@GirlVersusGame I was eagerly awaiting the Dredd tv series but all information has dried up. Karl urban said its still happening and he's on board to reprise his role as dredd but I'm doubtful it'll ever happen. Please let's never mention the stallone movie ever again.

I've played a bit of the campaign and I love the way it works. It's quite tough on normal difficulty but I like the challenge. Super slick and responsive and it's stunning to look at. The stand out feature for me though is the sound. It's sublime through my arctis nova pro's and I'm hard pressed to think of a game that sounds this good. Only gripe I have..that scouse monkey.

Well I loved space harrier (we had the arcade cabinet in the arcade I managed) so I'd jump at this definitely..but the anime style instantly put me off. Shame as its probably really good.

@GirlVersusGame no wheel support 😪. Plays mighty fine without though. To be honest I think it would be difficult using a wheel.

@Dalamar defensive? I like the irony in your response. The vid clearly shows track racing and rallying. Now I don't know if there is a career mode or not so I can't comment but watch the video as it will answer the questions you raised.

@GirlVersusGame project cars is pretty much unplayable on controler or steering wheel. Drive club is superb and steering wheels work really well with it. It's criminal Sony never supported drive club. Drive club is one you should definitely play but a lot of content is unplayable now because Sony shut the servers down but the main game is all there.

@Kidfunkadelic83 indeed it is. The great thing about the Evo 32r is that the rim can be unbolted and I can buy the hyper car rim for £90 and bolt it on the Evo base. I'm not a fan of the hyper car wheel shape.

@GirlVersusGame no I don't feel that I have to justify it. My posts on this are to make people aware that this is not a new wheel base. It's the same T598 with a new power supply connector and improved USB connecter from what I can see online. This is basically a lower cost bundle comprising of the load cell pedals and hyper car wheel. To buy all 3 separately would cost you an extra £200 so this is a good bundle if you don't own a direct drive wheel already. Our anniversary was a nice day thankyou and it didn't rain and the boys didn't trash the house whilst we were out..

@nomither6 the latter stage of the ps3 once that jailbreak exploit hit was quite the horrible time to be playing online. Call of duty 2 and black ops were awful just to name a couple. Hyperbole? Is that what telling the truth is called now? Maybe my experience was rougher than yours but that's how it was for me and my mates. We all went the way of the pc after that and I'd still be pc gaming if it wasn't for the fact my pc went kaput.

@yume26 thanks pal. I'm good and I'm still tearing it up on dirt rally 2.0 and EA wrc. GT7 exclusively in VR as its the only way. I've been playing a bit of sebastian loeb rally which is more like Richard burns rally on the pc. Its hard-core and you just can't drive the same as you do on dirt rally etc. Requires some self discipline but I like the challenge and change of pace. Add me to psn even if its only for time trial challenges.

@KundaliniRising333 let's not pretend your gaming pc which you paid a considerable amount for is impervious to this kind of thing. If somebody really wanted to hack your steam accounts etc they would and you know they would find a way. This could happen to any platform no matter how good you think your security measures are.

@get2sammyb "This may not have been a particularly big deal in the early PS3 days." It was worse. The ps3 was hacked left right and center. Online play was littered with cheaters and scumbags. The psn network was far worse than it is now. Remember when it was offline for god knows how long (I forget exactly how long) due to the worst breach in sonys history. This whilst bad isn't anywhere near the worst of the situation.

Just to clarify things to those who are interested in getting into sim racing or just want to have some fun this is a great mid level offering. If you already own a T598,Fanatec or one of the higher logitech wheels then this is not worth upgrading to. This is obviously aimed at those who want a direct drive wheel and I'll recommend this to those either starting out or have a belt/gear unit.

@Kidfunkadelic83 the Evo 32r is damn cool. I put the original rim back on and it felt really small and harsh. The evo 32r is a superb rim. I'll admit that the price is crazy but seeing as I predominatly play dirt rally 2.0 and EA wrc I just had to have it. Did I need it? No I just wanted it. There's no going back.

@Kidfunkadelic83 yeah I'm good mate. This "new" offering from thrustmaster is what we've both already got just with the loadcell pedal and the wheel rim. It really offers nothing new at all.

I own the T598 and I'm super happy with it. For this price it'd better have more power as the T598 already delivers a constant 5nm of force and it can overshoot up to 10nm. To be honest 5nm is more than enough and can really take its toll on your hands after a couple of hours. The engine roar is nothing more than an irritating vibration feature but the gear jolt is brilliant. This would have to offer a significant upgrade other than load cell pedals because I can buy the load cell pedals for under £200.
After a bit of poking around I can tell you all this is just the T598 bundled with the GT wheel and load cell pedals which for the asking price is not bad but it has the exact same power output..exactly the same. All that's different is the name.

"If you've got even a slight interest in F1." I watch every F1 race and have done since I was a nipper but these F1 games are tedious as heck. I just don't like them even with my sim rig setup,I just find them so boring. I already own hunt and to be honest it's one of the most unwelcoming and unforgiving online shooters and I regret purchasing it. The EDF games are kind of fun but they are all pretty much the same. Not the best month.

@themightyant kudos for beating sekiro multiple times. I think I was on NG+4 when I platinumed elden ring. You'll love it.

@themightyant I love sekiro but I had to admit defeat when I just could not beat that giant ape that flings his newly digested weetabix at you. Elden ring took me the best part of 12 months to platinum and its by far fromsofts greatest game. I hope you enjoy it as much as did. @Titntin I saw you pre ordered galactic racer and I'm thinking about getting it as well. Looks brilliant and I actually enjoyed reading the PS review for once without rolling my eyes upwards. Hoping it gets a VR update but I doubt it will.

Active matter. This extraction shooter has its hooks in me and I'm loving it. It's brutal and bloody creepy. I love the whole aesthetic of the game and the pace (as far as I'm concerned) is perfect. Probably the best spent £25 this year. Have a great weekend folks 👍

@GirlVersusGame I like inquisitor. I played it a lot on the ps4 and then I bought the ps5 enhanced version and I felt like I'd been robbed. The trailer looked great but the actual end product didn't resemble anything like the trailer. I want to play it but I just can't get past the truly shoddy remaster.

@cainhurst94 to be honest I can't say I've seen anybody ask for new versions of uncharted,killzone,resistance etc,etc,etc and then complain about them because..well..none have been announced apart from a rumored killzone remake and this one. I get your point though and agree there does seem to be a vocal crowd that embodies said mannerisms. As for the female being the main character? That's a can of worms right there isn't it? Personally seeing as intergalactic is an rpg and supposed to be inclusive then the lack of being able to create your own avatar and being forced into playing as a character you may not want to choose sort of blows that whole diversity equality thing right out of the deathstars exhaust port. I've no issue playing a female character (god knows how many games I've played where the main is indeed female) but rpg's should have that option to create your own protagonist.

@GirlVersusGame @wildcat_kickz I've reinstalled it and by the time I'm back home this afternoon I'll start playing it again from the start although I'm currently addicted to active matter. It's mine and my long time suffering wife's 25th anniversary today so we are going out for dinner. I'll let you both know what I think of the witcher remastered later.

Ninja gaiden is superb but bloody difficult. Don't know what the dungeons of hinterburg is but it sounds interesting.

@DETfaninATL active matter is pretty cool. It reminds me of most games like escape from tarkov etc but with quite a few of its own ideas. It's quite hard core in terms of gunplay (it's no CoD) and it's a bit confusing at first but it's fairly easy to navigate soon. Looks very nice and plays smoothly on my pro. Yeah I think I'm going to sink some time into this one.
