If the leaks are from an earlier build why did they go through so much trouble to hide it all? As soon as the game was supposedly leaked they announced a release date immediately when it already was delayed indefinitely. Furthermore, they’re striking videos that talk negatively about the game without copyrighted material used, abusing the fair use system. Last, they are hiding replies in the twitter comment section. Maybe I’m overthinking or didn’t read carefully, but doesn’t it seem like this is too much for a supposed earlier build of the game?

@dark_knightmare2 I wasn’t threatening. It was a warning because you can go to any PlayStation related comment section on any site and you’ll see spoilers. There are also people spoiling the game for anyone who shows Naughty Dog or this game any kind of support.

@JesWood13 New bits and pieces get leaked every day so I advise you to keep your love for ND to yourself for now before someone spoils it for you.

@Paranoimia So threatening to withhold paychecks is part of it? I’ll have to see more because I don’t think anyone would work under conditions like that. Naughty Dog isn’t the only one with crunch, but that doesn’t make it more or less bad. Employees being mistreated is no excuse no matter what company or what they do. If anyone truly believes this is okay, get help.

@JesWood13 Did I say I have a problem with Sony? I’ve been playing Sony consoles since the PS2 and have played lots of their games and still do. If you look at some previous threads I’ve congratulated and praised them for doing certain things. But I don’t like one studio and all of a sudden it means I hate Sony... that’s the equivalent to saying I’m an Xbox fan too right?Sorry, but this is a site where people share opinions. Naughty Dog is under fire and they deserve it.

@ChipBoundary I was going to refrain from calling you an idiot, and in the midst of typing out that first part of my sentence I almost did. Working long hours is normal but what Naughty Dog is doing is an example of what companies SHOULD NOT DO. Instead of calling you a name, I’m going to be respectful to the site and just call you heartless for defending bad business practices.

This is probably damage control. They’re probably coming out and saying the people who leaked it aren’t affiliated so they can take the heat off of them. Even if this is true it still doesn’t change the fact that Naughty Dog needs to be knocked down and learn a lesson.

@ChipBoundary I do have a job. It’s not being dramatic calling them monsters because they mistreat and underpay their workers. Maybe read what I said more carefully and look at the articles that mention this stuff. What entitlement? I’m disappointed, but not surprised that people are still defending their crunch practices and making it like that stuff is okay.

@Lobbo95 read & you’ll be able to figure something out. Yeah I didn’t think it deserved it until I found out how Naughty Dog were mistreating and not paying their workers, that’s when I changed my mind because they’re messed up. I stand by what I say, the game deserved to be spoiled because eff Naughty Dog, and it wasn’t just because of one worker. They were illegally withholding paychecks with some even being hospitalized because of how overworked they were. I’m not going to be buying a product that came at the cost of sacrifices that were not for the better. You work for free then come back to me.

I’m not getting this game for the simple fact that ND mistreated it’s workers & Neil Druckmann himself stated that he’s putting his own political views into the game. That isn’t a spoiler because he said it on his twitter months ago. Look it up. I don’t know what it is, but we don’t want politics in our games nor do we want them shoved down our throat.

They really killed the momentum.

Playing about the same amount, but I also put my energy into productive things like working out and learning new instruments.

@J2theEzzo I’ll have to do that when I play The Witcher again on NG+ since my cat armor will be carrying over from the last play through becaus I was just playing the story my first time. In Breath of the Wild I would get lost wandering around, then I’d go to a high spot and see my surroundings and think to myself “oh, I know where I’m at now”!

Interesting! I’m even more excited for this game now. One of the things I loved about Breath of the Wild is there were no waypoints or anything telling me where to go, I was free to do as I pleased.

@Kidfunkadelic83 Great graphics? You mean like just about every other game that’s out there? Boss battles is what made God of War popular, but they failed majorly here. Only three fights actually stood out. But if you consider a thousand re-skinned trolls boss battles with repetitive animations the same then sure.

God of War is far too high. It should be ranked 10 at best, mainly because it plays a lot like linear action-adventure games that have come before it. If you’ve played a ton of action-adventure games, then you’ve already played God of War.

I still think this controller is hideous..

@Col_McCafferty No worries but I beat RDR2 back in 2018. To me, Arthur Morgan is the greatest video game protagonist ever created. It was my second favorite game of the year, coming right behind Monster Hunter World. Animal Crossing is like Stardew Valley, except it has animals and follows real time.

@Col_McCafferty Oh no man, I wasn’t comparing them. I brought them up because potty mouth said I can’t enjoy a game unless something explodes every five minutes & those two games don’t have that happening. And yes that’s what I’m doing too, playing through Persona 5 Royal and Animal Crossing.
