It's perfect. That would have been my entire review lol. Haven't had this much fun in quite some time with video game

@Onearmbandit ....Balatro...wtf lol. It has its hooks in deep. To the point when i can't shut my brain off to sleep it's partially because I'm dun, dun, dun, dun-dun in my damn head and it won't go away. Just a stroke of genius the way dude manipulated poker.

@Steelhead being able to 3x the speed of the OG FF7 is a Godsend. Lol. It's my GOAT game so I get the itch to crack into at least once a year. The story, music, characters and overall theme just resonate with me so much. Hope you are enjoying it!

Praying to who? Lol. I appreciate the gents who run pushsquare.com on the other side of the pond. Everyone of you from Talby on give me a different perspective on the pulse of gaming. Chrono Trigger should be preserved. I'll glady take a nice HD coat to play on my 5 or series (or just a damn port, I know there are too many hands and license issues...or so ive read). But I'd never, ever consider SE touching the core experience in any way. It's the pinnacle of gaming. The unicorn if you will. Just keep it alive on ANY current platform.

It's just that good. Hope it sells 30 million or more. It brings people together. It's funny, smart, logical and completely bananas at the same time. Truly a special video game that can help people bond. And on the damn couch!!! Deserves every accolade it gets. My wife and I have been just cheesy grinning while playing this masterpiece.

The Pig game had me and the misses in tears laughing. Such a great game. Gives me hope for the industry

Garbage. I mean pure, gross garbage. I've been agnostic to A.I. thus far. But yuck. What a deceitful and unbecoming way to gather data. They'd of been better off having a concept, creating a survey and advertising it that way. I'd be much more inclined to answer these questions if it wasn't so shady. But 90+% of gamers only play FIFA, CoD, Fortnite, Roblox and the like. Still....yuck ass yuck

I can't stop playing Avowed. I'm loving it. The wife will demand some Tetris Effect or DK Country Returns HD at some point

GoT was maybe my favorite new IP last gen. Sucker Punch is right up there with the S Tier devs.

@lazarus11 to be fair I don't think either were trying to be in each other's space. They are vastly different titles. I don't have the capacity to pick flowers for 3 hours to get a dagger and learn how to shoot a bow beyond 5 feet for the first several hours. I appreciate what the game does and am glad many enjoy but to say I don't like avowed because it's not like KCD2 makes no sense and perfect sense at the same time.

Not gonna lie...Avowed has the hooks in big time. I'm loving this game. It's like vibrant skyrim-lite with substantial combat and is well voiced acted and has a great upgrade/crafting kinda system

@J2theEzzo i wished Scott Pilgram didn't run so horribly on PS5...I still enjoyed SoR4 but agree some level of 'progress' makes a huge difference

@OMG_Waffles I never even thought about that scenario. Chances are what you are referring too doesn't happen so quickly in the show. If they are doing 4 seasons it could not be til sometime in season 3. Pedro is too much of a top billing kinda actor at this point

Sometimes I think Playstation fans are the worst and don't understand how popular the system is. I've never understood the toxicity around gaming in general. It's baffling. And creepy.

When you can't play a single player game offline cause you bought it digitally....or even physically. I'm a huge physical buyer when I can but that even means nothing now for the most part. We've gotta stop supporting this. <<insert disc>>...<<pound sand>>...is an unfortunate series of events

Looks like I'm the minority there. I buy digital if I have to. That's it. At least what I have will appreciate in value because i take of it and my kids can have it. And I double dip on amazing games or rare physical games. So I have plenty still in the cellophane and a digital to play. The industry should love me lol

@Americansamurai1 the word is new Xbox is coming sooner rather than later. Like 2026. Between Spencer, Booty and Bond they have confirmed at least 1 more hardware iteration.

@Stickleman no kidding. It's a shame they keep dropping the ball but still keep makingnso much. Portal, Wukong and HD 2 brought in a ton. That's how they've been able to waste 100s of millions on failed service titles. Hopefully the course is correcting but with dev time lines I'll be old before that happens lol

Gotta get that 100 billion back. But unless they make something very unique for their next hardware I cant imagine it selling more than 10-20 million units to the Xbox hardcore fan base. And I don't even see an issue with that. Really the only concern I see with diminished hardware sales would be how much effort is being put in post launch by the hardware team. Will the Firmware, QoL and UI updates be as frequent if you have less than half the units in the wild? Or would it just be typical MS and layoff half the team due to redundancy

@Porco it was being developed as a live service title for the first several years before EA told them to abandon that, salvage what you can and make a single player game. This game would have probably needed to sell 5 million or more to break even

Im enjoying the game. Yea the writing isn't groundbreaking but it's hardly offensive imo. The combat is great imo even if it is a massive departure to previous installments. I've settled into Bellara and Neve for combat and I'm good. Maybe if EA would have let them make a single player game in the first place it could have recouped some of its cost.

Game is tippy top tier. Nothing else matters. You can compare and quantify however you want.

@DonJorginho to be fair all this was greenlit under Ryan as it's been several years for both. Herman inherited a turd. Not saying he's been great but he has been putting out one dumpster fire after another that wasn't his. Now I'm pretty sure I read he was a big proponent for Concord...lol yikes. So there is that to balance the scales a bit. Either way I miss the Shu, Shawn era. Those 2 were on the same page all the time

Oblivion was interesting. The level scaling was terrible though and made some latter oblivion gates pure insanity if you play like me and level up a lot off the beaten path. I did collect a metric F*** ton of nirnroot though lol

@Slippship I don't think it'll ever happen. I say that because Sony will grow it's install base immensely as the next Xbox will only sell to the most hardcore fans. I could see 20-30 million "Xbox first" console owners switching over to PlayStation. That'll create more Plus Subs and MTX money. Xbox will just rake in money on being arguably the largest publisher of some of best and most recognized IPs in gaming

@Steel76 100% Sony bought them without a AAA game under their belt. Just amazing, white knuckle games. If they don't let a team of 50-80 churn out a top down/isometric bullet hell shooter or Resogun 2 that's a travesty and an overwhelming level of incompetence from Sony. Yu needs to step in and bitch slap these confused execs

I'd never have an EV as a daily driver. They are huge insurance liabilities and hatefulky expensive to fix. Even with quick chargers it still takes 1000% longer to "fill up". It is a cool looking ride though lol.

Please let 15 people on the dev team branch off to fix resogun on ps5. The co op is entirely busted and it makes me sad. Aside from Returnal, which is no doubt a bullet hell magnum opus, all their games have had amazing co-op options
