Re: Ghost of Yotei's Latest Video Immerses You in 10 Minutes of Gorgeous Music and Landscapes

Im just baffled by some of the comments. Im convinced people either dont actually like games or feel that Sony genuinely owes them something. Baffling angles people are taking. This looks like one of the best greenlit AAA products from a major publisher in quite a long time. The amount of time and effort poured into every detail, the lore, the culture. I think some people need a new hobby lol. We are complaining about a sequel to an amazingly received game but would then also complain if they forced the studio to do anything else....I just dont unserstand

Re: 'The Number of Live Service Games Is Not Important': PS5 Boss Gives Rare Insight into Strategy

Nyne11Tyme

The fact that these huge brands think that creating a Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, Balatro, Fez...I think you all get my point- isn't a financial lucrative option...at least one of the 4 titles I named has sold more than any Playstation franchise except GT and thats a 30 year old IP. It doesnt have to be all AAAA blockbusters and Live service to make boatloads of money. Herman is a Turd and Jim Ryan was a turd. Get me Andrew House, Shu and Sean back

Re: Ryo Hazuki Returns in Shenmue 3 Enhanced on PS5

Please buy this. I need S4. I need Yu to finish this. Then I need NightDive to bring the first 2 up to date and somehow fix the awful audio and then bundle 1-4 so I can forget real life for a couple weeks and play this epic from start to finish

Re: BioShock 4 Will Release 'Without Question' Despite Severe Dev Issues

Nyne11Tyme

@nessisonett well different stroke and all that I guess. I just don't know really anyone that didnt enjoy the first 2. Now infinite retconned a lot but was still praised for gameplay at the time. But I get it. I still to this day couldn't get more than a couple hours into TW3 and that game is universally praised just like the original Bioshock

Re: Sony's Horizon Franchise Has Sold a Wild 38 Million Units Worldwide

Nyne11Tyme

@KundaliniRising333 I mean I do understand that viewpoint but TLoU2 did the exact opposite and the pitchforks came out lol. Astro was fresh, I think Yotei looks amazing personally. Returnal was fresh, Rift Apart was a franchise we didnt even think would get a new lease on life. Spidey 2....same as Forbiddent West though. Hard to fault GT7. I think Sony still allows a decent amount of creative freedom comparatively to the other big publishers. Its been a rough gen with all the cancelations though. There are more options than ever but still feels different...

Re: Sony Job Listing Implies More PS5 Exclusives Will Be Ported to Xbox, Nintendo

Nyne11Tyme

Id imagine the Xbox part is to assist with MLB and maaaaybe....a handful of titles. Some of which could be 5+ years old. Also titles developed 2nd party. Sony is more Nintendo than ever. Even if they don't realize it yet. I mean they've always relied on amazing exclusive content and knew it. I just hope they still know it. Everything shouldn't be on everything. All 3 proved that at one point. Make great hardware, make great controllers and make good reasons to buy both with killer content.

Re: Talking Point: What Do You Want from God of War Maker Sony Santa Monica Next?

Nyne11Tyme

Id love the first 5 games to get the new console sheen if you will. All 5 on one disk. Slap that 69.99 tag on it. But for SSM...for some reason id love them to tackle Syphon Filter. And not SSM but so.ebody needs to get Cool Boarders back....it could actually work well in the GaaS space as much as id hate to admit that. And where is a big, in house, Arc the Lad RPG. Try and give some Zelda tier

Re: Poll: Are You Sold on Ghost of Yotei?

Nyne11Tyme

Anyone upset with that just doesn't appreciate big open world sagas with attention to detail and extreme care for the material. This looks to be an amazing experience. Sucker Punch is at the pinnacle of their craft. Fingers crossed for a legends type mode. Also love the no journal and the actual characters for updates

Re: 'We're Not Looking to Put First-Party Games in PS Plus Day and Date': Sony Rejects Xbox Game Pass Model

Nyne11Tyme

They just aren't even in the same ballpark financially Sony/MS. And even though Sony gambled and didn't exactly lose the GaaS approach (Helldivers, GT7 and MLB prove there can be very successful live titles) they also hindered their 1st party output which is the industry standard imo. Even with output low, what they will release (Wolverine, Ghosts and Saros) will be amazing and worth the money.

Re: The Next Xbox Is a PC, So What Does That Mean for PS6?

Nyne11Tyme

@Lowdefal yes I know he is the hardware designer. Thank god he isn't responsible for the hideous design of the ps5 lol. It grows on ya but that's like a fever dream design haha. And hes developed his own games. Knack, regardless of what you thought of the game itself, was a ps4 showcase. I'd imagine his intellect is spread across many facets of the entire conceptualization of the console.

Re: The Next Xbox Is a PC, So What Does That Mean for PS6?

If sony is smart they use the wizard Mark Cerny to create a still closed ecosystem. If Xbox is going to integrate steam and expect their next box to play games that have decent PC spec requirements their "console" is going to have to be $1200 minimum. Even though Sony has had a rough go with their live service push games like Demon Souls remake (a launch title mind you), Returnal, Rift Apart, TLoU 2 Remastered, GT7, The Show, Horizon Forbidden West, Spiderman 2, Ragnarok...even with some being cross gen, are still the best looking and playing games out there. Offer something as special as the PS5 (in regards to its capabilities with 1st party and quality 3rd party studios finished products) with the PS6 and make it no more than 699.99 and you will steal the console market/ share it exclusively with Nintendo
