While we all wait for the enigmatic sequel to show itself, a release date has been announced for The Wolf Among Us Remastered.

Announced back in June, the remaster comes to PS5 right before Halloween on 29th October 2026.

The Wolf Among Us was originally released back in 2015, and remains one of the most beloved Telltale adventure games.

The remaster improves the visuals for PS5, and includes plenty of bonus material, like behind-the-scenes interviews, commentary, artwork, and more.

Also announced in this latest trailer is Noir Mode, which allows you to play the whole game in black and white, further adding to the atmosphere.

Oooh hoping they do a physical version of the remaster as well.
I certainly will be getting the remaster once I’ve finished some other games first

This game doesn't need a remaster. It's not a game that relies on powerhouse graphics or haptic controller stuff it's a choice driven narrative adventure. Save your money and play the PS4 version - it's fine. Or dont, it's your life.
Seems like an unnecessary cash grab to me.

Sadly no free upgrade for owners of the PS4 version I guess... Can't expect every dev to be as generous as CD Projekt Red...

Everyone and their cat has been telling me to try that game, for I don't know how long. I thought it was like The Howling, American Werewolf in London, Ginger Snaps, the werewolves in Trick r Treat, after the description I was given it sounds more like The Company of Wolves. A kind of twisted version of Red Riding Hood.
