@Art_Vandelay Yeah, I played the first iteration of Sophy and it was so much quicker and more competitive than the standard AI.

I'm assuming that Sophy 3.0 is exclusive to the events in the Power Pack but I could be wrong there.

@Art_Vandelay The power pack includes 'Sophy 3.0'. I haven't played the game in a while so I'm not sure if that's the current model of the AI or not.

Even if it was God of War related, I doubt he'd confirm it on someone's livestream.

I'm actually trying to remember now if I actually played the second one and I don't think I ever did. I've definitely played the first and had a fun time with it even though I'm fairly sure I was terrible at it.

Watched a buddy stream it over on Twitch and it actually looked quite cool. Still not cool enough for me to want to play it though.

Hopefully the new AI Sophy is really good. The AI in the base game is utterly dreadful and you end up passing every other car on the first lap even on the hardest difficulty. At least Sophy makes it interesting.

Some of you make out like this game has been completely erased from the face of the earth and that it's unplayable.

It's playable on PS5. If you want to play it so much, then go play it.

I really want them to change how some of the themes work on specific games. I'd rather it just show the cover art but on certain games it changes the theme depending on what mission you're doing or what area you're in and it's honestly crap looking.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has been nominated for the most awards at any The Game Awards show. Ever. It's that good.

Plenty of Elden Ring Nightreign for me this weekend with a serving of Battlefield 6 to go with it.

@x3King84 It's not multiplayer, more of a roguelite in a sense and you can play as a solo, duo, or trio. You visit different POIs to fight different enemies/bosses to level up and get better weapons and gear during the day, then the ring of night closes in (like a battle royale, admittedly) and you then fight a boss at night. The cycle repeats then until after you defeat the boss night two, then you fight your chosen Nightlord. If you beat the Nightlord, that's a successful run and you get some rewards and relics for doing so.

It's much faster paced than Elden Ring but it still keeps the core flow of the combat.

@CJD87 The Duskbloods is a PvPvE game so you'll be disappointed if you're expecting another mainline FromSoft outing. I personally enjoy the new direction they've taken with Nightreign and I'm excited to see what they do with The Duskbloods because it shows that FromSoft can do offer something different whilst keeping the same core elements that fans enjoy.

I can completely understand why that doesn't appeal to everyone though.

If the price is right, I might buy it. Haven't played the game in a while but this could tempt me.

Looks brilliant. I did spot Artorias in the trailer so he'll be a boss somewhere. It's also quite amusing that he's a skin for Wylder so you already know I plan on fighting Artorias as Artorias.

Elden Ring Nightreign DLC looks insane!!

Battlefield 6 for me this weekend. Played some more of the Gauntlet on RedSec last night but a lot of the rando's just don't have a clue what they're doing and they don't play the objective so I'll probably avoid it for the time being.

I'll also continue my playthrough of Ni No Kuni on Switch 2. Playing it in Japanese and I actually understand a good chunk of it so that's going somewhat well.

Having played both modes last night, Gauntlet is by far the superior game mode. It's brilliant.

Lei Wulong and Yoshimitsu were my GOAT's, man. I don't typically do fighting games much at all nowadays but I might pick this up for the nostalgia.

I’ve given it an 8/10. I’ve been having a great time with it. They’ve been very vocal with their feedback and fixes post-launch which is refreshing and there’s plenty more content to come. Been a blast so far.

To be fair, when I booted the game up I was 52,000th in the queue and I reckon I queued for less than two minutes.

@nessisonett Yeah, it's always tough for free-to-play games to find ways to monetise that aren't excessive. Maybe there's a balance to be struck but I'm not sure what that would be.

This will die a death the same way Xdefiant did. The only reason I give it more time because, well, it's Bungie.

If it lasts more than two years, I'll be surprised.

@themightyant I don’t know which point you are at in the game currently and which abilities you have yet but, there’ll be a path you can take via Greymoor. Hopefully that doesn’t give too much away.

It’s a really annoying trek to finish that part of the wish. I came close so many times and eventually got it delivered with a bit of luck.

Fulfilling that wish was a nightmare though. Took me ages.

Over 45 hours in and it's easily 10/10. Incredible music, fantastic bosses and the new tools and ways to traverse Pharloom are absolutely excellent!

@Thrillho It seems bonkers but once the theorycrafters and speedrunners figure it out I don't think the five hour one would be that bad.

The 100% in 30 hours, however, seems excessive.

I’ve been having a blast with it — even more so now that it’s finally clicked and I’ve found a weapon I like.

I played a few games with the lads for an hour or two and it was brilliant fun. I got top frag in back-to-back games which felt awesome!

Still a few issues and bugs that need ironed out before launch though but I’m still very excited to play more over the weekend.

I’m looking forward to October!

No thanks. It died a quick death in Battlefield V and will likely do the same here. I'll stick to conquest.

I spent a vast majority of my earliest gaming years on Colin McRae Rally on the PSOne. I'd like to give this a try but I can't find it on the PS Store yet for some reason. I'll check again later.
