I suggest a follow up to this article making clear what the reasoning for this one was. At least clarify for your readers why this was written.

It is a level of trust that an official description on a vendors site would be accurate. Not to say it shouldn't be questioned but I am sure when people 1st saw that they trusted that it was correct.

Yes.. everyone wants correct info 100% of the time. But in this case it seems that this was overlooked by Sony, Zoink EA etc long before Mr Croft ever laid eyes on it. Mistakes do happen. In this case I commend that it was quickly handled and clarified.

Did someone upstairs mention that the Pro is out in 2017? I've had mine for Month now. Must've been a typo. Anyway,

1. Drop to $199 in the summer @ E3 . Similar drop for PSVR with some expanded AAA games in the pipe.

2. Bundle to death leading up to the 2017 Holiday Season.

3. Announce/Tease the PS5 to take some wind from the Scorpions sails. (MS did the same with the vapor specs. To me Scorpio is a Myth until we see the machine because anyone can create a powerpoint presentation with off the chart specs).

I've been saying that during the PS3 era the Dragon was Injured (mostly self inflicted). It repaired itself and hibernated at the end of that generation. All the while... The others were poking at it to the point of awakening it in a fury. This is what we are seeing now. Sony in Rare form. Making most of the right moves. Was it a matter of survival? Maybe. But one thing is for sure. This generation belongs to them. The Dragon lives.

Trying to think of any reason that a light would be added to the touchpad of the DS4. People were complaining about the light reflecting from tv screens and now we have one front and center in our face. Strange things going on....

Do we have complete day 1 and 1st week total sales numbers? I'm hearing %66, %67 of UC3 which supposedly was around 3.8M. But those may be specific regions only. I guess we will have to wait for the actuals.

Is it my imagination or wasn't this spoken of when Remote Play was in its beggining stages? When Sony rolled it out to its phones didn't they state that they will eventually bring the feature to phones by other manufacturers then further down the line to PCs and or Macs?

Same goes for PSVR. I remember hearing that it will primarily be for games on PS4 then for other types of media. Such as movies and travel type scenarios.. etc..and eventually would be compatible with PCs.

Are these valid memories or my wishful thinking creating visions that dont exist. I am about %80 sure so correct me if I'm wrong.

Day 1!

@get2sammyb I stated as much. The console itself couldve been better but is decent. The controller isn't impressive but it is growing on me.

I dreamt up a Bundle that includes Steelcase For Blu Ray disc Themed like and At-At. Controller Themed like a Tie Fighter. The Console like Darth Vader but in a much more stylized and Ominous Design and finally to complete the package a PS Vita System Themed like the Death Star! Make all those retro Stars wars Games Playable on Vita. Call it the Sith Lord Edition.

And travelling further into Star Wars PS4 Fantasy Land they announce that they are indeed working on a Single Player Stars Wars game to be released alonside the 2nd Movie in this upcoming Trilogy.

Maybe there are secretly developing an IMMENSE Single Player game other than Battlefront. To be released with the Second Movie in this new Trology. Or maybe they will read this and do it. Either way it would be great!

A Platinumed Rapture brings me to Level 23. Going to run around Gotham for a while and who knows?? Maybe I will Gear my Metal up for a few as well.

I almost forgot about that one for a few. I just opened up the PS4 menu to display ALL games instead 15 because some of my stuff is buried and I forget I have a game sometimes. I hope they find a better solution in the 3.0 update. Or the near future. A grid view would help. We ask for FOLDERS and Sony gives us ONE folder.

I want a User Interface that is so customizable that I can literally create an icon from any area or object on the screen. Even to the point where only I would be able to use it. Of course it does not need to get to that extreme but I'd rather have as many options available to me as possible. For instance. Let me hide what I do not or will not ever use at all. Let me organize to the point that what I want and use most is immediately available to me. I may have to just create this interface myself.

This is not on the US Store. Was gonna lend some support but unfortunately could but. Hopefully it will come this way.

