
EA has announced it'll be hosting a number of beta tests for Battlefield 6 in the lead-up to launch, allowing you to try the new FPS before release in October. What Time Does the Battlefield 6 Open Beta Start?
The Battlefield 6 beta is taking place over the course of three stages, two of which shall be open for everyone to play no matter whether they have a code or not. Pre-Load is available now, and you can play the beta on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, EA App).
We'll update this article as we progress through the beta stages. Weekend 2 of the Battlefield 6 open beta starts on 14th August at the following times (your local time is displayed at the bottom):
- North America: 1am PDT / 2am MDT / 3am CDT / 4am EDT
- UK/Ire: 9am BST
- Europe: 10am CEST / 11am EEST
- Asia/Oceania: 5pm JST / 4pm AWST / 6pm AEST

The Battlefield 6 beta is available on the following days:
- Early Access
- 7th — 8th August
- Weekend 1
- 9th — 10th August
- Weekend 2
- 14th — 17th August

What's Included in the Battlefield 6 Beta?

During the three stages of the Battlefield 6 beta, you'll have access to a total of 4 modes across 4 maps by the end. Most will be part of Weekend 1, and then the rest unlock in Weekend 2.
In Weekend 1 (9th-10th August), you'll have access to:
- Maps
- Siege of Cairo, Liberation Peak, Iberian Offensive
- Modes
- Conquest, Closed Weapons Breakthrough, Domination, King of the Hill
In Weekend 2 (14th-17th August), you'll have access to:
- Maps
- All maps from Weekend 1 + Empire State
- Modes
- All modes from Weekend 1 + Rush + Squad Deathmatch
