load times......... as i recall the load times were shockingly fast on this game already even the ps4 version jsut running on the ps5 is likely to be all but instant

cant believe grunt isn't getting the love - grunt and tali best combo - Liara is my squeeze though

@Denni5m you miss my point - its not that hes ranting, its that its like hes talking to someone thats not there - it also sounds like hes talking while standing in a recording studio, not riding a bike - he also rants and inopportune moments - all done at high volume - it just didn't feel real, an opinion based on playing the game not reading any reviews

i got this when it came out - and ugh the loading times were horrible so i kinda put it down as it didn't seem all that great.....skip to ps5 and a lull of things to play and ohhh the ssd solved this games issues and once you get a bit further in it really improves - didn't like the how deacon spoke while riding - didn't feel real but other than that was a another great sony game

the load times were what killed days gone for me - thankfully ps5 revived it and i really enjoyed it in the end

@stuzster you are indeed correct everyone is entitled to their own opinion - but for game of the year i dont think a game that so many people actively dislike should be in contention

@Medic_Alert oh yes i know joel has killed many people - but i would argue they weren't exactly innocent though - abby's story is a straight up planned and plotted revenge murder - fine but done try and make out like shes a goodie - and as she is the antagonist of joel and ellies story and that is the story i'm already invested in - i dont want play out her story i just want to kill her

its just not a compelling story - trying to make people see two sides rarely if ever works from a story telling perspective

@naruball no because i know the story sucks and The Last of Us was a game totally based on its story - i'm sure in part 2 the actual game is probably much better but thats not what i want from it - i want a story i'm emotionally invested in and where it pays off that investment

@BNAG_Gamer why should we have empathy for abby?? - shes a murderer - her father is at best an attempted murderer - and after all that ending sucked - ellie should have gutted that b***h

plot is so terrible that despite the last of us being my favourite game of all time i couldn't bring myself to even play part 2 - great game i'm sure but ***** story

while i love my ps5 the odd take away from getting it is how much fun i'm having on my ps4 pro psvr - yes i know i can play those games probably better on the ps5 but i have an original psvr without the hdr pass through so i always had to swap out the hdmi each time - now i have my ps4 pro setup as a dedicated vr machine and i'm loving blood and truth at the moment and got ironman vr lined up next

started this on my ps4 pro but sounds like a jet engine - will we be able to move our save over to ps5?

looks pretty good but not sure it will sound quite right - can we get nolan north to do a voice over?

not that often i'd guess - want to go back to days gone - was making my ps4 pro sounds unhealthily loud other than that..... well might play cyberpunk but sure a native ps5 version will arrive pretty quickly for it

@TheIdleCritic if it can do blue and white - that suggests it has full rgb, well might do anyway could just be blue and an actual white led - might have to start with some paint experiments so i'm ready

does anyone know if the led's on the console itself can change colour or are they always blue? as if they can be changed or user defined this is not that hard to achieve

these would be acceptable prices for me but i think its fake as the stand is needed its not optional unless the console will sit unevenly and rock if you tried to put a disk in etc

to be honest there wasn't much of interest in the xbox showcase - and what we did see was 95% cgi trailers

not liking the white trim to be honest - but i've largely gone digital lately and likely to continue that trend

the first game is possibbly my favourite game of all time - but this one...well there are a few things story wise i am a little concerned by but the main reason i'm not going to play it is the dogs - i cant kill even cgi dogs

@SirAngry not really played any ea games in ages so cant say much on that - but for a vr star wars dogfighting game i think i'm willing to be fleeced

star wars squadrons looks amazing - first star wars game i've been hyped about in ages and in VR too!! cant wait to play that game

main thing in e3 that i wanna see is the sony press conference and the ps5 reveal served just as well

think i spotted it horizontal for about 1/2 a second

game sizes might be smaller with no need to duplicate data all over the drive

i thought the rumours from devs were that xbox was more powerful so not going to get my hopes up just yet - but hope it is more powerful still if it is i hate to think how much its going to cost

everyone rags on knack - and while the first one was pretty average and unforgettable the second game was really quite good and i enjoyed it - so if the trend continues knack 3 should be amazing

dont know how they can top the graphics from the ps4 remaster is was like watching a really high quality animated film - but if they want to try i cant wait - loved that game (never played the originals so another remaster if just fine with me)

ohhhhh would love it if this was the real one - we should petition sony to at least make one like this available as an "elite" controller

greg miller was only tolerable when you had colin moriarty to balance him out - kinda funny became kinda **** when he left

@Paranoimia i used to be that way but frankly my laziness took over and not having to go put disks in the machine is a joy

so i'm largely all digital now

i have a few concerns here - shu had done a great job so why move him especially to a lesser role? and finally guerrilla games getting 3 studio heads, unless they are all head different projects thats a recipe for disaster

@pepsilover2008 yeah i know i was just wondering if sony would do the decent thing and release any potential sequel on the xbox since fans of the series are likely to be on that system

to be honest though i'm not sure it sold well enough to justify a sequel - but sony does tend to let its studios do what they want so who knows

so if they did do a sunset overdrive 2 - do they release it on xbox as well? - would be fair play since ms is going to release some games on ps4

combat looks better than botw - the rest ....who knows will find out when it comes out though - really dont care they stole from botw though - its how game development works - see something you like and then try and improve on it

@GADG3Tx87 its ok but the triggers seem to be digital not analogue so for some games they might not work very well
