Mine is packed away in the loft in case the house is broken into whilst we are away ! The wife thinks I'm mad but my motto sadly is trust nobody. Have got my wife Dishonoured , The Order 1892 and Assassin's Creed Syndicate , all very Steampunk. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and get all the games you'd like and time to play them.
@ShadowofSparta Thanks for reply , didn't know about that as never really been into comics. That's really cool , just thought you meant another Damian Omen thing ! Just did some googling and he sounds badass.
Picked up Norovirus on Wednesday so cracking on with that at the moment , hope to have it finished by tonight but still not quite 100% , sadly no trophies. 🤢
I have to wait for my wife to finish the campaign , I don't want to ruin anything for her. Dying to play the multiplayer too but the locations could be spoilers.
Very coincidental , I've just read the Guardians top list of games this year by Gaming Devs and this Stardew Valley which I've never heard of was mentioned by many of the Devs (and Firewatch a lot) . Think I'll have give it a download .
@NathanUC wow 80 hours in a game that's barely a week old !?? I work 60+ hours a week , are some of you on here Premiership footballers ! Wish I had that much time to game , I get about 3 hours a week on the PS4
As soon as you mentioned Unfinished Swan I was sold , will definitely be getting this. Just in from work and reading all these announcements from that conference , brilliant news , with new Uncharted , Crash , Last of Us etc , thanks for all the updates Pushsqare . (Especially giving up your Saturday nights to keep us informed )
Wasn't too bothered but Rob and Hollie from PlayStation Access have convinced me to give it a go. I'll wait till it's about £20 in 5 months or so. Stupid haircuts though.
I'm never in a rush to buy games Day 1 , aside from the fact that they'll be massively cheaper in another year I've a massive backlog . Have yet to start Witcher 3 , Fallout 4 , MGS , The Order 1888 , Assassins Creed Syndicate, Dishonoured ! just began The Division and loving BF1 multiplayer , no time for more ....
I think it's a load of my arse all this Cyber Black Monday etc , I go on HUKD religiously every day of the week. There's bargains on there every day of the flipping year. That picture on the USA deals post says it all really all those people fighting in Asda to get a truly awful plasma TV made by Polaroid (even looks staged to drum up internet chatter). Sorry I'm such a cynical so and so ! I'll tell you what's a bargain , I got for £1.85p delivered the Uncharted 4 48 page hardcover art book from Simply Games before which somebody posted on HUKD gaming section.
I bought the first Dishonoured yesterday along with the Order 1886 and Assassin's Creed Syndicate all for £36. Christmas Pressies for my wife. Heard great things about it , hopefully pick up sequel for about £15 in 6 months or so.
I can't see me getting a 4K TV for perhaps 3 years (not long since had the one I've got now) so its feasible that PS5 will release or be on its way by that stage so I'll probably end up getting that then. I love the PS4 in its current incarnation , I think the graphics and games are amazing already . Never once have I thought about frame rates or screen tear ( don't even know what that is !)
I got to have a go on one in Manchester at a VR event , it was running that upcoming game where the main character looks like Colleen Rooney and it has kind of dinosaur robots . Was pretty impressive but not as cool as my first ever go on VR. I chose to play Robinson's Journey , jealous of you lot who've already got one.
@GlynCR nice results this weekend in the footy. I always have to click on your avatar to check your not a Manc, it's that weird Liverpool charity kit , it kind of looks like the old Man U Vodafone kit. #YNWA
Started it today and it's exceeded my expectations , absolutely brilliant yet again from Dice. This and Uncharted 4 are the games of the year for me. You can keep your Witchers , Fallouts , FFIIVVXX's and Metal Gears I'm an unashamed Battlefield fan and will get so much fun for my £32 investment that in a few months I will gladly pay for some DLC.
Only game I've preordered since the PS4 released, my faith once again in Dice was rewarded as the beta was absolutely marvelous. Tried Titanfalls and recent Call of Dutys and really wanted to like them but they're just not my cup of tea ,seem too enclosed and they just don't have those 'Battlefield' moments. That's just my opinion though as I know plenty feel the other way !
Can't wait to finally play From Dust. Don't think I'll like Transformers , can't stand button basher games like Street Fighter , Darksiders, God of War , Devil may Cry etc
With this career mode do I have to play for Man Utd ? Sorry but couldn't stomach it , with all the bung and bribing rumours surrounding UTD at the moment I think I'd have to put my PS4 into the babies sterilising unit after every time I powered it down.
@dryrain yea I can't say I noticed a problem with Snipers , just like every Battlefield game Ive played I don't stop still and if I do I'm behind a ridge , wall or whatever. Didn't have a problem with Tanks either. You should be scared when a tank appears . I think like with every BF game a lot of COD players struggle with the scale of the maps, they don't seem to understand where to spawn to get into the action.
I'm playing it for first time right now , well for last 3 weeks . As you can see I don't have that much time so I'm just on standard Normal difficulty. Years ago when I had more time I used to do hard mode and in many instances I agree with Joey that it can spoil a game , I think if I paid £40 for it I'd maybe do hard mode so I felt I got my monies worth but I wait till games are around £25 before buying these days.
Bought 2 blu rays but they where for the ps3 , you know what theyre both still unopened for over 4 maybe 5 years. Pans Labyrinth and The Pianist. Not bothered about a UHT player.
Not really bothered , will wait for PS5. If I didn't already have a PS4 I'd of course get one. I'm glad mainly they aren't creating separate games. None of this would be deemed necessary if the Xbox one hadn't sold so badly worldwide and then announced their Scorpio thing. I guess competition is a good thing to drive each other on though.
Hopefully EA will give us another day with their incredible beta , they are usually very good with stuff like this. Just starting to get to get to grips with it.
Had some fun playing Verdun tonight as couldn't connected on the Bf1 beta (which I haven't got my knickers in a twist about , it's a beta after all). Don't overlook it , it's a lot of fun and well worth £11.99.
@Amatic13 thanks buddy , yea there's a lot of us oldies on this great website . Us guys and girls would look at a ZX Spectrum loading screen and dream if the graphics could only be as good as that one day. Long since surpassed those now, still yet to try VR but hopefully get a chance to do so this year , been a great journey gaming since early days and as poor as those games may seem now to a youngster they in there day where just as amazing as anything now. I'll be doing this hobby until I'm brown bread.
Happy Enough , never have time to play any of the games anyway. The only ones I've really spent some time on are Resogun and Rocket League . Already got Journey so voted for the other big one , which the missus might enjoy.
Everybody's Golf, such a great series. Me and the wife love playing this though funnily enough neither of us even like Golf despite living next to Royal Liverpool in Hoylake . Not to fussed about the other games.

Re: Yes, You'll Need the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Disc to Play Modern Warfare on PS4
I've still got Modern Warfare for the PS3. If I fancy a go (which I haven't for about 5 years ) then placing it into my PS3 sounds a cheaper option.
