I like my physical copies. I always try and buy physical if the option is there because 100%..yes 100% of the time I get them much cheaper than the digital copies. I'm not against digital but it's not something I'd consider committing to unless Sony bring down the extortionate prices on the digital store.

It's a shame really. The game isn't bad to be honest but it's not particularly great either. It's got a solid base to build upon but the devs just don't seem to know what to do with it. If only they just stuck to titanfall..

Keep them as they were with updated graphics. They wouldn't play the same if recreated like the last 2 entry's.

@MrPeanutbutterz not sure if you have a steering wheel or not but it's good with one. Works pretty much without having to tweak a lot.

@MrPeanutbutterz I bought test drive in a sale a little while ago and I quite like the driving but everything else about the game absolutely sucks arse. The story is crap and the avatars are just awful. For free it's worth a butchers and it is a decent enough car game but it has way too much chaff for me.

@naruball thanks. It's nothing serious just a little virus/bug my wife brought home from work but it's enough to make take a very rare sick day. How are you getting on with ball pit? I platted it the other weekend.

@Falien "which is demeaning to people who have constructive advice to provide." If you read the vast majority of comments on this game you will find the people that fit your description are very few and far between. Most of them have no constructive advice at all.

@chesheer what? The art style and aesthetics are really cool. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I always thought van gogh's art was ugly and over rated but millions of art lovers can't be wrong yes? My wife's art is incredible but people don't like her hyper realistic portraits..but that's life I guess.

@Hi569 I've not played a call of duty game for a while but all shooter games have squads made up of people who have differing abilities such as medics,scouts,assault specialists etc. I see where you are going with this and its a fair point but your comment was rather obtuse and lacking the needed context. @Hi569 how is it a hero shooter? Because it has squad members with different abilities? So would you class every call of duty,battle field etc as hero shooters too? I feel this is a new tag that everybody's going to utilise now ad infinitum to describe every squad based shooter.

@get2sammyb I don't usually see eye to eye with you and in the past I've called pushsquare out for click bait articles and console war flame fanning but in this instance I think it's more than justified. The amount of hate this game is receiving is depressing to say the least. Marathon looks like it's going to be the success story of this year thus far and I just can't wait for all the haters to eat a huge plate of crow. Somebody said this is a shill article but I'm failing to see it..

@HydroSeptr I wish people would get over the use of AI voices in arc raiders. Nothing wrong with them and they are used well.

@ATaco not at all. There's room for both and whilst both are extraction shooters they are both going about it in different ways. I love Arc raiders but I've got to admit I'd like it even more if it was first person. Marathon looks pretty damn cool and I'll be there day one.

@DennisReynolds never even noticed maybe that's why I'm just thinking I've been jumping. Really good game so far but I'm not too far into it as I have other games on the go too.

@DennisReynolds so what's the jumping I'm currently doing in the game then? Auto jump? If run to a wall..tap x and jump..how many different jump styles can there be?

I don't have advanced parkour turned on and I can jump perfectly fine..

@GamingGod which diablo are you playing? The great thing about diablo is experimenting with the builds. There are some superb builds out there but I'll agree with you that it's a tad confusing and overwhelming at first. Enjoy yourself.

@LifeGirl marathon isn't competing with fortnite or even overwatch. It's a different genre of game. It's rivals are strictly arc raiders and escape from tarkov so it's those players that this is aimed at.

Arc raiders is awesome. I was really getting stuck into BF6 but arc raiders just got under my skin and BF6 has currently been put to the side for the moment. Marathon is a day one purchase for me and its a very nice price too which really helps.

@Marquez I'm not sure toxic is the right word. It's pure pvp as far as I can tell so there's no moral code to abide by anyway. You see another player you snuff them out and steal their goodies. No worrying about being back stabbed at the last few moments by some random you revived and helped out.

Wow I think I'll get diablo 2 back on again to give this a try. D2 is the best entry anyway so I'll definitely give this a play..again..

@get2sammyb to be fair @nomither6 did say "most" and he's right. There have been the stand out titles such as the ones you named but most multiplayer titles especially the live service efforts have been lacklustre to say the least. Whereas most people have been demoaning marathons artstyle I myself have found it quite striking and I'm a day one purchaser. For £35 it can't go wrong really and I'm really excited for this one.

This looks awful. It's never going to be better than the mighty helldivers 2.
