Don't Miss Your Last Chance to Get These Retro Jurassic Park Games on PS5, PS4 1

Limited Run Games has been doing a great job of bringing back various licensed retro games, which we appreciate. But if we could criticise one thing, it seems these titles don’t last in the digital arena for very long.

Case in point: the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection will be delisted on 31st March, a little over two years after it released.

Writing on the compilation’s Steam page, the publisher said it has “learned how important it is to provide plenty of notice for changes like this, so we’re committed to being as open and transparent as possible”. You’ve got about six weeks.

Don’t worry if you already purchased the game: it’ll remain available for you to download in perpetuity.

And to be fair, the bundle is currently on discount for $5.99/£4.99 via all tiers of PS Plus, so this might be your best opportunity yet to grab it.

The package includes seven games, including the NES, Game Boy, SNES, and Genesis versions of the original Jurassic Park games, as well as its SEGA re-release Rampage Edition. You also get the SNES and Game Boy versions of Jurassic Park 2.

Many of these games are really good, so if you have a fondness for 16-bit side-scrollers – or Jurassic Park in general – then we’d recommend you grab them before they’re delisted at the end of next month.

They also include quality-of-life improvements, like save states and rewinds, which help shave off some of the difficulty of the originals.

Will you be finding a way to add these to your PS5 and PS4 collections? Let us know in the comments section below.
