Xbox has announced a Partner Preview showcase, and PS5 users will want to give it a watch.
This is Xbox's third-party presentation, meaning the games featured will all be from external publishers. That means most if not all the games shown will be heading to PS5 too.
Moreover, the company has announced a few of the games that'll be present during the show; we'll get a new look at RGG Studio's Stranger Than Heaven, as well as The Expanse: Osiris Reborn and "an update on" S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Of course, most of the show's games are being kept under wraps for now. However, the Xbox Wire post promises "brand-new reveals" and "world premieres" in addition to updates on already-announced games.
The Xbox Partner Preview is scheduled for Thursday 26th March at the following times:
- North America: 10am PDT / 11am MDT / 12pm CDT / 1pm EDT
- UK/Ire: 5pm GMT
- Europe: 6pm CET / 7pm EET
- Asia/Oceania: 2am (Fri) JST / 1am (Fri) AWST / 4am (Fri) AEDT
You'll be able to watch via the official Xbox YouTube and Twitch channels.

At least it's at a reasonable time for us in the UK (for once)
I do really want to see what The Expanse game is looking like. The sci-fi RPG genre could do with a smash hit after Starfield and Outer Worlds both fell short.
I won't tune in, I'll just check the news when it's over.
This is a playstation website. Stop doing xbox's hype work.
@Enuo they are third party games
Always exciting to see a livestrean promising game updates and reveals.
It'll be interesting to see if they're still transparent about what platforms games are coming to.
Ok, SEGA, bring it on, after absence at Game Awards and State of Play, it is about time for something Strange(r Than Heaven)!
Stranger Than Heaven? I'm there!
@Enuo Literally a list of third-party games from a multiformat publisher and we're not supposed to post about it. Can't win.
I wonder if the new plague tale game will get a release date as some stores have the pre orders already available
@Enuo really doesn't make sense since those are third party games coming to ps5 😅
@Enuo The console wars have left scars on many, it seems 💀 We are joined under one banner, regardless of platform.
That's the Mets home opener time on NBC, gonna have to pass. Multitasking isn't really my thing. #LGM
I'll check in after for any relevant news, so far not interested in any of the games mentioned. 🤷♂️
Hopefully Sega gives us an update on Jet Set Radio and Crazy Taxi too. Feels like the Like a Dragon studio has sort of been releasing half of Sega’s output the last 5 years.
@Enuo if the games are releasing on a PlayStation console then yeah it does fall under this site's coverage.
@Enuo enuo must don't know or forget that x box games are coming to Playstation. So it's pushsquare business to remind us that. 🤔 word up son
I always tune into Xbox's showcases since they've went multiplatform.
Stranger than Heaven will have a release date. I can feel it. Stalker 2 getting story DLC maybe? I wonder what the surprises will be.
A release date for Road Kings would be great. The runners series is one of my favorites
lol… theres always one 😂
Stranger than Heaven isn't the one that just lost it's funding is it? They got a new publisher?
@somnambulance According to SEGA financial report, only Stranger Than Heaven and Total War (plus I suppose some sort of Sonic) are planned for this year, so JSR and Crazy Taxi will come no sooner than 2027. You know, that's how their business model stands - one half of SEGA Japan's output is RGG Studio, the second is Team Sonic.
@BLKxHER0 No, Stranger Than Heaven is a SEGA project with sound and stable funding, the game with uncertain destiny is Gang Of Dragon, from Yakuza series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi's own studio.
@Stepan
I don't get how it takes SEGA this long to release these reboots in the Jet Set Radio and Crazy Taxi series. These reboots have been talked about since 2023, so by 2026 they should have something to show. It's not like they need to iterate on the gameplay and find out what's fun, the original games already cover that process. Most fans are probably okay with some modern HD visuals, new locations and a banging new soundtrack.
I'm very interested in the Expanse game. I've never played an OwlCat game, but the switch to an over-the-shoulder shooter has my attention. I've also never read the Expanse books, but the show is freaking awesome. It looks like OwlCat is leaning into the more "grounded" part of the Expanse, too.
@Stepan If that’s true, man, Sega’s getting approximately $0 from me this year. Unless there is something actually interesting from Sonic this year?
@TrollOfWar I'm not sure Sega would be confident that their old formats would work for a modern release. People who grew up with those games are middle-aged. I'd imagine that Sega is relying on more than just nostalgia for these releases. Don't get me wrong - Crazy Taxi is one of the most formative games for me and I'd be over the moon for a new one that was just more of the same, but it is a very "time-and-place" type game: arcade mode, time trials, and punk rock.
