"Quick just release it and get it out the door. We have plenty of pre orders and dont want to lose them by delaying the games release further. We will fix it later..." This game was supposed to be released on the 22nd Feb but was delayed, clearly they needed more time.
Sounds quite linear and more like an impressive PSVR2 tech demo requiring a patch to improve performance. Will pick up when its cheaper further down the line. I realise it was £40 if you picked up as a deal but for me it would be £60!!!
DualSense Edge V2 will have a bigger battery....... surprise surprise and people wished they would have waited and explain how much they paid for the original no doubt. CraZy decision with and smaller battery, clearly I am not there target audience as I have more common sense.
@KaijuKaiser sure I get that. Something between 20-30 hrs and I would have been happier for that amount of money. I don't just want an experience from a game but value for money also and 7 hrs doesn't cut it unfortunately.
I really do hope that they create a different VR menu within the PS5 rather than just a remap of the home screen in standard 2D. Would love to be able to move items around on the home page and interact with it like I was Ironman.
@Dezzy70 they did setup demo pods for psvr. It was at the Game store in Manchester so hopefully they will repeat this. I ordered mine they very same day after being blown away during my demo!
The launch lineup is a little weak imho and needs some killer releases, resident evil and Astro Bot would be perfect!! VR WORLDS was a great release and provided a good overall experience so it's a real shame we don't have anything like that. I have psvr2 ordered but currently no game.
I hope they have an entire new system interface once you put the headset on rather than duplicating the TV image. I want to interact with the UI like Tony Stark! I want to move around the menus and edit/delete media.
Astrobot showed what can be done with haptic feedback and a shame that developers aren't really taking advantage of it for Ps5 releases:( I feared this would happen.
@StonyKL Village VR would have been a day 1 purchase so I'm going to wait. Hopefully one day we will see a Resident Evil Village VR when PSVR2 is released.
@Voltan I wouldn't be able to be that disciplined tbh. I can't wait to get stuck into this especially with the recent news and the possibility this may be the last time I play DooM for sometime
Easy option to blame it on Covid 19 not through lack of sales. Hey ho, now let them be laser focused on Dragon Age, Mass Effect and Star Wars: The Old Republic during a pandemic.
Day one purchase for me like the first PSVR. Awesome news to read and can't wait for more info in the near future. Resident Evill Village in VR please. Be nice if all PSVR games are transferable to PSVR2 using the new controllers and better resolution.
@WaveWitch wow that is a reply! I completed RE7 several years ago on my ps4 pro and it was a fun but anxiety driven experience . It provided me with a gaming memory that I will never forget, atmospheric, bone chilling and just a plain bloody scary. I remember holding my hands over my face on two occasions in fear!! I remember a guy searching for me and I was hiding behind some boxes looking through some slats as he passed me by, I think I may have been holding my breath as well. I was thinking about buying the banned tapes vol 1,2 and booted up RE7 the other day, within minutes the hair on the back of my neck was standing up! I achieved Platinum on Astrobot VR and it's up there with Mario 64 (US Import) which I also bought on release all those years ago. I think I'll skip RE8 mainly because of no VR which is a massive omission.Enjoying Ironman at the moment.
@WaveWitch yes very dissapointed to hear VR mode is not included. RE7 provided me with one of the most amazing gaming experiences in over 35 years of gaming. I think I read Sony paid capcom 5 million to make a VR mode in RE7.
The CONS make it a NO purchase for now which is crazy considering how much time this game has been in development!! I have waited years so what is another 6 months? Hopefully all issues will have been resolved by then.
I was interested in purchasing this game on day of release having bought many of Housemarque releases in the past. I will just wait patiently for this to come down in price.

@thefourfoldroot1 shame I didn't read these issues before release as I believe I would have cancelled my pre order.

@ORO_ERICIUS dread to think.

Re: Mini Review: Moss (PSVR2) - Charming Adventure Gets Some Major Upgrades
@thefourfoldroot1 I'm sorry I have no idea. I just wanted to post in case someone out there might find it useful.

Didn't really find the original much of a challenge and this mini review says Relatively short so I'll leave it.

Re: Out Today: PSVR2 Brings Next-Gen VR to the Masses
@carlos82 Yes I was unimpressed with the default charge after connecting everything up. Kayak is pretty stunning agreed.

Re: Another One! Garden of the Sea Joins PSVR2's Launch Lineup
Be nice if there was a psvr2 hard case similar to the one released for the psvr.
Re: Horizon Call of the Mountain Goes Gold Two Weeks Before PSVR2 Launch
@carlos82 I have the same games ready but unsure of Call of the mountains longevity.
Is call of the mountain getting a physical release?
Re: PS5, PS4 Is Getting a New Brothers in Arms, But Only in Pinball FX
@pip_muzz yes they made a right pigs ear of it!
Re: Zombieland Back from the Dead as a PSVR2 Launch Game
A downloadable demo disc would be ideal just like they did for the psvr.

Re: Preview: Why Horizon Call of the Mountain Is a PSVR2 Showpiece
@KaijuKaiser and that is what has put me off pre ordering for like £40 if you order with the headset or £60 separately!

Re: Poll: What Is Your PS5, PS4 Game of the Year 2021?
Hard to vote as I have only played 3 out of that list.

Can't believe Astrobot isn't on that list.

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart?
Quality game but the bosses definitely need more creativity rather than just running in a circle firing and more challenging.

Astrobot and Resident Evil release and I'm in. Regarding price it has to be less that £400 imho.

Re: Bethesda Says 'Some' Future Games Won't Launch on PS5, PS4
@Kopite yeah agreed. Played DooM since 1993 but I wouldn't just buy a console or PC just to play DooM, no matter how good it is.

@DonJorginho We are all judged. The pic has a horrible cocky expression and his shirt needs pulling down .
Re: Could Travis Scott Get His Own PS5 Game and Limited Edition Console?
Travis Scott. No idea who this guy is and from that pic I have Zero interest tbh. I don't think he is aimed at my demographic.
