1 of 8 game I played the last 6 months on Day 1 were available on my Switch (or assuming best sellers in Japan) List easily Justifies my PS5.

Just be happy we are not only stuck with what most Japanese play (or plays on)... To each their own.

Wait and see what the Steam reviews look like and if it runs on Steamdeck.

But that is near when Armored Core VI is out... will not be in a rush to play this on PC, Switch or anywhere else in August.

Not really someone who collects games. But I do have the Art books of my favorites games in our bookshelf. FF16 is going up there.

The battle system exploded at this point. I had a giant smile on my face with the last Boss battle.

And that battle music!!!! I am crazy about it. Last night I was sure a big fight was coming and paused the game and got my very best headphones.

It is like that part in CONTROL where they tell you to put on the headphones. And the music just makes the action so much better.

"The Ring" scene earlier in the game was amazing. SE creepiness at its best! 😅🤣

Played it on PC GamePass, it was fun. Opened up after the first base and a bit in (glad I stuck with it). Really liked how imaginative the world is.

I'll get it at some point. If play the game on PC GamePass, I'll usually try and give a bit more cash to the team via DLC (as a rule)

The soundtrack was what I really loved. Still have a few tracks on my main Spotify playlist.

They can release it on a USB drive. Do not care, it is being played.

It has has zero impact if a game is fun or not.

That said, I have it on my PC list. If only Digital, I always pick PC.

Good news. Played it all weekend, could not stop. Battle System opens up nicely later on.

It has been a fantastic stretch of games. Fighting, Driving, jRPG, wRPG, Action - something new for a bunch of genres on PS5.

I just saw John Wick 4 last night. I am excited for this.

Good chance will not be playing anything outside FF16, Doom and F1 for a bit, so not an issue.

Enjoyed the main game. Rented it from GameFly, so I'll happily spend some cash for the DLC.

Usually what I do with GameFly or PC GamePass. If play the main game using either subscription, I try and buy some of the Story DLC if an option.

I do not buy games to play Digital Dress Up Barbie.

Unless it incudes extra story content - Standard edition is fine with me.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom had a Day 1 patch.

On PC not only do we have Day 1 patches, you also get Day 1 Graphic Driver updates (and hot fix for those patches)

Hell, sometimes the Windows Store/XBOX App needs updating before new PC GamePass games can install. On top of Day 1 patches and graphics drivers updates.

If the game is fun, I do not care. Patch away.

Yeah driving is just sublime. And i personality think the tracks/cars look amazing at 4K zipping by at 60fps.

I got SpiderMan and Zero Dawn on sale just to test it on my Steamdeck. And they are great on it.

If somehow not had a PS all these years, Sony games alone makes the Steamdeck (or Ally) worth it at this point.

I am also hoping for a Steam confirmation(not just Windows Store) like Tactica.

Both Persona 5 Tactica and ReFantazio for my SteamDeck would be my 1st choice.

Yeah, on the main page it has always been confusing. They now also made it more confusing because they have a new "multi access" tier that includes "XBOX Consoles".

But if you dig a bit it is via "Luna cloud service" (we were getting it for free during Beta)

Ubi+ subscription option where you actually install the game is only for the PC version.

Looks great. Ubisoft got me as a subscriber for Ubi+ for sure.

With Steamdeck (and Ally) I have no need for a limited handheld version... just put it on PC (target a 4080/PS5/X) we can take it from there.

I can play F1 in VR with not much issue. But using it in Windows mode to work I find painful,... especially if with White canvas like XD or Illustrator or need to read edits in Word. I scraped that part of VR on my PC early on.

Same goes for movies. Fades to white with in VR I simply close my eyes. I find it a much less enjoyable experience than simply watching the movie on a nice TV.

I cant play VR after a long day at work either, that is a guaranteed headache. I 100% can sit in front of a TV on the other side of the room and watch a movie with the wife before bed.

You cant take random stuff into a PPE zone. Trimble had to replace the HL2 glass for it to be Impact certification compliant and extra insulation on the electrical components for it to be allowed on a US/EU work site.

I play (and a Fan of) more 3rd party games than I play Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo 1st party games combined. Those are just a "Bonus" every 5 to 8 months on my list.

I own a PS because it gives me access to the largest pool of announcements to pick from. And it always delivers that regardless of what Sony is doing.

I like prequals or expanded characters stories.

I love stuff like Burning Shores. That is my new high mark for a game expansion.

Price, Content, Quality... simply on another level.

What I cant stand is non story DLC. Or the trend of lumping Story DLC with other random stuff. I am not paying for "Horde Mode"

If I like the game I rather it get DLC. Prequal, or expand characters I love.

The link to buy the DLC for Xenoblade 3 was literally part of the main menu on the home screen - on Day 1.

But now somehow FF cant have DLC 🤷‍♂️🙃

Yep, playing Jedi Survivor at home and Zelda on my commute. Fantastic times (I thought people were not paying $70 for games 🤔😉)
