Re: Sorry PS4, You'll Have to Wait for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's DLC

@mitcHELLspawn They aren't downsizing much, if at all, so "Japanese Giant" is still accurate.

As for their billion dollar loss, that won't be much of an issue since Sony Pictures and Sony Computer Entertainment are doing so well - even their smartphone/tablet division is making money, which just further invalidates your "not so great at anything else" claim.

Freedom Wars got my vote, just when I think it can't get any better, a new trailer hits the net. Oreshika and Destiny are also on my radar, but FW takes priority.

I'm surprised that Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment didn't make the list, it looks like it's going to be big here in the west, especially after how well received the anime was.

Re: Talking Point: Why PS4's Delays May Be a Blessing in Disguise

"Speculation suggests that the manufacturer’s also partnered with Warner Bros for Batman: Arkham Knight"

I wouldn't be surprised seeing as Sony and Warner/DC seem to be pretty close; Sony snagged exclusive content for Arkham Asylum & Origins, DC helped with the cutscenes in the first Infamous, DC published an Infamous, Injustice is PS4 exclusive, then there's DCUO - was the free Catwoman dlc in Arkham City exclusive?

That said, Sony came into this generation with their guns loaded and they've barely fired any shots. Meanwhile, Microsoft blew their load with Titanfall - which did next to nothing - and now they're scrambling for cover.

The delays were a blessing in disguise and Sony will only benefit from them. If The Order: 1886 launches this year, then it and DriveClub will carry the PS4 for a good while.

The average gamer may not be able to tell the difference, but that's what the internet is for. If someone just wants the most powerful console, then they're going to take to the internet and find out which system runs multiplats better.

Most will just ask an employee at whatever store they plan on purchasing their system from, but someone who's looking for the most bang for their buck is going to do the legwork for themselves.

Re: Believe It or Not, PS4 Has Way More Games Than You Think It Does

@JaxonH There's much more than those few AAA's, those are just the only ones people can seem bothered to notice for some strange reason.

I do agree that it needs more games that'll attract the mainstream crowd, but if it can keep pulling in the niche JRPG lovers, then I can see Activision and EA taking notice of the growing install base and putting out a real Call of Duty or Battlefield/NFS.

@NintendoNaut Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but yours is just plain ridiculous. Most dubs are very well done and sometimes pack an equal amount of, if not more emotion, than their subbed Japanese counterparts.

If you've yet to hear a good dub, then you're either purposefully avoiding them or haven't even attempted to give one a chance, because there are a plethora of very good dubs out there. I will admit that some dubs are pretty awful (Fairy Tails Animax dub, etc.), but to say that all of them are "jarring," "forced" or "emotionless."

I'd shove my money down Sony's throat if they made some TLOU, DriveClub and The Order: 1886 transitions and stickers. Of course, they'd have to be reasonably price. I'm thinking 50cents for stickers and 1.00-1.25 for transitions would be good.

@Paranoimia Get out. Im kidding, I think the inability to upload footage to YouTube is weird too, but most people seem happy with Twitch and Ustream.
