Tonight is my Friday night (taxi driver) and I'm about to get only my 3rd platinum ever.
Just need one more skill point to get the HZD plat! My last for a couple of years or so as my wife is due to give birth to our 2nd in next couple of weeks.

Steep seems universally well received by those who've actually bought it so for free sounds awesome.

Been playing nothing but Horizon Zero Dawn for last 3-4 months , loving it .
Even got Red Dead 2 still in sellophane but will not touch it until finished HZD.

Overwhelmingly it seems that those who bought the game love it but those who didn't buy it seem to have made up their minds without playing it....

GT Sport has been brilliant since day one , I only stopped playing it to concentrate on my backlog but this article has just reminded me I haven't played it since march so I might have even more tracks to play now even though I was satisfied with the amount it released with.
I never thought I'd enjoy the daily challenges etc but they are integrated brilliantly.

Is this free to play ?

@gingerfrog I remember that very mix , it's the one with the Bladerunner theme isn't it ? I taped that of the radio and played that so much in the mid nineties.

Mine is named after the first truly gaming megastar in Europe , he starred in Manic Miner , Jet Set Willy & Jet Set Willy 2 . Mario was not even really a thing here in the Eighties as the NES had poor sales ,that changed with the 16 bit consoles and people switching from Sinclairs , Commodores , Amstrads , Tandy's etc.

Im in the UK , I'm sure I've had this offer before but just didn't bother as I've little enough time for gaming never mind watching telly. Also there's hardly anything on Netflix compared to the free alternatives like Showbox etc.

I'm in Cala Pi on the island of Mallorca but when I get back tomorrow I intend to crack on with HZD , did about first 30 mins a couple of weeks ago. Spend more time these days reading about games than playing them. Pushsquare has been the very best for years now.

Really not bothered , I get beaten by some randoms one day , I play another day and get beaten by another set of randoms.
I guess if I knew anybody with an Xbox all this would be exciting developments but Ive never been interested in crossplay as all my generation who had PS1 are still with PS. It's mainly for the old folks , that should be Sony's new tagline.

Haven't bought a new release this year ( sorry Devs ) but RdR2 will change that . I have a HUGE backlog , to put things into perspective I've just finished Bioshock which I bought in I think 2008. Just started HZD which I bought last Christmas.
Teenagers and singles you are lucky lucky bar stewards, enjoy your gaming times but it's best to be a year or two or even decades behind as everything is so cheap then !

Great news , hope it sells more copies than the original . It became a cult classic slowly but surely then I think a lot of new people picked it up digitally years later as boxed copies where like gold dust.
I loved the original but am ashamed to admit I never finished it but along with Heavy Rain I have great PS3 memories .

Wow , I'm interested . Don't have VR yet but had my 2nd go last weekend , played the shark cage thing after a few drinks at a party , very impressed.

Maybe will get in a couple of years when it's about £12.99 on the PSN store . Working on a cracking backlog and feel no need to buy any game for full price.
Haven't bought a new release in 2018 that may well change with Red Dead Redemption 2. I only just finished PS3 red dead last year !

Nothing is as good as The Witcher 3 and DLC , no game ever made.

No gaming this week , arrived in France yesterday for a weeks holiday. Had a fantastic time today and saw them beat Argentina . Vive la France.

@get2sammyb This is amazing , I've watched Manchester Utd a few times on PSVR and it's so life-like you can hear all the fans talking in a cockney accent around and about you , the fans even have half and half Utd-Liverpool scarves on. This is the future , I hope one day our shouts will be heard by the players too , I know what I'd shout at Anders Herrera !

As a Kazakh , I have no bias but it seems this team called Liverpool is one of the European elite whereas UTD just never reached those heights , a couple of Barca maulings really springs to mind .
Would like to see Liverpool win purely as they're an how you say .. underdog.

The weather is too good here on Merseyside , even for gaming.
If I was playing I'd be playing the Blood & Wine dlc but instead I'll be spending the evening in the garden drinking Margaritas and cooking on the BBQ . You just can't waste these good days in the UK then start moaning in October about what a poor summer we had .
As an outdoors sort of person I believe Geralt would approve .

I'm going to begin the Blood & Wine dlc for The Witcher 3 , I finished Hearts of Stone midweek . Unbelievable , absolutely astonishing . You can take all your God of Wars , Horizons , Lasts of Us etc . The Witcher 3 is the best thing I've ever played and I've been doing this since 1979 , going to be so sad at end of Blood & Wine.

I played one on PS3 and really didn't like it at all but this looks totally different so am prepared to give it another shot , I'll get it when it's around £20 in a year or two.

Good , be nice for the smaller retailers to get a few sales . I try to use anybody but Amazon when I possibly can.
You can shove your Echos and Alexas etc , what a load of nonsense .

At 42 I'm just a whippersnapper , think my first racer would've been pole position on my cousin's Atari 2600 then the amazing 3D Deathchase on Sinclair Spectrum !

@Splints I fall asleep playing games all the time , in fact I fell asleep playing the Witcher DLC just last night . The game is amazing , I'm just always tired .
I do 70 hours a week and have a young baby !

I'll get GoW in a couple of years . I am way behind the times ( just finished Dishonoured 1 ) I need to start Horizon Zero Dawn , Alien Isolation , Dishonoured 2 , Prey , Wolfenstein, Hellblade , Edith Finch, Oxen Free , Bloodborne, Rachet, Fallout 4 .... I haven't bought any blockbusters yet this year.
It's good having massive backlogs because I get everything cheap in future sales .

Just in time for Ready Player One , which I'm off to see in 2 hours ! Already own Wipeout , this could well make me buy PSVR . I take a lady in my taxi to Sony Liverpool every so often and she mentioned they where working on something very secret , I wonder was this it ?

This is brilliant , thanks . Have always been put off these games , I hired the original one years ago on PS3 and had no patience with it at all. I now am married with kid so worry I'll have even less time and patience to commit , this guide will help loads to at least give it a better shot.

I finished Uncharted Lost Legacy and began Dishonoured Definitive Edition on PS4 a couple of days ago and am thoroughly enjoying it so far , my wife has finished both of them and I liked the look of the snippets I saw. My good lady has begun Prey this week too.

@Lovespuds me too Spuds , I left console gaming for Battlefield 1942 and Vietnam for a few years. Perhaps one of the greatest games of all time. Been waiting for this to happen for years.

Everybody's Golf is my favourite local multiplayer game since PS1 and my wife loves it too. Also only one controller required. Scrolled further and further down thinking it must be No1 but not at all . Guess not everyone likes it. Me and the missus don't even enjoy golf but this series is brilliant fun .

Beginning Uncharted Lost Legacy tomorrow after work, can't wait. Might fit in a Vs game of Everybody's Golf with my missus tonight after work.
