Yeah well it's the only game that would warrant the purchase for me. Serious psvr2 without GT7 in my eyes, it is worthless.

In the flash sales Sony were having at the beginning of the year, we were seeing the PS5 getting discounted by €80. Not the €50 we're seeing here, in famous Day's of Play BIG sale. They don't have to try if people keep buying the PS5.

Personally I think the discounts are underwhelming. I live in Ireland. €50 off a PS5 console? It was this price before Sony increased the price to €550 and now the original price is the sale price..! PSVR2 is discounted to €500. That is still too expensive. Especially when you consider the only game worth buying psvr2 for, is GT7. That is one game.

I genuinely love this game.

I'm thinking GT7 4K@120. If it can do that it's certainly worth it.

This was always going to happen. Online saves are to eliminate cheating. There's a reason for everything.

Let me get this straight - After playing 400 hours on GT7 you've concluded it's the worst GT game ever and you have gone back to playing GT4 on PS2.
I can't take you seriously..

Does anyone know - is this getting a physical release on PS4? Amazon UK had it for 31 December release and Amazon DE has it for 7th March release. I know what Amazon are like and it might be false information.

I am 100% not renewing my subscription on 20th December, so it makes no difference to me.

You are going to have to wait until the second half of December. I got it half price for the last 2 years around 20th December each time. Mind you I've only the basic package.

Sorry 😊. I read it wrong. I can't see Sony ever using Bluetooth audio for gaming because of lag. I have the wh1000 xm4 and I use them for everything including wired gaming.

I have the HD collection on PS3. I was replaying MGS 2 last week. The conclusion I came to is - no way is this collection worth €60. It's worth €20.

For me the PS4 was a golden era in gaming. So many great games. Bloodborne, TLOU I know it was a PS3 game, but the PS4 version was far superior. All the Dirt Rally games, all the resident evil games. Dark souls remastered, I could go on forever.

The PS5 is obviously superior hardware but it hasn't lived up the the PS4's legacy yet. The PS4 is up there with the SNES.

Funny they never supported Bluetooth audio for gaming before and suddenly you think they are going to implement it with this device. Bluetooth audio is not suitable for gaming. Sheesh....

Bluetooth is not suitable for gaming - because of audio lag. Why do you think Sony consoles never have Bluetooth audio output? You can connect your Sony wh1000xm5 to the 3.5mm audio jack. You don't need new headphones.

It's an awesome console. Games wise I'd say the PS5 is behind the PS4 at this stage in its lifespan. For me GT7 has almost carried the machine single handedly. I know it's my most played game on the system. It also plays PS4 games better than the Pro ever could, that's a massive bonus. It's a super console.

I think post Hiroshi Yamauchi and nowadays, Sony and Nintendo see themselves are part of and not rivals in the games industry. There is plenty of room for the two companies to coexist. They compliment each other.

I personally love driving road cars in GT7 so another 7 are very welcome. The Master License event sounds epic.

There is so much to do in GT7. I haven't even had time to race online recently, because I was busy trying to get gold in all the online time trials that were available. Amazing game.

Businessmen who care nothing about console gaming heritage. MS wants to barge in, buy up companies who renowned and be the big boss and watch the money roll in. They're a danger to future of console gaming.

What have Rare done since MS bought them? Nothing worth talking about, that's what. Every company they buy, will become a sleeper.

I'm hoping it'll be a PS5 slim announcement. It's do or die. If it's this year, this is when it'll be announced.🤞

This could be the first EA game I buy since 2012.

I decided earlier this year I'm not re-subscribing when my PS plus essential subscription expires in December. It's wasted in me. I bought it for GT7. I don't do the daily races anymore because of people ramming. I suppose this is what happens when you're stuck in B class.

Hahaha. MS were saying they are going to put up the price of Xbox and Sony counteracts by cutting the price of PS5. MS have learnt nothing since they entered the console market.

I want this to be over. Then hopefully Sony will start releasing some exclusive games on PS5.

Is the DLC for Everybody's golf ever on sale? I really want it.

It's welcoming to see a price cut. Keeping it in perspective - this is only a €50 cut on the original price. Also I think MS have announced recently that they are increasing the price of series X by €50. So Sony have delivered a nice kick in the teeth to MS 😊. It might kick off a price war 😂

I think it'll be next year before we see the slim version though.

I wouldn't give up hope. I have a PS5 but I would prefer this on PS4. I don't see the logic in not releasing this on PS4. Let's wait and see.

Since EA acquired Codemasters I have lost faith in one of my favourite developers. EA will destroy everything that made Codemasters great.

Sony have a lot of work to do to reach those figures. Imo at the moment, the only thing PS5 has going for it is backwards compatibility.

If it fails miserably, they'll be forced to cut the price and I'll buy one then.

Metal gear solid master collection does it for me. I'd be really surprised if it doesn't also release on PS4, even though I have a PS5. I think this collection would be more at home on PS4, with a free PS5 upgrade as well.

I've been playing breath of the wild all evening on Wii u. The Wii u is absolutely amazing.

Finally a game I actually want - Sackboy.

I don't believe we will see a PS5 pro at all. I think Tom Henderson is a genius, because it must be a PS5 slim. Who would have guessed that? 😊

GT5 & GT6 aren't even mentioned. I spent more time playing GT than any other games on PS3.

I haven't bought re4 remake yet. I was planning to buy the PS4 version because that way, it'll work on my PS4 and my PS5.

It has the same problem it has on PS5 - overpriced. When it hits the right price it'll sell.

You also have Pinball arcade season 1 and season 2 on PS4. They can be bought physically. 2 separate games with 20 classic tables on each disc.

Pinball FX is like computer pinball. Pinball arcade, developed by FarSight takes a more realistic approach. The tables are true to life as are the physics.

Genuinely proper classic tables that you have to learn how to achieve all the goals. You could spend months on one table, it's that addictive.

I'm playing MGSV the phantom pain. Gotta say, the more I play the better it gets. Also started fiddling with Assetto Corsa ultimate edition with my GT DD Pro wheel. It feels a lot different than GT7. I'm not saying better, just different.

Actually my PS1 stopped reading discs after about a year, and the only way to get it to read a disc, was to turn it upside down.

All the people saying they've had no issues with their PS5. How do they know it is not leaking? They'll know when it's too late. I'm not going to dismiss this as nonsense. I've repositioned my 6 week old 1200 series PS5 into the horizontal position as a precautionary measure.
