I assume they can say no more sunset cause they know it’s a matter of time before they have to move to a new game. Unless they just stop supporting expansions/seasons on PS4.

@Darude84 Demons Souls gets better. If you grab some of the 4-1 gear right away (YouTube guide for Crescent Fachion +1, Adjudicators Shield, Refenerators Ring) it makes the game very manageable but still a challenge.

Also there’s a very active discord that gives away items and help with levels/bosses.

Which dishonored games should I try? Never played them before

@Flaming_Kaiser have you looked at the list?? There’s like barely any PS2/1 games available. The consoles that had games pumped out like crazy, and there’s so few and the ones that are there are kinda crap.

Sony just needs to up its Subscription game. I recently subbed and I like it, but man, the classics tier is utter garbage. Should be one tier and that’s it.

I’m an avid and well educated gamer and I get confused all the time which tier is which. I can’t imagine how confused casuals are.

Block fees? Isn’t that the same as timed exclusivity rights both have been doing for ages.

There’s a sizeable portion of the public that only plays/buys consoles for COD.

However, as MS pushes Gamepass and remote play, it may not lead to as many Xbox console sales versus just subs to Gamepass. Although if these subs are the future that’s bad news for Sony.

Stupid Sony abandoning PS AllStars too early. Could have been a fantastic live service games in early PS4 days with DLC fighters tying into new games by Sony or 3rd party studios.

Picked this up again at WQ launch and it’s a blast compared to vanilla.

Hoping for some large scale changes to the overall sandbox coming up though as some of the content is really showing it’s age compared to other modes.

Loved the first one on GameCube and this never launched on it. Cant wait!

PAC Man World 2 was one of my favorite games as a kid!! Hope they remaster that one!

Hopefully they get Bungie involved pretty quickly. This has HUGE potential if the gameplay and modes are varied and developed.

Getting seasonal stories and overarching world changes like Destiny plus various modes like BR, Factions, Camp management, solo PvE content, etc would be REALLY GOOD.

I wish there would be some sort of spoiler tag in headlines and thumbnails here. This is the only gaming site I go on and I like surprises.

@Ryguy2784 that was the first thing I though too. The neon small line weight font looks more futuristic then something I associate with medieval.

Thankfully they understand the landscape is changing and are doing what they can to keep up.

I’m sure Nintendo will always have its share of the market, but it’ll continue to be more niche then what Sony and MS will be doing in 5 or 10 years.

Even with uncharted being TR’s main competitor - they could have leapfrogged the franchises every few years to lessen any franchise fatigue but still maintain absolute dominance in that style of game.

Seems a little late to be hiring for this position, there will always be taken acquisition but it feels like this current time frame is going to have the biggest moves for the foreseeable future.

I’m always shocked at how high many platinums are. Even 5% seems high for a lot of games that require you to do more then just beat the story.

Almost everyone I know don’t bother going for platinums.

How’s the difficulty? It looks like a fun game I want to try out soon but its not my typical style and I don’t want to get frustrated and stop plying it quickly if it’s hard or makes me use tons of items/buildcrafting to advance.

I haven’t been a fan of their communication tactics but I’ve also been very out of touch with how social media/influencers work these days to get news out.

Maybe they’re more aware of how the casual audience absorbs news and this tactic works to reach those people?

I wish the names were less confusing. It just doesn’t have the same ‘ring’ or clear marketing that ‘Gamepass’ does. I have a good idea what a Gamepass is without knowing anything about it.

PlayStation Plus Premium? What does that tell me lol. It’s like Capcom and their Street Fighter Signa X Pro Flying V Guitar Edition titles.

Also I hope they continue to build the ‘classic’ library of games and not just stop where it’s at.

Also it should have been just ‘add ons’. I honestly only want the classic game streaming and would forgo the PS4/5 stuff

As a big fan of the franchise, I enjoyed it much more then I expected.

I do love these types of movies in general but there were enough nods to the games that it felt pretty good as an ‘uncharted’ movie but didn’t retread the games too much which was refreshing.

Nolan north cameo is probably my favorite cameo of all time.

Spoiler alert:
My only gripe was the lack of supernatural enemies. Hopefully the sequel will follow the first game with them tho.

Borderlands 2 was so good at the time. But I just didn’t think 3 held up to todays standards in gaming compared to other shooters on the market.

This does look cool tho and I hope to give it a try at some point down the road!

3 was ported to the PS3 so idk why they didn’t port it over to the PS4 yet.

It’s a shame Death Stranding gets such a bad reputation. The beginning two or three chapters are a bit of a slog (and maybe a misstep on the devs part for how long it is) but after that, vehicles and combat and the different suits and such make it pretty fun.

The story is really engaging and unique. Glad I played it. Not one I’d personally replay, but I was happy for the experience and would encourage people to give it a shot (and not judge it on the opening hours)

I hope it’s an optional add on to PS+.

As someone who doesn’t watch anime I have no interest in seeing my PS+ cost slightly rise due to anime.

I’m sure the negative avengers press, lack of Big Marvel film hype around release. And the fact that the character models look nothing like the big screen counterpart, really slowed the interest from casual fans (myself included)

I’m shocked they’re still releasing large free content for the game with no way to get $$ besides new sales.

If they can relaunch some sort of emulation with PS Plus to allow for purchases of these old games or streaming then, then shut ‘em down!

I’m pretty excited for this. Hopefully the changes are all positives and the biggest thing they need to do is ADD content, not take away like they did with RE3. It was far too short of an experience.

With Sony having some ammo in the form of Bungie, it’s mutually beneficial for them to be sharing some franchises cross console with all the DLC purchases. Especially as bungie goes multi-IP

I remembering being so hyped at that gameplay demo and their vision - even tho it did seem like an unrealistic vision.

After this long, it’s probably for the best to axe it and Move on

Is there a reason why their output slowed? I think GT5 was due to them modeling 1000 high def cars but I would assume they’re not remodeling those every time now?
