@factsisfactsbro like i said i was flirting with the idea but ultimately was put off by their development prowess or lack of. No doubt Forza is great and its developer, but i prefer proper track racing so it will ll be GT7 for me... What else have they got?

After my semi nervous breakdown over the new £70 price for games, ive gotten over it now. I have over 50 ps5 games and im happy with the upcoming slate so it doesn't really matter what MS do, and as for Ubisoft.... See ya later.... They are desperate to get into streaming and see MS as their ticket into it.

For all of my flirting with xbox, i still haven't got one and after seeing Halo's campaign is short as sh*t (after 6yrs), i don't see me getting one anytime soon.

I'd switch the top two and put Kena in the middle but, having said that, you could buy Resi for £35 on release day. It's hard to argue when it was going for half the price of Returnal. Sony priced that bad boy out of a GOTY.

I deleted my Returnal save and started again. I'm finding it a lot easier. Im on biome 5 with only 12 deaths, so im thinking about a melee only run or two...💪

@Gh05tm4ch1n3 Well, it (ps5) has only been out 13 months and we've only got 3 more cross gen games left to come (hopefully). So, no need to put any resources into it really.

This is square messing about more than sony anyway and with it being free, maybe a bit more patience is required.

Returnal is my game of the year closely followed by Kena, but if you're not first, you're last...(unless Micheal Masi is race director)...

To be fair to sony though. Most people were screaming out for a backwards compatible ps5 and now we've got one, we expect sony to get it right straight off the mark, with no mistakes?

The reason i bought the upgrade (on sale) is because they said we wouldnt be getting a free upgrade! Thankfully, I'm loving it enough all over again to quell the rage in my heart. The combat in this game makes Guardians of the galaxy look like a baby's toy.

I got my Kena plat this morning so I'm in limbo with whether to finish FF7r intergrade plat and play dlc or start Death stranding directors cut.

Platinumed and loved it. Most people that got hold of a ps5 this year are not proper gamers (yet) anyway, so this game would have been a baptism of fire for the lockdown crew.

Looking forward to this. It will last me all gen aswell so its a day oner for me.

Back on to kena master difficulty. Im on the last boss and was one jab away from beating it last night (gutted). Once I've downed it I'll be clearing up the rest for the plat.

I just flew down the freeway from Reloaded at full speed. I was mesmerised by it. Im looking forward to Spider-Man 2 even more now!

It was alright. The matrix demo was the highlight for me and unreal engine 5 is a beast. That city is Crisp!

This is slap bang in the middle of Horizon fw and GT7 and they are only two weeks apart anyway. I can't see this doing very well.

The tramps at the ps store have blocked me buying the ps4 version of horizon fw on ps5. I could use the app, but im going to buy this and sifu instead for them taking liberties.

@sonicmeerkat just started it and it feels like a poor mans FF7r so far. Traversing the world is slightly better in guardians, but the combat is nowhere near as good.

It depends which way you look at it. If sony want to charge £70 for games, then those games have to show why they are worth £15 more than Resi, £20 more than Elden ring! I paid 50 for Returnal and thats honestly what it is worth, i payed £70 for R&C and felt ripped off.

So, im happy that Resi won as it was a great game at a fair price and you can't ask for more than that.
