@Rob_230 Gt7 isn't a flop in any way, shape, or form.

Its top tier all day long and not one real world person i know that has played it, have said anything other than how awesome it is.

The duelsense is a perfect fit for me. Plus, it has everything! Gyros, touchpad, mic/speaker for parties, haptics, adaptive triggers and the cosmic red edition is beautiful to behold.

It is the best ever controller and there is no going back to those cheap plaggy ds4's.

@BRT15 ive got plenty of cars fully tuned. Its not a big cost ..

@DarthKiwi we knew it was always online long before launch. It is after all an esports title. Always online means it will need maintenance.

Exactly. Im not into xboxs catalogue of games. Is that alright with everyone? Like i said i stand by my quality comment. Forza is good but im a circuit race fan so to me its not as good mate and never will be.

I was going to give it a 9, but with all the suspicious hate for an Olympic esport game (governed by the fia) being always online and non intrusive mtxs now becoming a problem, im giving it a 10!

@PhhhCough how is racing mind numbing? Its what you buy a racing game to do. Its not like an rpg were you go out of your way to farm repetitive enemies. This is racing and every race is different, even if it is on the same track.

@GoodGame Answer- "You have to keep re-doing the same races just to earn enough to get better cars/parts etc to win later races"

Ive just discovered how good the gyro controls are... I might give them an extra £16 reward AND get 2million cr back for my trouble.

@Juanalf its only mtx galore if you dont want to play the game you've just payed for. Ive got 98 cars and half a mil after 30hrs with no money spent.

Why would anybody buy 100k cr for £2, when they can earn double that in 20 mins by actually racing (the reason they bought the game in the first place)?

Awesome game! The fake outrage of those that haven't played it is typical of this day and age. I might even start buying mtxs out of spite...

@lolwhatno in the last world championship there are 5 races at 60,000cr a race. If you drive cleanly, you get an extra 50%cr per race. Thats 90,000cr for one race. The championship takes around an hour and a half and can earn you over 500,000cr.

Again, there is nothing to see here.

@RubyCarbuncle plus, world circuits is where every racetrack lives. They're all open offline. Not sure about payouts for offline though.

@RubyCarbuncle nothing you say will change my mind as i have actually played the game and im not just here to jump in. The days maintainance was a pain but certainly not enough to go online and review bomb. Like i said hyperbole by over reactive individuals.

Now one of the best racers ever made sits at 2.5 because of one days outage? Pathetic!

@RubyCarbuncle theyve already patched in world circuits to work in offline mode. All they did with the payouts is balance them out so you're not spamming one race over and over. If mtx weren't there, nobody would be complaining at the grind/reward ratio. Its all just hyperbole now.

I get what he is saying. Its a collection game and he doesn't want you earning everything at once. That would be boring. So he has spread the wealth out (by raising the payout on other races), so we aren't just farming one race, while also raising the payoff of earning your dream car... Just like GT on ps1.

It's fair enough and the microtransactions dont even come into the equation, because they are only there for people with more money than sense.

My only gripe is not having championships for later licences, but they will come

Ive spent over a million on cars and tuning, i've got 800k in the bank, not a real world penny spent and it's only 4 days old. The mtx noise really needs to pipe down!
