Eh it would happen eventually. Just a bad look after how awful the latest expansion and season was.

Season of the Deep needs to knock it out of the park.

I'm ready for their next game. I bought it day 1 but never really played it past that time.

Really looking forward to what they do next, I love LBP1 and 2 as well as Tearaway.

I hope to see them return to LBP, been playing through Sackboy since it launched on Plus and man did Sony mess up marketing on that one, I had no idea it was the game it is, I love it and would have bought it in a heartbeat had I seen a meaningful ad that actually showed me what it was.

One of my favorite raids, fun mechanics and beautiful encounters. Plus the traversal between encounters is a lot of fun.

Our clan didn't get a contest mode win about 16 hours trying to beat it and couldn't get past the final boss.

It may have been done in 2.5 hours, but it was by no means easy!!

Although when contest mode ended we beat the final boss on the first try easily, so it may end up being on the easier/faster side as far as raids go!

I've been a big Destiny advocate on this forum, but Lightfall sucked. It was a rush filled expansion with so many reused assets and lack of meaningful content considering the cost.

The story is horrendous, post campaign if gets a bit better, but it's awful for any new or returning player.

They made some fantastic QoL changes but also some terrible changes to various other things like lost sectors, etc.

I still heavily enjoy the game but this was a massive blunder when the community outlook was at an all time high from the amazing year of Witch Queen.

@rjejr Yeah try to follow the quests in your inventory - you may need to Google some of them if you're confused.

The story doesn't make sense even if you played D1. There's so much that was packed into seasons or lore tabs that aren't there anymore. It's best to watch a video on it if you're interested.

The game is much much better if you have a group of friends to join up with. The best content is the raids, nightfalls and doing the other activities as a group.

Witch queen has a fun and engaging story, with actual story missions that can be enjoyed solo, however, it's not a 60$ solo game. It's a fun 6 hour bonus to the game.

I'll pay the 100$ but only cause it's my main game with friends. I think it's too steep, for an expansion in a game already containing a micro transaction store.

I really just want haptic feedback support

@Darude84 The game is bad at onboarding new players.

It's something they're actively addressing in Light fall though with Guardian Ranks.

The biggest problem is they have removed the first two years of story content for the game, the main campaigns that actually had some story to help onboard new players and get them geared up. So new players are lost in lore and unless you buy Witch Queen, don't have any good story content to do.

Beyond Light is now free with PS+ which helps a bit, but that story isn't very good.

Loved this feature! Would love to see more varied content like this on the 'off days' or weekends.

Didn't like Kathleen at all. I find it hard to believe this big bad resistance would follow her. Nothing about her is inspiring, intelligent, threatening or menacing. Her voice is too calm and chill. Soccer mom was a good way to put it lol.

Really didn't like the acting/casting for Kathleen. Maybe we just didn't get enough backstory but she wasn't even remotely inspiring, why would anyone follow her lead?

Also the acting felt very awkward and stiff. The rest of the cast has been phenomenal so feel like a huge miss on the one that stands out.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Bikini Bottom remake, and never played the original. Might give this a go during a sale!

I love these old school style games that focus on some fun mindless pickup gameplay when I only have a short burst of time, vs the demands of many AAA games of today.

Loved it. Didn't expect that direction and it worked really well as a vignette of what life is like for some during the events.

This is what I hope for Factions game and it's seasonal stories, if they pursue this live service story approach.

However, those hiking paths are WAY too worn down for something that's supposed to rarely be traveled. Weird complaint I know, but first thing I noticed lol.

@TheCollector316 This seasons activities seem to adjust the brain dead difficulty by locking you 5 power under and upping the add density.

It's actually a decent challenge and all the seasonal activities are fun (unlike the other 3 seasons this year) - if you already own the season I'd give it a try.

LOL this was the only Premium title I think I played. Loved this game as a kid and was the main driver for my sub since my PS3 still works.

Really hoping for more PS1/2 games added next year. Busting out the old PS2 scares me.

@Mostik The grind is still really bad. I jumped back in at WQ. I've found I have the most fun if I don't worry about finishing everything and just hop in with my clan for the activities I enjoy doing and ignoring what I don't.

I really wish the pinnacle grind would change. I only enjoy high difficulty content and it sucks having to grind low level stuff again just to replay the same endgame stuff I was able to do a week ago.

Hitting submit survey on Android phone didn't seem to work (on the webpage plugin), it went through the whole survey fine but didn't give me any confirmation when I clicked submit survey. And I mashed the button and still nothing.

Lord's of Shadow was AMAZING, I'd love some more games in that vein.

I assume they can say no more sunset cause they know it’s a matter of time before they have to move to a new game. Unless they just stop supporting expansions/seasons on PS4.

Overall really good showcase. Can’t wait for in game loadouts.

@Darude84 Demons Souls gets better. If you grab some of the 4-1 gear right away (YouTube guide for Crescent Fachion +1, Adjudicators Shield, Refenerators Ring) it makes the game very manageable but still a challenge.

Also there’s a very active discord that gives away items and help with levels/bosses.

@Flaming_Kaiser have you looked at the list?? There’s like barely any PS2/1 games available. The consoles that had games pumped out like crazy, and there’s so few and the ones that are there are kinda crap.

Sony just needs to up its Subscription game. I recently subbed and I like it, but man, the classics tier is utter garbage. Should be one tier and that’s it.

I’m an avid and well educated gamer and I get confused all the time which tier is which. I can’t imagine how confused casuals are.

Block fees? Isn’t that the same as timed exclusivity rights both have been doing for ages.

There’s a sizeable portion of the public that only plays/buys consoles for COD.

However, as MS pushes Gamepass and remote play, it may not lead to as many Xbox console sales versus just subs to Gamepass. Although if these subs are the future that’s bad news for Sony.

Stupid Sony abandoning PS AllStars too early. Could have been a fantastic live service games in early PS4 days with DLC fighters tying into new games by Sony or 3rd party studios.

Picked this up again at WQ launch and it’s a blast compared to vanilla.

Hoping for some large scale changes to the overall sandbox coming up though as some of the content is really showing it’s age compared to other modes.

Loved the first one on GameCube and this never launched on it. Cant wait!

PAC Man World 2 was one of my favorite games as a kid!! Hope they remaster that one!

I went back to play it a few years ago and it could use some control updates! Haha

Hopefully they get Bungie involved pretty quickly. This has HUGE potential if the gameplay and modes are varied and developed.

Getting seasonal stories and overarching world changes like Destiny plus various modes like BR, Factions, Camp management, solo PvE content, etc would be REALLY GOOD.

I wish there would be some sort of spoiler tag in headlines and thumbnails here. This is the only gaming site I go on and I like surprises.

@Ryguy2784 that was the first thing I though too. The neon small line weight font looks more futuristic then something I associate with medieval.

Thankfully they understand the landscape is changing and are doing what they can to keep up.

I’m sure Nintendo will always have its share of the market, but it’ll continue to be more niche then what Sony and MS will be doing in 5 or 10 years.
