It looks like a solid MMO. I am just concerned there isn't a demand for MMO's like there used to be.

I'm curious what they're defining as "life cycle." Technically, the PS4 still isn't at the end of it's life cycle as there are still games being developed for it.

I personally don't want a PS6 until Fall 2028 at the earliest. There's still plenty of life to squeeze out of this gen.

This is so very timely. I was literally on the verge of selling my PS Portal to help fund a Steam Deck. Now I think I'm gonna hold onto this and up my subscription to PS Premium. If it works well, I may just forgo the Steam Deck all together.

I mean, he sounds like he's speaking for the hardcore audience in that we want more AAA exclusives and don't want Sony chasing Live Service games (I include myself in that crowd). But Playstation is undeniably doing amazing when it comes to overall profit. They're not really suffering financially, at least not in a significant way.

I really enjoyed OT2 and am looking forward to this one. It'll be interesting to see if they make a more focused, linear story.

I would be so happy if they did a new one! 1 and 2 are some of my all time favorite games.

Just started Chapter 3. Freaking incredible game.

I randomly stumbled upon Lisa through some Instagram reels back a year ago. I figured that she and Black Pink would just be a K-pop thing that would come and go here in the US. So strange to see Lisa now blowing up all over the internet.

Not that I'm upset, mind you..she's gorgeous.

@Damage99 Definitely don't expect a Metal Gear experience. It's really nothing like that and doesn't pick up in terms of action.

For me, I think it was when I started to unlock other methods of transportation outside of just walking. I don't know when exactly it "clicked", only that it did and I started to enjoy the challenge of making it safely to the delivery point. I also think the story is really cool, albeit normal Kojima convoluted.

I'd say just embrace the game for what it is and you'll find a gem. But it's not a game for everyone, that's for sure.

Yes, started it last night. The first one took me 3 tries to get into, but I'm so glad I did. Fantastic game.

DS2 so far feels like exactly the type of upgrade I wanted: much easier to control and way better onboarding, for the story and the mechanics. So far so good!

Graphics are INSANE

I've always liked CC since his role in Stardust. Cool to see his success in this industry as well. Loved Gustav.

There wasn't an option for this but in some ways I do consider it a Masterpiece but with some clear flaws. My main issues lie with the story and characters. I think it's executed really well overall in terms of polish. Gameplay is great.

Story and character issues aside, the thing I feel like holds it back for me is the pacing. Druckman did the same thing with Uncharted 4. It doesn't have to be as drawn out as it is.

I cannot wait. DS1 took me a couple tries to get into it, but once I was, I was hooked! Looking forward to diving back into this strange world.

If the P3 remake was any kind of indicator, P4R will be great.

The only chat I've heard anywhere else was some employees at Trader Joe's talking about how cool Mario Kart looked but that they didn't want to pay that much for it.

Wow watching that video brings back memories. I basically had that track memorized as a kid. Ridge Racer and Tekken were my first PS1 games back in 95.

I've been playing on PS5 Pro and I haven't noticed any major hitches in frame-rate yet. Maybe a few little hitches here and there, but nothing that would degrade the experience. I'm also not very far into it so maybe it'll get worse as I play more.

Looks sick! I'm gonna pick it up along with Clair Obscura this week.

I actually got less interested as the presentation went on.

I'll own one regardless, but I'm not feeling in a rush to run out and get one Day 1. I thought a lot of the games that were 2nd or 3rd party looked VERY last gen, with a few exceptions. I don't buy Nintendo for that stuff, but it's just not as impressive on that front as I thought I'd be. Having a new Mario Kart is fine, but I just don't know if I need that right now.

I love all the quality of life features that show up now in RPG's. I don't miss the days at all when/if you lost a fight, you'd have to pray to God you saved a save-point somewhat near the area you were at.

Now that episode of Secret Level makes a lot more sense...

I'd love a remaster. Just release in high rez and 60+ fps. Some of KZ2 and 3 are technical showcases for their time. Good way to test the waters too for interest.

I just have to say: that was a great ad. Very charming and nice allusion to the Uncharted franchise.

I love this dude. So glad he's getting the shine he deserves. Seems like a genuinely cool guy that'd be a blast to be around. Great VA too.

I don't need or even necessarily a LoU3. I think it could be one of those things that could fall in danger of going on perpetually like the Walking Dead. Not everything needs to be a Trilogy.

Two of my favorite games of all time. The music, the characters, the combat. Such great memories. Can't wait to fire this one up later on tonight.
