Love the phasing, so many Japan based games. FF Tactics Remaster finally announced, more Pragmata, Nioh 3 and that new Marvel fighting game from Arc ystem works. This was a banger of a SoP 9/10

Between the Switch 2 release and Summer games fest, next week is going to be a banger of a week for gaming.

Yuri was also the voice of P3MC and Ryoji but got replaced in Reload. Such a shame they keep shunning him for some reason. If anything, he really did a great job of voicing Yosuke

Eh, not sold with the combat but I'd probably play this if it feels like a sandbox GTA game. I'd probably take any open-world GTA games at this point until GTA VI actually comes out next year.

Anyway, this game needs proper trailer and game demos instead of showing few clips. Definitely a weird way to market the game

I'm excited and tbh, I'm glad it got delayed to next year since I'm currently saving up for a Switch 2 so I won't have the money (for a while) if this game releases this year

Should've been a free pre-installed game. The whole point is to demonstrate the new features of the Switch 2. Astrobot was a free game since it was meant to demonstrate the power and capabilities of the PS5 and it's even a solid platformer

FF7 Remake, Bravely Default, Switch 2 version of BoTW, TotK and Legends Z-a, Elden Ring + Duskblood, and GC for NSO. You bet I'm getting a Switch 2 (not day 1 tho but as soon as possible)

I'll support this strategy as it allows other platforms to enjoy the AA games that Sony themselves doesn't even want to be bothered with.

Plus, Japan Studios games just feels right at home on Switch/Switch 2 consoles

I'm all for a Gravity Rush, Wild ARMS, Ape Escape (if they can get around with all the PS references in the game) and more on Switch/Switch 2

Ape Escape would be tricky to license out considering it has some PS elements in it but I would love to see Bamco do something about it but Gravity Rush 1 &2 would be dope once it's been ported to modern consoles

Bring it on. I don't want the devs to hold back for the grotesque, violence and disturbing nature of this game. Silent Hill games are meant to disturb you. I'm so excited for Silent Hill F more than ever.

As a kid who grew up watching lots of mecha like Gundam back in the days, Armored Core was the game that I've always fantasized about. Cool giant robots that you can assemble on your own and take it on missions. The 1st time I saw AC Project Phantasma on PS1 back then made fell in love with the game immediately.

This game is so underrated. It may not be graphically impressive but I sure love the aesthetics of RoTR and how open world it is.

Classic Armored Core PS1 games finally! Been waiting for them since the SoP announcement

I remember getting excited for this game and when I finally got it, I never get to finish it. I tried replaying XIII some time later and still couldn't find myself beating the game. I couldn't tell what it was that compelled me from finishing XIII

Several years later, I decided to pick this up again and I can finally understand why I just can't be bothered with this. It's the fact that I do not like the characters at all and that irks me from progressing the story. I just don't find them interesting and most of them annoys the hell out of me. I just can't bear their bantering.

I know lots of people are now warming up to XIII nowadays, but not me. I still can't find myself liking this. I'll give it that the game has good graphics that can still hold up even by today's standards and that the music is really good (that's one thing I love about Final Fantasy in general, the music) but that's all the credits I will give this game. For me, Final Fantasy is all about the characters and the story, something that this game failed to meet my expectations.

The PS2 had such a big library of games that it would be difficult to pick just 5 or 10 favorite games

Happy 25th anniversary PS2. So much memories, playing GTA Vice City, FFX, Persona 3, DMC 3, God of War 1 and 2, Fatal Frame, MGS2, Zone of the Enders 2 and more

Honestly, a good thing that Dark Souls became a multiplat game. Souls Games would not have been a smash hit if it remained a PS exclusive.

Demon Souls may have started the Souls formula but Dark Souls is what made the Souls a popular sub-genre that it is today

I'm still mad about the closure of Japan Studio and Sony focusing more on AAA games and expecting them to be a multi-million dollar hit.

Hopefully, with the success of Astrobot and with the problems that AAA games are encountering nowadays, Sony would go back and make more AA games

I'm hoping to see the PS2 Armored Core games get added to the classic collection as well

Not a fan of XIII or Lightning (but really, not a fan of any characters in that game)

I'll wait for a potential FF9 character figurines. I do want to see that Fran figurine tho, would be nice to see it alongside a Balthier figurine if they decide to make one

Bloodborne aside, I'm in dire need of anything Gravity Rush, whether it's the 3rd installment or just a remaster of GR2. Also, anything Ape Escape and I'd accept even a port of Ape Escape 3

I'm happy for the devs. There's been a lot of doubts about SH2 Remake before the release and when it did, there's a lot of positive reception to it ever since which is amazing.

Personally, I enjoyed it and I'm someone who wasn't a big fan of the OG SH2 (I like it, don't get me wrong but I prefer SH1). I got to say, I'm not that scared of horror games nowadays, not even modern RE games did it for me but SH2 Remake, while playing it around midnight, let's just say I keep taking breaks once in a while because the dread this game gives can be too much sometimes and this isn't even the kind of game that relies on cheap jumpscare and that's saying a lot about the game's atmosphere

Congrats again to the team and I'm hoping this success would lead to a remake of the OG SH (I know Shattered memories exist but....shut up...)

I guess we'll see how it goes from here onwards and it may take a while before the new leadership take effect. We might not even see these new changes at least until PS6
