@OmegaStriver Holy... I.... wow. You just made me laugh. I said it’s selfish to want a game shut down just because you had a few problems with it and want a newer entry sooner. I’m Pretty sure the Series X is getting new games too so I’ll get one or both, but do I want people who enjoyed the old stuff to have what they like taken away? Hell no. GTA Online can stay, Team Fortress can stay, Elder Scrolls online can stay. I didn’t like ESO, but it doesn’t need to be shut down & other people can enjoy it if they like it.

@OmegaStriver Still sounds like you’re selfish. Explain why Red Dead Redemption 2 was still developed while GTA Online is active and the best thing about it? RDR2 was loved by many. So yeah, you just want other people to be robbed of their joy because you don’t like Online & want to rush another entry.

I think PlayStation slightly edges out Xbox this time, only because PlayStation showed gameplay. Xbox showed a lot of indie games and that isn’t bad, but I don’t think it’s the next-gen stuff that gamers were hoping to see. That aside I don’t see the point in this poll. This is a PlayStation site so the results are going to be unbelievably skewed.

@Porco They are releasing it as a full priced game. No patches or DLC. It’s also a stab that when you compare it to Persona 5 Royal, DQXIS has way less added content to warrant paying full price.

I think it’s pointless to release the enhanced version to other platforms now that the game has been out for so long & the portability of the Switch version makes it the better option.

Now that’s what I’m talking about. PlayStation always comes through with the sales.

Playing through games multiple times just for silly trophies is a waste of time. The only game I platinum is Persona 5 Royal. It could all be done in a single playthrough.

I hope no one is expecting an easy time like Persona 5.

Took them long enough. I still don’t think that’s good enough. They need to link it with your PSN like someone said because there are also positive review bombs.

I saw this coming! GTA has more modern stuff in it so I think that’s what’s drawing people in.

@IronMike People don’t like GameSpot unless the review is what the player wanted it to be. Take IGN for example.
IGN gave Death Stranding a 6 and they were ridiculed for it, but they just gave gave Ghost of Tsushima a 9 and now they’re loved. Then GameSpot gave the same games a 9 and 6 respectively. Now everyone hates them. See what I mean?

You know it’s a sad year when it’s mostly remakes/re-releases of old games that are the only games worth playing through.

This has been said many times but this just doesn’t look like Assassin’s Creed. The spirit just isn’t there anymore.

@Dodoo We can only hope, but while Neil Cuckmann is in charge I don’t see that happening anytime soon. See, he doesn’t like using the word “fun” to describe games. I couldn’t imagine them spitting in the face of longtime fans & turning Jak into a movie type game with the same tropes as other first party PS exclusives.

@Medic_Alert I meant they should have multiplayer from the beginning. If too much time passes players will lose interest. They pulled a Rockstar move with this one.

If it’s going to be more of the same then why even bother? They need to do something different from the uncharted clones & perhaps add multiplayer next time.

I’m not surprised given the nature of this site, but as far as TLoU2’s combat being intense or whatever. I’ve been playing it for some days now and the combat is average. Nothing new or mind blowing. I think the standards need to be a bit higher here.

Oh hell no. $70 for new games? Some of the games coming out at full price aren’t even worth that much, on top of that developers are including DLC in their games too. We’ll be paying around $100 for games soon.

It’s between GTA 5 and MHW right now, the best games on PS4. I need to get back into MHW soon. Last time I played online I found out about a lot of features that make hunts easier
