Why aren't rich people allowed to get richer. I don't get this mentality.

For example I'm poor and just scraping by. Someone who is living a comfortable life is rich compared to me. So in that sense they aren't allowed to get any richer.

@themightyant for me there's not been many games that are To my taste at all not like the previous generations.

I'm not into jprpgs or anime style games, rubbish at FPS games and multiplayer games in general.

I don't have time as an adult to play massive RPGs that last hundreds of hours.

I don't know what it is there's just something missing from this generation for me personally

Well I'll be skipping the PS6 generation completely. I've really not enjoyed this generation at all. The games being released just aren't for me. I don't know what it is but the games from the PS4 gen were more my cup of tea. See you all on PS7... Hopefully

Maybe instead of pumping all those millions into big budget live service games like concord etc. when obviously they haven't a clue how to execute a full on live service game.

Maybe they should have invested time money and effort into maybe like semi live service games instead. Like Gran turismo that seems to do well for them.

I don't mind games with some live service elements in them personally as long as the things they are pushing are optional.

Think assassin's creed Valhalla that had live service elements in I believe too.

Another option is to maybe invest in smaller live service projects like Helldivers 2 that's worked out well for them.

It's a well made gameand I'm happy people enjoy it. For me it was over rated and over hyped.

AI is not going to be stopped. We are at a pivotal point in human history and there is no turning back. Grok 4 just became the most powerful AI, it will all only accelerate and improve.

So game development will also become more efficient and cost effective.

I don't know what the answer is for all the people losing their jobs due to AI.

When AGI is cracked then it won't take long until ASI.

My only hope is that the world becomes a better place for it.

But I guess time will tell.

I'm interested in this new Xbox/pc. But I'll wait for a full reveal and see what's what.

I won't be buying a ps6 as the ps5 for me has been a disappointment gameswise. Just not my type of games being released.

I'll keep my ps5 though as we know it will take about 3 or 4 years for cross gen to end with ps5. So if anything does tickle my fancy I can play it.