@get2sammyb Noone would mind if PushSquare didn't have several Xbox headlines each week, it's getting old now.
Xbox always has great game showcases, so I will try to tune in.
@Zeke68 It's the same as having a Square Enix headline or a Sega headline or a Capcom headline or an EA headline. Xbox is just a third-party publisher, who happens to be one of the largest, if not the largest, publishers on PlayStation.
Should they ignore games that are coming to PlayStation just because Microsoft is the company that announced them? Make it make sense.
@Broosh I don’t know about that since xbox doesn’t get any PS games 💀
Looking forward to seeing more of The Expanse, that one looked sick
Looks like there will be nothing from Atlus then, I can't see any JRPG's being present that I would be interested in so I will just catch up with the trailers after it instead of watching live.
@nomither6 Got nothing to do with first party games going multiplatform. Moreso video game fans should jive with video game fans, regardless of where they choose to play. Common interest! 🤝 Especially, as everyone else mentioned, this is a stream of third-party published games that are indeed multiplatform.
@Enuo xbox hype lol Ms is a 3rd party only now so the hype is for ps players too the war ended and xbox lost big time
@nomither6 and thank God the moment Sony puts their first parties on xbox is over for Sony
No persona 4 😭😭
Beast of reincarnation pre orders incoming 🙏🙏
@wildcat_kickz It's not just the M$ name, it's phil spencer articles, new ceo and so on. It's just too much tbh.
@Zeke68 I totally get that, but Microsoft is a huge player in the Sony ecosystem now, so I'm not sure it's fair or realistic to ask PS downplay their coverage. This isn't a dig at all, but there may also be a sort of negative confirmation bias thing happening (not sure if I'm using that correctly). This is to say, because you don't like the Xbox coverage, it sticks out more and seems more abundant that it actually is. I'm not saying you're wrong, btw. I guess it just doesn't bother me as much.
@Zeke68 exactly. No one is going to mind if Push Square didn't cover Xbox news. This is a PlayStation site! I couldn't agree with you more!
@wildcat_kickz When I worked at a certain computer company in Stockholm I got to see with my own eyes how M$ works behind the scenes. Sadly I'm on a lifetime NDA but lets me summarize it for you. I hate M$ and their american way to make profit even if it means breaking swedish laws.
If you support the "american way" to "do business", youre a loser in my eyes. All I can say about that.
And this is a Playstation site, I dont CARE about M$ - at all!!
Edit: and they used the same tactic when they bought Acti-Blizzard. Not allowed but money in the right pockets and voila', it went through.... Lobbyism at the dirtiest.
@Zeke68 Well, I'm an American, so I'm sure I'd have some beef with what you describe as the "American way" of doing business, but I certainly don't begrudge anyone for not cheering on corporations. I hate how pretty much every large corporation acts, regardless of where they're headquartered. There's no such thing as a benevolent for-profit, publicly-traded company.
My point was that this being a PlayStation website is not a relevant fact because Microsoft publishes games on PlayStation.
Love your Hunter's Mark icon, btw.
@wildcat_kickz Thanks. I love Bloodborne (not a secret around here lol)
As a Swede, time to put an end to Trump, one way or another?
And you should know, your "american" companies doesn't think national laws can stop "profit", sad but true.
Edit I "liked" your post, nothing against americans in general, unless they vote "President Orange".
@Enuo there are plenty of other sites for you then , no one makes you click on certain articles either.
@Zeke68
And how do we know that Sony is different from Microsoft in doing business? They have multiple headquarters in the USA (in NY, San Mateo, San Diego, Culver City) and are spending between 2 and 3 million dollars per year on lobbying in the US. They are applying the "american way" of business just like Microsoft. Sony is facing lawsuits in the US, UK and Netherlands for allegedly abusing its dominat market position to inflate digital game prices. These companies don't care about their consumers, they only care about how to make more money.
@TrollOfWar Yeah digital prices in a walled garden is one thing. I'm speaking of something way more sinister.
That said, if I go to Push Square's sistersite for Xbox,Will I see 40 Sony articles the last months? I guess not.
Sammy & Co has a thing for Xbox lately and I think they should switch site to be honest.
@Zeke68
There are also "similar" articles on PureXbox and NintendoLife about the other platforms, but lower in numbers and with a less divisive, conflict-enducing tone of voice.
They are running a business, they need to generate money. All these articles are resulting in many clicks, user engagement and ad revenue. Their approach is working as intended.
Gears of war 2 / 3 on ps5 would be good. Be nice to have the full trilogy available rather than just the original.
I really don't care ill read it later here.
