I'm buying this just to play as Law!

The Vita has been selling better lately, so Kaz doesn't have much to work with, but his ultimate technique: the Sony-hameha should do the trick.

Sounds really good so far, now I just need some gameplay.

@blindndeaf There's nothing wrong with recycled ideas as long as they're done right. And new gameplay mechanics aren't exactly easy to come up with, sometimes they aren't even necessary.

Looks pretty good, especially the lighting. Unfortunately I'll be stuck with the PS3 version, so I won't be able to enjoy it.

@Gamer83 There's been both good and bad news, the same could be said about Microsoft and Nintendo. And sales won't slow down any time soon, even if they did, I doubt it'll matter at that point.

I think Killzone deserves a movie, or at least an animated series. And Rico is still 500x more useful than Yamcha.

I've been saying for a while that people were blowing this out of proportion, but when it comes to the internet, there's only room for doom and gloom.

He got an offer from Riot and he took it, it happens. Its not like these studios are shutting down or anything, plus Sony is already starting to hire new people.

@adf86 is right, people should really check out DualShockers. Pete Dodd has a very impressive track record nand is likely right this time, as well.

@eLarkos The repetition of Mario is exactly why I gave it up when I was a kid. I just couldn't keep playing a game where the only real change was the levels and maybe a power or 2, its easily one of the most repetitive and overrated franchises in history.

@rastamadeus If you think The Last of Us has repetitive gameplay, then you'll hate actual repetitive games like CoD, Battlefield, Mario, Monster Hunter, etc.

There haven't even been that many ports and even if there were a lot, you don't have to buy them. Porting over games is smart as it fills in the gaps between new releases, everyone knows that.

The Last of Us has everything: good gameplay, good soundtrack, good multiplayer and a fantastic story, so I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I have to go with Cole on this one. Electrokineses is one devastating power to have, and could be used with a lot more versatility than Sucker Punch made it seem.

You can drop lightning on people, increase your speed and strength by stimulating your muscles with an electric current, fly, create electrical pulses to screw with your opponents body, etc.

The PS4 and it's games came out less than half a year ago, what do you expect?

I'm still excited for DriveClub and I had a feeling that it was still alive. I think that hype for the game has died down only because Evolution has been so tight lipped, but that can all change with a simple push of the share button.

@eaglebob345 Its actually more normal to see Sony on the receiving end. They were laughed at for the PS3, laughed at for the Vita, but now the PS4's success has shifted that negativity to Nintendo.

I'm not saying it's a good thing, but that's how this industry seems to work.

@AlexStinton The last Dynasty Warrior-esque title I played was Sengoku Basara, but I feel that the main draw comes from the large scale, fast paced battles.

European studios tend to get shafted this time of year, I think that's why Studio Liverpool got shut down.

I won't be able to play Second Son until at least 2015 and that's being optimistic. I guess I can get a PS4 by November if I get a second job, but that would eat up the little free time I have.

I'd like to play Batman: Arkham Knight with the Morpheus. Everyone has always dreamed of being the dark knight, but now that dream could become a reality.

@Kaim86 Its actually widely acknowledged that the PS4's stock shortages are what keepIit from selling as well as it should, though it's still selling very well.

And for the most part, good sales do equate to a successful product. Some might argue that making a profit is more important and while they aren't wrong, good sales also factor into that - meaning that both systems are very successful.

Can't complain about free upgrades.

I bet Microsoft is going to spin this somehow.

Sony and Warner Bros seem to have a good relationship, so Sony should go to them and cut a deal to fund season 3 of Young Justice.

If Sony did that, I'd go out and buy a PS4 right now, though, I'm sure I'd be able to watch it on my PS3 or Vita.

Actually, 3rd party support is steadily rising, as well as sales. Not to mention all the localizations like Project Diva, Demons Gaze, Danganronpa, Mind Zero, etc.

And though Sony seems to have all its studios working on the PS4, they still care about the Vita.

@FullbringIchigo At least I'm not the only one here who doesn't care about Titanfall. It looks totally bland and forgettable, so I can see why Xbox fans were so crazy about it up till launch.

They've really been listening to the players and it shows, now they need to add mp3 support and everyone will be happy.

Like I did with the PS4, I'm going to trust Sony to get the price right on the Morpheus.

As for software, its rumored that Santa Monica, Media Molecule and a handful of Sony's other studios are working on games with VR support - not to mention Evolution.

I'd be worried if he left mid-development, but the game is finished, so he decided to move on.

I wish him luck in all his future endeavors.

I can only imagine how well this would sell in Japan if marketed alongside a Sword Art Online game.

@3Above The Move did very well, even with all the negative feedback from Nintendo fans. So Project Morpheus should be fine seeing as there's no one claiming that it's an Oculus Rift rip-off, of course Sony will have to prepare some compelling content for it.

Sadly, these acts will be unappreciated by the masses.

I expect this to get a Western release, so we'll be seeing it as late as August. I may just import a copy, though.

@SimonAdebisi As a huge DC fan, I love the premise of Injustice, but I can't stand how stiff the MK fighting system feels - I guess years of fast paced DBZ games have spoiled me.

If it had been made with Tekken's smoother and more realistic fighting system I'd buy the Vita version, but that's not the case.

@Gamer83 Sony catches heat for a lot of things, you must be confusing them with Nintendo. You know, the company that can do no wrong and is perfect in every way.

Sony is being defended because they did nothing wrong, the Canadian dollar dropped in value, so everything in Canada is getting its price raised.

I guess it was a pretty uneventful day over at IGN if they had to pull something like this.

@Epic @SakuraHaruka @Bliquid DualShockers reported on this a while back and the reason for the increase is the drop in value of the Canadian dollar. If this was an issue of low demand or stock, then this would be happening in the US and Europe first.
