So what happens when this gets approved and then they try to buy EA or Take 2, is this going to continued to be allowed. Invest in your teams and actually make good games without having to buy the biggest things out there. Mind you xbox isnt fronting the bill here as they are a nonprofit organization

Main Point should be that if xbox and its money at hand is buying then sure, but xbox is a nonprofit division and the parent company heavily subsidizes it and all these purchases. They shouldnt be able or allowed to buy things up in uncompetitive format. Let alone they refuse to invest in their own products and teams as XBOX hasnt personally built anything themselves

I really hope trophies are there at launch. I like having the trophy data there to look back on down the road to see what i was playing as well as add enjoyment in the first playthrough. Hoping we can buy as well. I have premium but this is one i dont want tied to it incase i dont want it down the road

@Americansamurai1 not until people stop buying it every year. It charted in top 10 in us in 2022 from PS sales alone. Business wise, no reason to stop the yearly big profits from the method. Plus theres no competitor for it

Good turn your brain off listen to podcast kind of game. Only issue i have is when u have to get 99.99% of dirt to clear. Looking for the specs of dirt cam be annoying at times

Switch is at the end of its lifecycle but xbox dropping off so much is concerning for 2-3 year tech, shows there has been no supply constraints there and stock may have been met

Size of the gaming markets has exploded since early 2000s. It was going to happen. Hopefully the PS5 can approach these numbers in growth

Honestly for live service especially if free to play, they should really try to put them everyone including xbox to ensure max players are reached.

@KaijuKaiser could just be a give and take, we do a deal with Final Fantasy, Square see writing on the wall with Forspoken and ask Sony to throw them a bone there as a sony exclusive also gets the game more attention. Simple business

@ShogunRok is Disgaea really that big? Ive tried a few and they have never caught me. Then again it was on the switch which is a horrible experience

@BranJ0 theres literally no software kr interesting software coming from xbox, players arent buying games so more and more developers skip the platform or do time exclusives. Literally only reason i have a series s is to play the 360 games that are no where else playable
