The beta was so much fun. My only complaint was on some of the games the camera would make it hard to see where your fall guy was, it would clip through the walls

I noticed they first started to do this last week for Deadly premonition 2's release.

I still find reviews so confusing The writing never matches the score they give.
I randomly read one on metacritic, they said the world looks amazing but everything else is just sub par and its not enough for an open world game in 2020- Score. 8.5...how can a review being so negative still give a score as high as an 8.5?

@nessisonett There was actually quite a lot of people hinting towards cultural appropriation for this game when they had a white man playing that flute dressed in samurai clothing at E3. I've seen some people bringing that back up again recently when they noticed the menu translation in Japanese wasn't correct.

@Scollurio That's true, and that's why i dont think metacric should allow user review for games until a week after its release. That would also more than likey reduce review bombing (in both directions) since people get bored of whatever it is theyre mad about after a week anyway. Plus no one can beat a game in a day to give a trusted review anyway.

Firstly some of the comments I've read from people who don't like the story you can 100% tell have not even played the game.

Secondly as someone wrote on twitter, being a fan of something does not give you the right to dictate the creative process so that they create something that full fills your fan fiction.

I pre-ordered it, first game i've pre-ordered (possibly) this generation and thank god i did because streamers and reviewers of the game on twitter seem to have no care in the world about giving away too much information and spoiling moments.
I cant help but think if i didnt buy it now id know everything about it by the end of month, without even playing it.

I know that Metacritic does end up removing the review bombers but i still wish "customer" reviews are not able to go live until a week after a games release.

This was actually the game which stood out the most for me.

At first it took me off guard but i now love it. I thought it was going to be huge and bulky like the Xbox X but its not. Im still not sure how they managed to get it so thin.

Im surprised we've not had Mirrors edge 2 yet. They've been flogging that game for 3.99 for a while now.

The Tetris effect one is my all time fav. Sometimes i just sit and listen to the song over and over.

I know theirs a little power difference with the PS5 and the Series X but theyre pretty much the same so surly the PS5 is also going to be pretty big and bulky like the series x is right?

I actually cancelled my pre order at the start of lockdown because i wasn't sure what the post situation would be like and bought it digitally instead.

I feel like now more than ever a physical only chart wont tell the full story.

It sucks that they make you have to start a new game and earn trophies. I had signed up but im still playing though another game which i had got trophies for but it looks like they don't count

Ive never been a sims fan and have played the bio stocks multiple times.

It matters for ps4 games for me but not for anything else. I dont own any ps1 ps2 or ps3 games anymore and i really dont believe people would care if the ps5 isnt fully backwards compatable with those systems.

I feel like Playstation and to some extent Xbox, dont really view PC as a competitor. When in reality i know a whole bunch of people who only own a Playsation because they cant play the games on their PCs. Having all PS exclusive games playable on PC will just mean a lot of people not having to buy a playstation.

I don't really know how I feel about it actually. If the games are being made available on PC years after Playstation then that's fine, no big deal but if they are doing the same as Xbox i almost feel like i may as well just invest in a PC than buy the PS5. Steam does have better deals after all.

Didnt the Danganronpa creator leave and start a new studio? I thought if there was going to be a new Danganronpa game it would be made by his new studio Too Kyo games?

The weird thing about this game is, as great the reviews it's getting, some of them I've read are actually putting me off buying it. I don't think I've read one review that has helped me grasp exactly what the game is and I still can't tell if it will be something I'll enjoy.

I just don't know if I want to play full price to find out.

I really want to know concrete genies digital sales. Its super lame that its near the end of 2019 and we still dont have them included.

If I didn't follow gaming news closey I would have no clue concrete genie was even a thing. I guess it also didn't help that the day it was released was the same day Sony/wired released all that PS5 news.

I do get nervous that if this is released next year its going to get lost in the shuffle.

@dark_knightmare2 Well Its true, a lot of those "700 games" are either not the genres i enjoy/old ps3 games i don't really want to play/ games that are just not great in general/ games i already own and have completed.

I mean there may be a few hidden away that i might like which i didn't see while browsing, but not enough for me to warrant getting a subscription for.

My main reason for not being interested in ps now is purely to do with the fact there's nothing on there i want to play.

I think i might actually cancel my ps plus this month and use that money to buy an indie game i want.

Whatever it is can it be a surprise 2019 release please because there is just too many games being released next year, along with the new consoles that i cant afford everything

Im expecting a trailer which gives us a better inkling on what the story will be, which includes bits of gameplay. An then the release date.

They should 100% release a ps4 port, id be shocked if they didn't. I think their would be a lot of interest.

I still don't fully understand how Game pass is making any profit for Microsoft, but that may be because everyone i know who uses it, gets the £1 trail, plays everything they want for a month, don't renew, and if xbox puts another exclusive they want to play on there, they create a new account and just get another trail.

I've seen so many people laughing that they're essentially getting full price games for free.

Its definitely been a hit in Europe at least. I saw that two different editions of the game made the top 5 in France. It was also the best selling in Italy.

Isnt the fact that consumers associate a 7 as a terrible score actually reviewers fault? I've read some reviews,Days Gone for example, that all focus so heavily on the negative, they include hardly any positive points and somehow their end result is giving it a 7.
It is very rare I see reviewers giving AAA games they find bad lower than a 6. Even fallout 76 a game that was absolutely panned by critics managed to get a lot a lot of 7's from reviewers.

Has unravelled 2 been a ps plus game yet? that always seems to be on sale.

I'm going to trust my gut on this one and I'm still going to buy it. Maybe this is one of those times when I disagree with the reviewers. After all I will never understand why they give Far cry games as high marks as they do.

That's not all that's leaked. The entire MK 11 story is now being posted all over youtube. I feel really bad for Nether Realm they haven't been able to catch a break.

I thought it seemed more in direct competition with xbox than playstation at the moment since I have a feeling that Stadias livestream was basically the same as what Microsofts E3 is going to be like.

Since I know my internet with suck, my interest at this time is pretty low.

I'm not sure about other countries but in the UK digital games on release cost around £15 more than if you were to buy it on disc. This is why I would never go digital only. It would be too expensive for me.

Also digital games don't go on sale as often as physical games, for example I could buy God of war now for £34.00 but digitally its being sold for £54.99

If it wasn't for the high cost of paying for digital then id probably be all for digital only.

This is what confuses me about some reviews. A lot of these have given the game great scores yet the description makes the game sound terrible
