Sony is getting ridiculous with how anti-consumer they can be in a short period of time. I cancelled my Crunchyroll sub. Just another reason to abandon Sony to me.

After what happened to Colin M, along with the physical games debacle not carrying forward to ps6, I am no longer making big purchases on PlayStation. He got lucky being as big as he is.

This looks like something that'll find its way to the dollar store in a year or two.

I have very high interest in seeing how this game does and how people react to it while myself having very low interest in playing it.

All I care about is performance mode 60fps on base ps5.

I don't know, man. It's funny to me how Ragnaroks director said they didn't want to make it a trilogy because they didn't want to focus on this story for 10-15 years, and yet it was the plan the whole time. I hope people enjoy it but I am burnt out on this series.

@helloim_anthony welcome to the Internet. Here people voice opinions on not only things that they like, but you may be surprised to hear about what they don't like as well.

@get2sammyb Mario and Zelda as games have evolved, and imo their games are fun where GoW isn't inherently fun in the same way. When Mario and Zelda pause their gameplay to make me watch long played out dramatic cutscenes maybe then this could be more of an argument.

Man, I'm so tired of God of War. I swear they said they made the most recent GoW games only 2 games because they didn't want to be stuck making GoW. Now here we are GoW for the foreseeable future, and it also potentially ended Bluepoint Studios. I played 2018 thought it was ok, rented Ragnarok and got bounced off quickly. I personally think this series is boring, and I'm tired of these AAA third person action games.

Unchecked Sony is a villain. I've stated it before on here, but the way PlayStation has been run this generation is why I'm moving on after PS5. I'll always buy Nintendo for the kids, but I'm migrating to steam.

This is great news! I've been in love with the original for decades. The remake, with pulse headphones, was ***** awesome. So pumped for SH1 remake.

Santa Monica also said they didn't want to make GoW 2018 a trilogy because they didn't want to be working on it for 10 years. Guess they had a change of heart, or they can't get their other projects off the ground.

@cainhurst94 Capcom also makes Mega Man, Pragmata, etc. Nintendo also makes Splatoon, Animal crossing, etc. Santa Monica makes God of War, and that's it.

Is Santa Monica creatively bankrupt? Putting out one GoW title after another nearly killed the studio after Ascension. So now they've hit a new stride with the Norse era and are doing it again? Would love to see a new IP, but I'm beginning to think they don't have it in them.

Oblivion remaster was the 9th best selling game of the year last year. Sony reads that and says let's shut down our remake/remaster studio that everyone loves. Unbelievable