@rastamadeus Movie rights issues wouldn't keep them from making an X-Men game. If they do more than 1 property Xmen would be right behind the Avengers.

Daredevil is a good idea. Especially with the current wave of popularity for the Neflix series.

When "THE" Perfect Game is released. Great Story. Long Gameplay. Great Replayability. Perfectly smooth online and multiplayer. Great price. Zero loading times... Etc... Etc...

The complaints will be... How can Sony ( or any other company for that matter)... How can they release THE perfect game. Leaving the trolls or detractors from anything to complain about!?! No ammunition to create negative comments about. It is now expected to have something to complain about. Game companies should charge for it.

I was at the reveal event. Snoop performed for an hour and we were right up front and center with our hands on the stage. Steve Curry, Yasiel Puig and Shaun White were all approachable. The venue was classy and an open bar was a plus. A memorable experience. This initiative has potential but must be constantly promoted. I suggested to some of the Sony staff to think about implementing activities and Trophies into the PlayStation Heroes App. This initiative may someday die down but Trophies last forever.

You Tube needs to come to PSTV. Maybe they were working on this one so now that it is out of the way maybe we will make some progress on that front.

Since Googles YouTube is now available how about putting Google Hangouts on the PS4. This will essentially make the PS4 a Video Conferencing station. I would by a PS4 for all of my family in other states and countries if this happened. Grandparents connecting with the Grandkids would be awesome this way!

Not Much TV coming from the PSTV. My wife was very disappointed that some of the Vita games she was interested in cannot be played but no Neflix?!?!.. She dismissed the device immeadiately. Ill try to sell her on the PS4 streaming feature but Sony needs to get in on this device. Wasting potential. Id throw everythjng into this thing. Just open it up completely. Same with Vita. If you are not going to support the devices then let us the community do so.

Lets not start an arrogant trend Sony. Everything from the PS4 reveal to launch has been stellar. Sales numbers prove this. A few wisecracks here and there are acceptable but don't take it too far. Ive said it more than once MS will do whatever it takes to get back in the game. Such as the ridiculous Rise of the Tomb Raider fiasco so be prepared for anything but don't stoop to a low level. MS has done enough damage to themselves so no need to get too dirty. Some quick jabs here and there but let the knockout blows be your content. Sony exclusives have always spoken for themselves.

Not expecting a megaton would be the perfect time to actually drop a megaton. Moster Hunter 5 on PS4 Exclusively.. Stuff like that...

I like this.. Here it is! Play it now! Thing. I hope it becomes a trend with Sony. Ive been asking and suggesting it for years. Surprises are always welcome. Positive ones anyway.. Especially when it benefits the player/consumer. This is how loyalty is built.

@Gamer83 I dont actually hate them for this. I dont like it but I completely understand the reasoning. As I stated, I actually expected something like this. MS is very business savvy. Ive commended then many times because if this. My issue is that if they wish to enter this industry and actually gain respect from the community that they should invest in creating games versus limiting the competition. This is a dirty deal no matter how you look at it. May be possible but I dont see SE approaching MS on such an arrangment.

As I suspected. MS will BUY exclusivity. Not as a benefit to its players but as a detriment to the PlayStation community. I have always hated exclusivity in any platform or service. I believe that all games should be available to all players regardless of allegiance. Only exclusivity should come from the actual platform holders themselves.

I knew MS would go this route. I stated that if sales do not pick up on the 1 to expect dirty deals such as this. MS will only become more aggresive since they are backed into a corner. What will they think of next?

Exclusive content should be as follows:

Players can now perform surgery on PlayStation Exclusive characters. Open heart surgery on Kratos. Brain surgery on Ratchet or Drake, Oral surgery on Sweetooth... The list goes on and on. If you mess up on Cole you wind up electrocuting yourself. The anatomy can go from realistic, alien, robotic to bizarre.

Call it PlayStation All Stars Surgery Simulator.
